The rooms we had were very comfortable and elegantly decorated. Since we were traveling with a teenager, it was nice to have a two room junior suite. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet, there was good WiFi connection, and the hotel was in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice choices for breakfast including pastries, eggs, bacon and sausage, potatoes, yogurt and cereal, a bit of fruit. The staff at reception were extremely attentive and helpful. It was a great place to finish our visit to Paris!

The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. This may be the most perfect, charming boutique hotel in all of Paris. We loved the rooms, especially the fabric on the walls, the decor--just perfect. Very comfortable beds. The espresso bar in the lobby was a special treat as we'd come in from a chilly rainy day. Our favorite part was the concierge, Sanjay. He was so knowledgable, so helpful, so kind and friendly. Our trip to Paris was a last minute decision with not much planning. Sanjay went out of his way to tell us the best restaurants, places to shop, and ways to get around the city. We will certainly be back to this hotel.

After reading the reviews in Booking.com I decided to choose this hotel for our first trip to Paris and I definitely did not regret the choice. It is walking distance to a lot of the major attractions and the area itself is bustling with quaint cafes, restaurants, boutiques and lots of history. The hotel is clean and very elegantly decorated. Most of the reviews mentioned how helpful the Concierge Sanjay is and they are all true. A week before our trip, I received a lovely email from the Concierge welcoming us to Paris. During our stay he helped us with restaurant choices and a perfect itinerary for the short time we were there. The whole staff were so warm and hospitable and everyone spoke English. I feel like I have made new friends in Paris.

I appreciated so many things about this place: the lovely, inviting decor with its Parisian feeling; the location, a quiet refuge amongst the streets of St German des Pres and so close to the metro at Mabillon; the exceptional staff, very professional, helpful and friendly; the delicious breakfast, particularly the selection of yoghurts, cheeses, breads and pastries.

There was not anything that I did not like about the hotel!

Location, service, room and breakfast was excellent.

My only feedback concerns ventilation- the room got warm during night time and the air wasn’t really adapted for four people, but sorted when we opened a window.

Location is amazing, rooms are comfortable and absolutely spotless. As a family of four we had a suite and it was roomy and very chic. Lots of little touches made it feel luxurious. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful and the concierge is responsive and on hand to help with restaurant bookings and so on. Hands down this has to be one of the best places to stay in Saint Germain des Pres.

Having to leave

The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and shops and in close walking distance to many sites. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and a great shower! And best of all was the kind and friendly staff.

Brilliant location surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful and did everything possible to make you feel at home.

I would struggle to find a negative other than the bathroom in my room was tiny but it was perfectly functional.

Freandly and professional staff

All good. No issues. Only think I would say that the staff could check that the TV works well. A back cover was missing from the controller and TV didn't work hence the technician needed to come later in the evening to fix it. Speed work which I appreciated.

Pretty much everything. Saint Germain is the loveliest area and this boutique hotel was just gorgeous and had every possible convenience. The kind and informative staff were extremely professional while also giving a personal touch when assisting us.
