Excellent hotel. Good location. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes, there are also supermarkets, clothes, perfumery. Their service is amazing. Excellent level of cleanliness. Also close to public transportation. Half an hour on foot to the Arc de Triomphe, fifteen minutes to the Montmartre district. The service is one of the best we have seen in the world. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was good.

The hotel is a short walk from the M2 Metro (Rome Station). The staff were really friendly, professional and helped us with various questions and requests. The room was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as intended. It's located a few minutes (5-10) walk from nice cafes, bistros, etc in the immediate area. The bathroom/ toilet was clean, with a good amount of space. It's a great value and a short distance / Metro from all the Paris attractions.

Junior Suite was very spacious and had plenty of room for 3x adults to share. Fantastic breakfast choice and even provided a small gluten free bread basket for a Celiac family member, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly & helpful, answering all our queries both before & during stay. .

We had to check out 1x day early due to flight changes caused by french strikes. Appreciate this was out of hotel control, so there was no expectation on room refund, but hotel wouldn't refund €57 optional breakfast, despite 24 hour notice.

The location was excellent as it was close to either Rome or Villers and even others! Greatly supportive staffs, Spacious bathroom, and the little fridge were so nice. Many restaurants, bars, stores near the hotel as well.

The room itself was dark and I didn't feel safe to open windows fully as neighbors were too close (and birds!), it made feel a bit stuffy. You definitely need your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise outside.

A beautiful modern hotel whose amenities from the bathrooms fixtures to the incredible comfortable bed made for a very relaxing stay. The included breakfast was always fresh with a good variety of foods to choose from. It located close to three Metro stations given you ample ways to explore the city.

The breakfast room is a bit on the small size so when the hotel is fully booked, as was the case with us, at times getting a table could be a challenge. With the exception of the gentleman who checked us in, and was always very helpful, the other front desk staff were very aloof and did not even offer greetings when coming or going. This was a bit disappointing given what otherwise was a wonderful experience we had staying here.

The staff especially Marie of the front desk were excellent. Marie's customer service was one of a kind. I never imagined that she will go out of her way to extend assistance by driving all the way to the airport to deliver a bag left in the hotel. Further, she was very pleasant and accomodating while manning the reception. She is such a gem with her smile and attitude in welcoming guests and attending to requests and queries.

Very clean, very attentive and nice staff. Good location. No comments about breakfast as I didn't have it. The bathroom is well-equipped. No shortage of power outlets, there are even USB sockets available, unlike in many French hotels. Fast WiFi Internet

Quite expensive for what it offers. The sound insulation between the room and the bathroom of the neighbouring room is non-existent, so you can hear your neighbour shower and take stock of what they ate yesterday.

the room was great, all the details, never seen anything like this. room was small, but it had everything we needed. the sound isolation was great, we didn’t hear anything from the hall or from the outside. our window was facing the courtyard. there were few metro and bus stations around the hotel, also a few bistros, bakerys, shops. the neighbourhood was nice. the cleaning crew was also great, the room was very tidy. it also Had a complementary bottle of Fresh water in the mini bar every day.

We loved the location as it was close to the metro and Montmartre. Also close walking distance to the Moulin Rouge which finished quite late so easy access home. The hotel was very clean and modern and we loved the free coffee and hot chocolate machine. The bar downstairs in the lobby was cool and the staff were very friendly.
