The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and provided helpful information about the hotel and nearby attractions.

Lots of positive impressions about this small hidden gem! Even aheaf of our stay, hotel concierge and the front desk team were very helpful in making restaurant reservations for us. The location is great, pretty central and walking distance to pretty much everything that you need. Rooms are very stylish and comfortable, for Parisian standards. Bed was great! Nice looking spa, with friendly staff who proactively brought some swimming accessories for our daughter. On our last day at checkout we forgot an item with sentimental value in the room, and hotel staff was helpful to retrieve it few hours later while being respectful to the new guests in the room (although with a bit of linguistic misunderstandings, which seems normal in France).

Just small details really - but we’re being very picky. Probably the biggest comment is that the water in the swimming pool was a bit too cold, even for our taste, rendering the swimming pool not really usable. Breakfast selection was of high quality, but somewhat limited in choice (nevertheless good).

What a beautiful and wonderfully located hotel. Great amenities and lovely rooms. We got upgraded to the Deluxe room and it was genuinely amazing. So spacious, very clean, smelled very nice, large toilets, beautifully decorated, and overall great. The check-in staff were very kind and helpful. And ahead of the trip, the hotel were great at communication. I had a few restaurants I wanted to check out and gave them a list - they tried to help me book but I was last minute so most of the restaurants I wanted to go to were already booked up. After they went through my list, they came up with some other recommendations and helped us book a wonderful 1* Michelin restaurant for dinner. The pool and spa area is great (very clean, not busy at all, plenty of amenities and attention to detail i.e. make up wipes in the female lockers) - definitely lives up to its five star rating.

Super minor - the hotel gym is a bit small and although it features Technogym equipment - it felt a bit limited.

The comfort, the pool, the spa

Breakfast was too expensive. I have some kiwi and a croissant and I paid 39€. I don’t think the style of renovation is right, I could have been in Tokyo or Berlin. There were not any french touch that everyone in Paris would like to have ( boiserie, parquet, chimneys etc)

Highlights: the incredibly kind & helpful staff, ultra-comfortable beds, interior decor, and location. This is one of the best stays I have experienced, worldwide. The staff were so incredibly helpful; I had done a little too much shopping & needed to ship a suitcase back to the UK after my check out which they arranged seamlessly. Nothing was too much to ask. The bed & pillows are incredibly comfortable, I slept 8+ hours every night during my stay. The location is also fantastic, located on a quiet side street in the 8th. I was on level 4 facing the street & couldn't hear any outside noise from my room. Great area for shopping & museums. I will undoubtedly return on future trips to Paris.

Les Jardins du Faubourg hotel is a pretty quiet verdant and charming oasis right in the very heart of central Paris. The staff are warm and welcoming and truely professional. Every request we made was effortlessly and capably arranged, including late checkout, parking and storing our car, booking tickets and supporting our 16 yr old grandson’s journey to catch a flight to Australia at CDG. Our room and suite were thoughtfully arranged and we were greeted by a generous platter of fruits chocolates and nuts, macaroons and a bottle of excellent Prosecco as a welcoming gift from the management. We are experienced travellers and Les Jardins des Faubourg will be our preferred Paris hotel in the future.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The modern deco, the indoor swimming pool & steam facility. The location is on a quiet street yet close to all the shopping and luxury brands boutiques.

The next building next to the hotel is doing renovation, we woke up to the construction sound at 9am and 8am on two mornings, and it was very loud, non-stop and we could even feel our room is shocking. Apparently it only affect our room as our room was right next to the next building....The hotel manager offered us a complimentary one night stand for our next time -which was a very nice gesture!

Amazing hotel with a great spa, very beautiful and new, good sizes of rooms and bathrooms, I highly recommend. Great location, truly nice stuff, also really enjoyed the massage. So far the best hotel in Paris that I stayed at!
