The view of the Eiffel Tower made our stay special as we had a balcony and table to sit and eat at with that scenery. The location was very close to tourist attractions but in an upmarket part of town so very quiet. The breakfasts were great.

We needed an adapter for to convert our uk phone chargers but reception could not supply one even though they say they are available in the welcome info for the room. This was also the case for the iron (the room hasn’t got it’s own iron). You got a small amount of coffee in the room and any extra you had to buy from reception. The beds separated a bit and created a bit of a ridge that we tried to avoid. The key cards for the room took a couple of tries before getting in every time. The elevators are very slow. I think the majority of these issues are quite minor and can be alleviated by bringing your own adapter and travel iron and the hotel having some more staff to help. They were as accommodating as possible.

Excellent location, very comfy bed and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were on hand to help and spoke good English

Our room was one that hand't been refurbished so was a little tired. The shower wasn't great but was adequate. Our room was at the front of the hotel which was quite noisy especially with the bin lorries early morning. I know it's not the hotel's fault but was annoying nevertheless. Overall I'd say it was more 3 star than 4 star

Comfortable room with abundant breakfast. Clean and efficient hotel set in the very heart of the most exclusive and chic shopping streets in Paris (if that's your thing). Very secure location next to the presidential palace.

Not a complaint about the hotel itself, but the location is less than ideal if one is hoping for lively neighbourhood mix of restaurants, cafés, food markets and action. This is all luxe shopping, bodyguards, and security. Steps from the river, Champs Élysées, Palais Royal, Opera etc. Metro is about 300 m.

booking.com said it had parking but it didn’t and we had to pay £100 for the duration of our stay

I booked, through Booking.com, 2 rooms in one unit. The hotel gave no indication that this was a problem. When we arrived, we were given two separate rooms, with no opportunity to share space as family. The stuff-up meant that the quality of our 5 year reunion was substantially compromised. You spoiled our reunion, in large part. Second, one front office clerk replaced a taxi order with an un-metered car which charged us 25 Euro ‘standard’ for a ride to Etoille. Stinks. Should be opportunity for smokers to sit and smoke … on roof, or in side passage.

The erea of the hotel is really nice. Lots of shops and many places to eat. The bed and pillows were so comfortabl. The hotel and the room were very clean.

The break fast was very fine, the staff were very friendly and the location was near the town so I saved a lot of transport cost. More over I enjoyed the family room that I was given for me and my family.

On Booking.com, breakfast option was not clearly narrated, so when I made my booking, I thought I have breakfast but later on during checking in they told me breakfast was not included.

I loved it!!! I am half french so i go to Paris often, best hotel i have been , amazing value for money. My grandma and great aunt used to go there always and say it is a hidden gem and now i understand why. Because the room was not ready on time for check in we were upgraded to the suite which has a 2 person interior (in the bedroom ) LED jacuzzi and a huge veranda(which is rare) with an unlimited view of Paris and the eiffel tower. Just wow ! It was like a dream and fantasy ! ❤️

I had a very difficult situation: two stays and during each stay... one stay for one person for two nights and a single person for the second or third night. Plus made the reservation through booking.com for one person and then changed, later to two people. The my credit card was canceled during the trip. That meant that booking.com would automatically cancel the second visit. The manager and the person on the desk were outstanding. Worked with me to make all adjustments. Save the second res. and recognized me and the situation upon my return

Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Looking at the picture, we were expecting to see a small tower far away. When we arrived at the hotel and entered the balcony, the Eiffel Tower jumped into our face. Surely one of the best places to have a romantic stay in Paris, just like in the movies. Room was newly renovated and very clean. Big balcony. Next to the american embassy with many body guards and police officers with machine guns. We didn't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing. Should we feel safe or be afraid to be blown up by Putin right at the beginning of the third world war. :-D Right at the center. Louvre is 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel had no parking space. Not even reserved ones or discounted ones in the near underground car park.
