Caroline was an excellent hostess! At the time we arrived, she was there to welcome us and suggest to us the most important things to see. The breakfast was more than satisfying and I loved the fact that she noticed we loved the "pain au chocolat" so she replaced the croissants with it. We had the smallest room, however, it was comfortable enough and good for two people. The location is great and you can reach every part of the city quite easily. We will come back to Paris and for sure "Maison de Lea" will be our choice again. :) (Bonus points: We were allowed to leave our luggage there after the checkout since our flight was late in the evening, and we could enjoy Paris for a little bit more)

Caroline was an exceptional host. Room very clean, cleaned every day. Quiet place, close to Opera Bastille (walking distance). Excellent coffee, All our questiones were answered very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast with always fresh baquettes, crossaints, fresh, excelent , mild arabica. I fully recommend this place. Caroline thank you very much for your support and help. I wish you enjoy your Christmas and New Year holidays.

For longer stay (especially in winter) little bit more space for clothes could be helpfull, but we managed.

We liked everything about our room and Caroline, the owner was very hospitable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was a typical French style breakfast and was tasty. Caroline gave information on several good restaurants in the area.

The stairs were a bit of a problem bringing up our heavy luggage- I knew about them ahead of time, but did not realize they were the circular type, so being senior citizens with several bags, coming up was a slight issue. Upon departure, Caroline was kind enough to help us down the stairs with some of our luggage.

Caroline was an excellent host and gave us such a warm welcome. The location is excellent with a great vibe, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a very short walk to the nearest metro. The breakfast was a lovely set up for the day. Would highly recommend for a short break. Thank you again Caroline :)

The room was very comfortable, modern, with a small window balcony to the street which was nice. Breakfast was fresh and I was thrilled that Caroline had in really nice black tea (just like home). Caroline was also very helpful with directions - thank you :)

The door to the modern bathroom was a sliding door that didnt really close. That was the biggest issue for us.

Caroline was an excellent host. She was very helpful and provided a delicious breakfast. The modern bathroom in our room was very well appointed, with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable too. She also allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day while we went sightseeing.

As there is no air conditioning a fan was provided but it was rather ineffective. Also there is no lift to the first floor, and the stairs are well-worn wooden stairs and a little slippery.

The owner is very nice and helpful person. Breakfast was very good, location is near bastilles. There are metro stations nearby, via metro you can reach everywhere (louvre,eiffel,arch etc). When you come to the location of apartment, there is green big door next to it there is a numbers and down button, push the button open the door in the left there are stairs, its located at 1st floor. This place is like a 3 bedroom apartment, you are stayin at one of the room with private bathroom and shower. Also, breakfast at the livingroom which is very delicious.

Room size could be bigger but its fine, i guess other rooms are bigger. Also if there would be bigger wardrobe it would be better however u would not regret to stay in this place so its 10.

The standard of the accommodation was high: spacious room, tastefully decorated and furnished, very comfortable bed. The location was perfect… quiet street but a metro station a short distance away, plenty of cafes and eateries within the area. Caroline was a very welcoming host who gave us excellent service. Would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

A delightful stay in accommodation that exceeded our expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. I would like to start with the owner. Caroline is an amazing person. Super kind, polite, attentive and helpful. She made us feel like home. The rooms were cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. The breakfast was lovely. The location is perfect, with several metro stations and many restaurants-cafe very close by. Great choice for visiting Paris. Highly recommended!

Our host was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, giving us great tips on local amenities and hidden places. The location was superb within walking distance of the Bastille location which has wonderful restaurants and lots of bars. The rooms themselves were ultra modern and stylish, with its french style. The bathrooms also were so fancy and modern. The rooms were so tidy and cleaned to perfection everyday. Our breakfast was ideal with locally sourced freshly baked pastries with coffee and more. Really set us up each morning for the day. I really couldnt say more for this location, its a true gem of paris and I will definitely go back some day!! Overall 10/10 100% stay here if you can.

Only thing that could help is slightly better signage on the front entrance but overall its very easy to find with google maps etc..
