We paid extra to get a balcony, and I would say it was worth it for the amazing views! The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro, but also walkable distance from a lot of attractions. The housekeeping was good (although they forgot to give us towels and toiletpaper at one point).

The lift broke down on our second day, and it still wasnt fixed when we left (four days later). Albeit it was a bank holiday, but it’s not too much fun carrying down 20kg suitcases from the 5th floor! (Can’t imagine what it must have been like for the people checking in). The rooms are quite small, but it is what to be expected of Paris.

Location is very convenient, steps away from the metro line 8, yet in a quiet courtyard. Walking distance away from the Louvre. Lots of restaurants around. Room is on the smaller size, but very clean and well thought out. There is Nespresso type coffee machine and air conditioning. We had everything we needed in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful! We checked in late at night and the receptionist was kind enough to help us print out our Disney tickets (you can also just use the QR code on your phone at the park, no need to print it out on paper despite what it says on the ticket).

Everything was fine. The location is great, very closed to a lot of nice places. The breakfast was good, but some vegetables would be a plus. The room was quite small, but for a few nights only it's ok. The bathroom was small, but clean and ok. Only the door needs maybe a bit of care. All the persons at the reception and the restaurant were really nice and helpful. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Again, I would add some vegetables for the breakfast. At least, some olives. And I would repair the door from the bathroom :)

Great location, helpful staff & clean. Really good heating and cooling and balcony doors that open for fresh air. The coffee machine in the room is also a positive however, it might be a better idea to have a smaller machine to save some space. Also, very comfortable bed.

We had no issues but some things that people may want to know: Rooms are tiny (standard for Paris) so if you’re someone who travels with large or multiple suitcases, you will be playing Tetris as there’s no floor space. The corridor is also tiny. As it’s a small space, rooms are also very close together so sometimes you can hear your neighbours. When we visited, there were some homeless people living the the laneway to the hotel however we felt safe.

The location was superb and the room was exactly what you would hope for a Paris stay. The balcony was truly the highlight of the room, even in winter! The air conditioning, safe and coffee machine were each excellent touches. The little lift was also great for getting luggage to our room. Staff were excellent and willing to assist with making a telephone call to a restaurant to change a booking. The hotel was well located for restaurants and pastries.

There was only room for one suitcase, so the other suitcase had to sit on the floor in the walkway. This was fine for us but may have been difficult for a less mobile customer. If pointed the wrong way, the shower head could cause some flooding onto the bathroom floor.

The location was the best. It is near Grands Boulevard Metro Station and a few mins away by metro to the famous landmarks in Paris. The male staff was friendly and gives off a welcoming vibe! Keep it up bro! Its also near Opera Station where you can take the Roissybus straight to CDG airport.

The wifi was not working during our first night of stay. Good thing we had roaming services. After reporting the issue, the staff fixed the problem. The room was a bit small and so is the general area of the hotel.

1. The location of the hotel is close to the metro station (Grands Boulevards, 4 min walk). This metro station has metro 8 and 9, both go close to Eiffel Tower (from the station, need to walk nearly 800 meters if going by metro 8, and 900 meters by metro 9) 2. Rooms are small but surely comfy for a shorter stay. 3. Room heating was very good, equipped with an air conditioner and radiator heater. 4. There are some nice cafeterias and restaurants near the hotel (but most time, they are almost full), such as La Crème de Paris Grands-Boulevards, Bouillon Chartier, etc.

1. Wifi reception is average, -1 level, and 6th floor. 2. Not many choices in the morning breakfast, but could have been better. 3. Washroom amenities are Ok.

Our stay at Hotel Aston was perfect. The staff were so friendly, yes the hotel is small but that’s it’s charm. There were two of us and I was worried the room would be tiny from the reviews but it was enough for us and our large suitcases, aircon was great in the heat, cleaned the room every day, overall perfect stay. Location was also close to the metro and only 20 min walk to the main area. So quiet too!

Nothing it was perfect!

The hotel was in a perfect location, a short walk from the Louvre museum but still close to public transport. There are also a pretty large variety of places to chose from if you are going out for a meal with a large variety of pricing. The hotel was brilliant and so was the staff, we asked if we could have a cot as we were travelling with a toddler and they were happy to supply the cot. Good communication from the hotel and they were very helpful too when we asked if they could order a taxi for the morning we were flying back to the UK. A lot of people will mention that some of the rooms are on the smaller side, however if you are looking for somewhere to rest after a long day of walking, I would definitely recommend this hotel, it also has great choices for food and drink as well.

I have nothing to bad to say about this hotel at all.

Good location close to the metro. Rather quiet alleyway. The AC was great. If you just need a place to crash, it’s good.

The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors. No iron in the room. mini fridge is very small. the walls could use some paint and cleaning. the carpet could use an update too.
