The staff were wonderful. Ambroise is who we interacted with most of the time. He was very polite, informative, and honest about certain things (e.g. the bed bugs plaguing Paris). The day we left, one of the other staff members also helped us with getting a taxi to get to the airport. Taxi was there early and got us exactly where we needed to be. Otherwise, we were very happy with the location since it allowed us to walk to all of our destinations and the espresso pods the hotel provided was delicious. They also cleaned the bedroom each day and the cleaning lady was very nice. Would definitely recommend this spot for any couple or solo travelers. There's a small grocery store right in front of the hotel that made it very easy to walk 10 meters to pick up anything we may have forgotten or easily purchase things like wine, beer, water bottles, etc. The location is great.

Initially the room we were given had some bed bugs. After we informed the staff, they IMMEDIATELY took care of us and moved us into rooms that they knew with 100% sureness that it was treated. We didn't have any bed bug issues in the new room. I don't feel like the bed bug issues were the fault of the hotel since they spread so easily but we were happy once they accommodated us despite there being an issue throughout the city. All in all, what we didn't like was quickly resolved.

The location was very good. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient and helpful, in particular John, who helped me with printing out some concert tickets and was always ready to help in any way and give whatever information we might need. Our room had a bathtub, always a plus and I think unusual in most city centre hotels. Lovely classical music in the elevator - definitely a nice touch. On the one day it rained, the young lady at the desk offered us umbrellas. When we were leaving early morning the man at the desk at night offered help with a taxi. Our room had a small balcony, not big enough for chairs, but big enough to go out and stand on, also handy for drying a bit of laundry, a very nice and unexpected thing to have. Good to have a coffee maker and also a kettle. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

A very minor thing - it's nice to have BBC news but there was apparently a glitch with that tv channel, and no other English language news available. Not a big deal.

The room was charmingly decorated and the bathroom was up to date AC was really helpful since the city had a burst of hot weather for October. Taxi to and from airport was effortless even early morning. and the availability of the Louvre and other major attractions was wonderful- walking back and forth , even late at night, o problems and the availability of fun local cafes and restaurants were within a block! Definitely a great place to stay

Nothing it was superb!

The staff were friendly, helpful and fun. The room was funky in decor and relaxing: a home from home. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The location was second to none: cafes, art shops, galleries all within a stone's throw. The metro is always great, but we just walked everywhere... beautiful walks along the Seine to all the major attractions.

The curtains could have done with a few more hooks to have them shut properly and the soap dish was hanging off the wall in the bathroom! A shelf or two for clothes in addition to the wardrobe would have been handy... Small details in an otherwise delightful decor. You need to ask for breakfast the day before if the demand isn't high (We went in early February). There are lots of cafes nearby for breakfast anyway.

what we loved the most was the location, it is in the most idyllic part of Paris with little boulangeries, cafes and shops with cobble stone roads. it’s close to the river and you can quickly walk to the Louvre, Tuileries garden etc…the room was classically boutique hotel French and had a French charm with windows that open to a mini balcony (the kind on many buildings). the staff were wonderful- I have never had such a wonderful experience with staff at a hotel - they helped with everything. The bed was very comfortable and the street is very quiet - we slept well. if you are looking for a smaller boutique hotel experience in a bustling but quaint Paris area - I highly recommend this hotel. we loved it.

Excellent location, in a very lively and animated area and close to restaurants and the Louvre. Bed was very comfortable, with nice sheets. Fairly quiet at night for such a busy area. Staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast on offer was poor and overpriced so we avoided it. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Limited space for clothes - no shelving and just half a wardrobe for hanging clothes,

We had an amazing stay at Prince de Conde! The location is brilliant, artsy area but close walking distance to all sights and heaps of restaurants close by! Lime Scooter/Bike hire right out the front which is great for touring around! John at reception was amazing!!! Honestly, helped us with transporting around the city and gave us great bar recommendations! Can’t wait to stay again!

Would be nice to have new coffee pods everyday!

the room is good size for Paris. the bathroom is huge for Paris. we had room 301 with twin beds. it had a window that opened onto the fro t street. Lots of street noise with the window open, but much quieter if closed. the air conditioning can be adjusted, which was awesome since it was hot while we were there. Lots of restaurants around, and within short walking distance of Louvre, Orsay, Notre Dame, and the Cluny.

The location couldn't get any better with La Palette and all the amazing cafes and restaurants and shops being a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help and so kind. We stayed at the suite on the very top floor which was pretty spacious with a big tub.

As with all city view rooms, it gets a bit noisy which is not specific to this hotel. Also if I may add, they didnt have an extra wine glass in the entire hotel. They need to restock their glassware.

Since arrival, the staff were super accommodating and friendly, always available and keen to help. The room was very clean and cozy and well equipped. Furthermore, the location was excellent, only a short walk from amazing breakfast spots, dining and bars as well as popular tourist attractions. I would definitely return when I find myself in Paris again.
