Ewa who checked us in was so lovely! Breakfast team was great. Other staff we met on reception were also great. Bijou communal areas, but very nice. Very convenient for Roland Garros Lovely twin room. Bathroom was pristine. Body lotion provided - big thumbs up from me Little edible welcome gift was given - so nice

Aircon was broken throughout stay. Probably need a bigger team at breakfast during busy times. The team that was there was incredibly efficient and lovely. Prices for next year have doubled, otherwise I would have returned in 2024

Location is amazing - fantastic indeed, just 1min from metro station which connects you to the whole city. Also, reading a lot of reviews about other hotels regarding the noise isolation, I can attest that the noise isolation is very good, facilities are great for such price and above all, a big shout out to the night manager\front desk , he was amazing, helped us in many ways, truly made our stay very much comfortable and relaxing, I will definitely repeat the visit again.

nothing, everything was top notch, bathroom is amazing as well, water pressure is good, there is a bath which is quite nice. nothing to complain about.

The room was nice, clean. Cleaning was done daily. A quiet hotel, which is much appreciated after walking all the day long. There is a metro station near the hotel (1 min) and a lot of markets. The breakfast was good, but without variety.

We came at the hotel 2 hours earlier than the check-in and because the room was not ready the lady from the reception asked us to came back in 1 hour. Still, after we came back the room was not yet ready and we had to wait in the loby for another hour. Not honest from their side. I understand if they canot check in earlier, but promising to make the room ready in 1 hour and then to wait for 2 .... it's not like we had an apartament... No consideration for clients which paid for 6 nights. The prices seems overrated, but this applies all over Paris.

Great customer service, staff were friendly, helpful, and inviting. Our room was better than any other hotels we have been to, the bathroom was bigger than what we expected, the TV was bigger than other hotels the accommodation itself had a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience.

We was not informed that the fridge in our room was a chargeable service, we thought it may have been included in our pacakge, for that reason we had to ask the sfaff for clarity. Other than the slight confusion, it was a great service

Stayed with my son to attend a PSG game. The location was fantastic - a few minutes walk from the stadium and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. Despite the busy location, we couldn’t hear it once in our room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our twin room was the perfect size for us with a good sized bathroom, which had a hot and powerful shower. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We travelled from England by Eurostar and used the metro to get to the hotel which was pretty straightforward to do and just like the London Underground. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower which took us between 40-50 minutes and was really easy to get to. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My only one tiny suggestion would be to provide a little more information in the room regarding how things like room service/air conditioning etc. work.

This hotel was the last of our trip, and after visiting 6 different hotels around Europe, I can say this was one of the best ones. The room had all the amenities you could need, very clean, big and everything was white. It even had an iron for your clothes. There’s a supermarket in the corner, a boulangerie and many restaurants surrounding the property. The train station is a few meters away as well as the bus station and taxis, which is very convenient

Decent hotel in a convenient location, easily accessible from the metro and bus lines. Room is fine and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was good, but on our final morning it wasn’t ready in time. It was meant to be open from 7am- we came down at 7am as we had to leave for the airport at 7.15am. By the time we left at 7.15am, most of the breakfast items still hadn’t been laid out, which was disappointing.

If you come to Paris to see PSG match then it's a perfect variant. The hotel located near the 9 line's metro station which can bring you to Trocaredo and 10 mins of walking away Parc des Princes. There are some cafes and restaurants, including Mc Donald's around. Nice clean room, teapot, mini bar, big beds. Best price/location/quality variant in Paris for the season.

There was a problem with the card (Polish bank) authorization a few days before. We had to contact Booking tech support to get some help. Please hotel staff, review what's wrong with your system. If I hadn't the other card (Belarusian bank actually) they would probably cancel the booking and I would have to search for another accomodation right before departure.

The receptionists were always friendly, and they were helpful. Itg is in a great location with loads of transport links and not too far from the centre. It was very near to all the places we needed to go to with a shop and mcds right next door

I do wish that when we arrived the bathroom was a bit cleaner there were some stray hairs in the bath upon arrival and the lift was a bit different for me but we got used to it

Everything !! Very good location, very calm and nice neighborhood with cafes and restaurants. Ga market just around the corner for groceries and wine. 30 seconds walk to a subway station n.9. Comfortable bed with a balcony where you can see a small part of the EIFFEL TOWER 😍 !! Affordable, very good price. Very friendly staff on top of everything.
