the location is perfect. close to every attraction or museum in Paris. it is clean and the staff is kind and professional.

i took 2 rooms 1 for the kids and 1 for me and my wife. the kids room was ok , my room was very very small, to go from one part of the room to another i had to closely skirting the walls because the space between the bed ad the wall is hardly 20 cm. The mattress was over-used and sloped . on the Mattress there was not a topper or to put it better , there was a piece of some kind of paper covering 1/2 mattress. in conclusion, i told them about that and they told only that the next time they won't give me the same room :(

Location was excellent, check-in was easy and we were able to access our room early when we arrived.

Only issue was the two "twin" beds were pushed together. I suppose this should have been expected as there isn't room in the space for them to be separated, but that would have been nice. One of the reasons we booked a hotel was for help with concierge -type services when in Paris, where we are not familiar. However, the front desk explained, reasonably as he said restaurants would rather deal directly with the patrons, that they don't really do restaurant bookings any more though they were happy to help with translations.

Super comfy bed Great design Lovely staff Price friendly And the best location in Paris! Will 100% return as I love the this hotel!

Rooms were a little small and I always heard other guests flush the toilet. The reception is beautiful but has too strong of smell, it’s overwhelming but not stinky just too powerful

Location is excellent, very close to everything in St. Germain, excellent restaurants and bars very close. Staff very attentive, courteous, efficient. The hotel isn't big so was never crowded. Beautiful decor, retro 70s style. Nice shower.

Breakfast was nice, would like to have an omelette. Didn't have charger adaptor. Didn't allow for discounted late check-out. Couldn't reserve the Jacuzzi which was constantly fully booked.

My sister and I stayed here for the last leg of our 3 week vacation in Europe and this was by far my favourite property in the entire trip. Conveniently located and the reception staff was wonderful. Absolutely loved staying at the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, so many good cafes and restaurants and eateries all within a 3 block radius of the hotel. Paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe room on the top floor and it was really spacious. That came in very handy since we had to pack our multiple suitcases before heading home. The bathroom and toilet was a bit tight but that is understandably the norm in Europe. The shower pressure was very strong though, really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend this hotel and don't forget to reserve a time-slot for the jacuzzi!

Restaurants and supermarkets right at the foot of the door, despite the busyness and bustle of the nearby bars and restaurants, the room was well sound-proofed, staff were amazing to interact with and breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Quirky 60s or 70s style design.

Room was a tad small, and bathroom very narrow - could probably only fit one person in at a time and the toilet is awkwardly across the room to the bathroom sink. No mini fridge in room, would have been handy to store cold water and drinks in there for the warmer months. Also, word of caution for those with mobility concerns, some of the stairs and flooring was uneven and sloped downwards.

This hotel in the Latin Quarter is charming, well-appointed, quiet, clean and the rates are reasonable for Paris, which is one of the pricier large cities in Europe so you're getting a good value when you compare to other larger hotels in the city. It is not a large hotel so the service is quite personable and less formal, but I thought it much better than the more expensive and fancy hotel I stayed at on a previous trip. Breakfast is very good, with the usual selections of charcuterie, scrambled eggs with yummy cheese in them, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit and yogurt, granola, fresh squeezed juices, milk, cream, croissants, baguettes and whatever kind of coffee drink you desire. If there's something you want such as ice for your bottled water in your room, which was included in the price of your room, they get it for you. The location is very close to the Louvre, the Tuiliries, the Marais, the Seine and Notre Dame, which is closed now during reconstruction after the tragic fire that destroyed it's spire but it is still gorgeous to look at, especially at night. There are literally an unlimited choice of cafes, patisserie and restaurants at many different price points right outside the door of the hotel. Also, very wonderful shops just steps away. I enjoyed my stay there very much and would stay there again and recommend it for couples and solo travelers. It's got a very cozy, romantic vibe.

The bathroom is small because the shower takes up half of it. The shower is wonderful but if you're a large person the sink area will feel very tight. Your toilet is in a separate room within your room which makes good sense. All the amenities you'll need such as soap, body wash and shampoo are provided. I had no problem with the size of bathroom but I anticipate a large person would, but don't let that stop you from choosing this lovely boutique hotel.

We absolutely love the decor of the hotel from reception to our room, it fulfilled our appreciation for good design. The suite is very comfortable and well sized. Loved that the bathroom was super private. Great location - we enjoyed watching the goings-on in the street below from our window. The quaint laneway across the road had good offerings for dining and a few boutique stores (cute stationery shop + gourmet food/homewares).

A hello from staff when arriving and leaving would be nice.

Clean, nice staff, amazing location. They provide a robe and slippers. A bottle of water every day and small cookies. Also they provide an umbrella in the room.

The air conditioner stopped working because they turned it off. We tried to get answer for 2 days and only on our last day they finally told us it was on purpose because it is cold outside. I paid for a room with an air conditioner, that is not ok.
