The hotel is located in a beautiful authentic Parisian neighbourhood. It was pleasure taking a walk and seeing how people in Paris live. It was not a super touristy area so I loved the evening walks when it was quieter and I could enjoy the atmosphere. We arrived late due to a late flight. I was worried we won’t manage to check in in time. The hotel reassured me reception is open 24 hours and this is not a problem. So we even managed to go to the Eiffel tower and then check in at about 9 pm! Thank you for this! Much appreciated! Excellent location, super close to Exelmans metro station. Not noisy so we slept well. A range of restaurants in the area including authentic French restaurant just across the street. Staff were polite, always smiling and helpful. Room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable and bed sheets were good quality.

Most hotel rooms around Paris are not big and this one was not an exception. We were, however, exploring outside most of the time so this was ok. We booked the cheapest room option. Room was clean but furniture was old. This is to be expected. If you want higher end, people in the reviews recommend updating to the slightly more expensive rooms available at the hotel. No major complaints. We were happy with our stay!

It has great location, the hotel crew is very kind and overall for 3 stars, it is surprisingly good, with really comfortable bed. Metro is very near to the hotel. Nearby there is boulangerie and supermarket.

At the room where we were, there was no elevator. We arrived with no luggages as it was an 'emergency' stay for 1 day, as we knew we won't catch the train, but with heavy equipment, it could be problematic.

A lovely little hotel near Exelmans Metro station and very convenient for Parc des Princes. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The decor in the reception, lounge and bar is unique and interesting. The room was adequate and well decorated and furnished; the bathroom was big enough with space for all our toiletries although toiletries were provided. We stayed one night but would gladly spend more nights there.

Nothing not to like!

Breakfast was incredible. Staff was super friendly. I just needed a clean, easy place to stay for one night and the friendliness of the staff and great breakfast far exceeded what I thought I was getting for the price.

Nice location, close to metro with easy access to food. Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff were kind and available 24/7.

No AC but the weather was cool so we were able to just open the window when we were warm.

Clean and well kept facility. Close to the metro and walking distance to Park de Princes. Excellent front desk and very helpful with maps, directions, recommendations for food and local stores. Good crepe, French pastries and French cuisine close by. Highly recommend a stay here especially with family.

Slightly outside central Paris.

We had booked 2 rooms. One room for 2 people was very comfortable with AC running and well equipped with coffee and tea and a kettle to warm water.

We booked one room for 3 people, it was located in an older bldg. We wish there was AC there. We also wish there was coffee and tea like in the other room we had.

Cosy hotel in a nice area. Rooms are small but have all you need for a city trip. 20mins bike ride to the city centre, or 30/40mins if you take the metro. Staff was very friendly.

It could have been cleaner: hairs in the bathroom, bed and on the floor.

Great location , plenty of restaurants close by, very convenient for public transport. Beautiful parks and gardens within walking distance.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole area around the hotel felt very safe.
