The location is perfect for my purpose.

Little space for clothes, no bodylotion. My room on the top floor (4) was apparently under or next to a ventilator on the roof which made a constant loud noise. Not nice at night when you are tired and want to sleep. When I informed the staff, they offered me another room on the 2nd floor. Note that when you are not early at breakfast, things may have run out. One day, there was no bread left when I arrived. Upon request, they would bake-off a baguette.

This hotel in perfectly located in the 9th arrondissement, set back from the main avenues in what feels like a dedicated street for small hotels. The staff were extremely attentive, especially ahead of time when we had a few queries regarding accommodating our young daughter. The room itself was larger than expected, which was great. Perfectly clean and had come useful basic amenities.

Whilst the hotel does have accessible rooms for guests with disabilities, ours required a small flight of stairs to reach the room. Not so much a problem, but it became a little inconvenient over time, having to carry a pushchair / car seat up and down every time we left and returned.

Great location for our stay in Paris. Close to the train station and very easy to get around. The rooms are very small but you have to expect that as a trade off for the awesome location. Some people complain about the size of the room but you should be aware of what you’re paying for so I don’t feel sorry for those people complaining. In saying that just be very aware the rooms are small and the bathroom/shower is very tiny. If you are a bigger person you will struggle. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was perfect when needed on those early starts when doing tours etc.

Only negative was that we had an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink that got stuck. Didn’t really cause a problem but I was really needing the sink at the time it happened. Was offered another room temporarily as a work around which was nice.

The staff were wonderful, always greeted us and said goodbye as we came and went for the day. They also let us check in an hour before the hotels designated time. Water and croissants were available every day for guests in the lobby. The reception was 24 hours, making check in and out easy. As well as making us feel very safe with the door security after hours. The location is near a few metros, and ample food options within walking distance.

We did have to ask for an extra toilet roll as we missed room service on the third day and the bathroom only had one roll on check in. HOWEVER, staff were very apologetic and fixed this straight away.

A great choice for our family of 4 spending several days in Paris. The rooms were clean and comfortable with windows overlooking the street below, Aircon effective against the summer heat. Staff were friendly and helpful for us eg when we needed to book taxis and store luggage whilst on side trips. The area was convenient for public transport and a lively, fun and safe area to be staying in. Plenty of restaurants and bars around for food options. The nearby Arcades were an unexpected and charming find.

nothing, it was all great

This hotel has an excellent location. It is just off the Boulevard Haussman in the 9th arrondissement which has plentiful handy cafes, bars, restaurants and fast food outlets (KFC, Eat Salad and Chipotle all within a 5 minute walk). It is around a 60 minute walk from the Eiffel Tour taking in the Place de la Concorde and Jardin Tuillieres en route. It is around 30 minutes walk from the Sacred Coeur. There is a waxwork museum a couple of minutes away. The Opera is around 15 mins walk and there is a bus stop just outside l'Opera where you can catch a bus direct to CDG Airport (it was very inexpensive, around €4). This is also a stop on the Big Bus hop on hop off tour. There were metro stops closer to the hotel though we didn't use them. The hotel is generally comfortable and was very clean. The breakfast was good - a mixture of fruit juices, dried fruit, yoghurt, cereals, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, sausages and lovely baguettes. There was plentiful good coffee and a wide selection of teas. We stayed in a family room. Anyone travelling to Paris (or anywhere really!) will know how hard it can be to get a single large room for a family of 4. On this basis alone I would recommend this hotel. Our room had a double (I think King size) bed in the larger part of the room, with a smaller section containing two single beds tucked in on the way to our shower room/en suite. In other words a slight apartment vibe - great for anyone needing a bit of downtime from their nearest and dearest at the end of a long busy day as a tourist. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, bottles of water were provided and a small safe also.

The hotel is in an alley off the Boulevard Haussman which is a very busy road. The alley itself was a bit noisy overnight. There were also homeless people sheltering under an archway which I felt sad about. I'm not sure how comfortable I would have been as a solo traveller arriving there at night. The room also had quite noisy pipes - you could hear other showers running in the building and ? heating vents. The breakfast tables are in quite a small area and weren't reset automatically. We had to ask for bowls for the cereal and cutlery. The photo on the website showed a waffle maker which my children were excited about but it wasn't there during our stay. It was also expensive but that was the price of the excellent location. It was probably reasonable value for money in Parisien terms.

location was fantastic easy to walk everywhere but also a few mins to the nearest tube. lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars close by. 24 Hr reception. you can leave your luggage. pretty and clean. great toiletries, fluffy towels. Room - we had a basic room. it was small but still more then enough space. Coffee & tea in room with travel kettle. Lovely large window that opened. cosy bed.

shower cubicle was cosy. But clean and great shower head and pressure. Was absolutely fine for my party but a larger person may find it to small. No drawers but they had shelves. no plugs near the bed.

Super helpful staff. Taxi rides, luggage storage and spoon supply. Comfortable bed, slept well. Nice location close to stores and metro.

Extreme small room that even mini me pump on everything. Toilet has not cleaned well, very smelly. Our window face to a drain, no view, only good part to face to a drain is no noise.

I didn’t realise it was in Montmartre in a cul de sac of small boutique hotels. I was given a disability friendly spacious room. A ramp was set up permanently so i could come and go. A great cosy restaurant was so close, we could use the ramp. On the street just minutes away was Bouillon Chartier, a very affordable restaurant where people queued to eat typical french cuisine in a lovely old eatery. I could scoot to the Louvre, the Pompidou Centre , Musee D’Orsay and L’Orangerie. Cafes everywhere for food or an aperitif .

all good
