I loooooove this hotel! Very chic rooms, polite staff, amazing toiletries (!!!) and a good area. Will stay again and again!

Very high level remark - but the hotel is not exactly in Montmarte... In fact it's some distance walking to Montmarte. I do understand the naming of the hotel to excite tourists, but I must say it is misleading to people new to Paris.

The staff were fantastic. Excellent welcome, wonderful ladies looking after us in the morning...left the hotel very impressed. there were 6 of us, and we felt like we were at home! Our room was lovely, nicely decorated and spacious. the price was excellent for that size in Paris (we had the junior suite). Excellent location...bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, as well as the Moulin Rouge. Breakfast wasn't brilliant, but it was absolutely sufficient for our needs, plus, as I said, excellent staff. Thank you everybody!

Nothing springs to mind...oh yes...some draw space would be good in the room.

We went to Paris just before the Christmas week as 2 couples and picked this hotel. From now on we know where to stay whenever we visit Paris. A nice classic French building with nice classic interior, super friendly staff at every spot, amazing location yet still a very quite building, super convenient, super clean and delicious breakfast in the morning. The rooms seem to be very close to each other but it's super quite; not even a crack you hear from the other rooms. The room is bigger than we expected and it's very smartly designed that made us feel even it's bigger than its already bigger size. Lastly, the hotel location is at the heart of a lot of trendy bars and restaurants and 10 minute walk to Moulin Rouge. Also it's 3 minutes away from the very-well connected metro station "Place de Clichy". This is a 20 over 10 kind of hotel, definitely worth the value you pay which is quite okay. I would like to thank the whole staff for their kindness and hoping to meet them sometime again!

I try to find something not to like but literally everything was perfect :)

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. No joke I slept 10 hours one night and could have slept more. The superior room was spacious and I loved the windows and light that came into the room. Good shower and bathroom area as well. Nice that they provide a robe and slippers!

The carpet was dirty. I know carpet stains but it was unsightly so I would recommend a deep clean or maybe renovating the floors altogether. Also the shower head would not properly stay up so it was a little annoying to shower and be holding the shower head all the time. Also would have been nice to have a mini fridge or have water replenished daily.

Hotel is cute and staff could speak English

Sauna is in the hotel but they charge 99 euros which they didn’t mention previously I booked the hotel because I wanted a spa Disappointed

Excellent location on a quiet side street but within easy walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. Ideal for exploring Paris, especially Montmarte. Staff were excellent and very professional

The weather we had was very good with temperatures in the high 20’s low 30’s but unfortunately we had a problem with the air conditioning (room 504) Went as low as 16 degrees on the display but there was no power in the fan so it was more or less useless. Reported it to staff on the first day only to be told a day after that a company had been to check it and that it was faulty. They couldn’t repair it until some time in the next couple of weeks and they were full so we had to put up with high temperatures and no air con.

The room was very clean, the bed confortable, tasty breakfast with sweet and savoury options and fresh fruit as well, very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is located very close to a metro station (less than 5 minutes walking) and close to pastry shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

The elevator was broken down for 2 or 3 days during our stay and it was very tiring to climb to the 5th floor after a long day walking around Paris, but I guess things like this happen. No slippers in the room (it's mentioned on booking that there are); we didn't get a pair until we booked the sauna. This was not a big problem but we hadn't brought our own slippers as we thought we get them from the hotel.

Well located in the heart of Montmartre, Metro is a 2 min walk (Place de Clichy). 24/7 reception Service for late arrivals, late checkout possible until noon. Room size above average for Paris. Clean and nicely furnished rooms, HVAC is working fine. Breakfast is good, the only improvement would be scrambled eggs on top.

Windows are force-vented, and you are in Montmartre. It's in a sideroad, but it can get a bit louder from time to time at night. However, nothing which should screw you off. A desk would be great, but I think they offer specific equipped rooms.

This hotel was clean and bigger than we had expected. The staff was wonderful and super kind to us. One staff member even brought us baby food when we were eating breakfast for our one year old!

We were under the impression that breakfast was included. at the end of our stay we got hit with an over $100 charge for breakfast and city taxes

This was probably the comfiest room I have ever stayed in. Great bathroom and lovely decor. I love the bird lamps. The receptionists were always lovely. We got everything that we requested before we arrived. Fantastic central location. Loved the free Evian, cotton buds and cotton wool pads. I didn't realise the TV was in the fireplace till our last night. Very cool! Great air con which isn't noisy.

Our room only got cleaned twice. Even just the bin being emptied would have been appreciated. We were out every day and when we would return our room had the do not disturb sign put on the door. I think the cleaners set this up as an excuse to not clean our room if we had questioned it? I found this quite strange. We couldn't get the windows to shut properly. Which wasn't a problem because it was warm but I'd hate that if I stayed in the winter months. The lift looks a bit worse for wear. Which doesn't suit the vibe of the rest of the spotless and well decorated hotel. We wish it wasn't so expensive for breakfast or to used the Jacuzzi room.
