Nice little hotel in a quiet side street near Madeleine. The location was excellent as basically everything was in easy walking distance and the metro was very close by. The hotel staff were friendy and very helpful. We can recommend and would go here again.

There were no facilities for making hot coffee/tea in the room. The hotel breakfast, which we had one morning, was very plain.

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all were kind, courteous, and very helpful. The management went above and beyond to help us plan tours that were fun and appropriate for my three VERY different teenagers. The breakfast was wonderful and more than enough food. We could eat in the lovely dining area or they would bring to our rooms. The location was amazing. In between fancy stores (Dior, Hermes, Gucci, etc.) and a wonderful neighborhood with cute shops and great cafes. Very convenient to the metro and many tourist destinations. We would return tomorrow if possible.

Truly nothing. I have traveled to Paris many times and this was by far my best experience thanks to the staff and location of the hotel.

This is the best hotel to stay in paris! I went to paris alone and this is the first time there. Wonderful! At this hotel, i walked to Louvre..gallery L and even the arch! There is a Supermarket nearby which is also fantastic. The staffs are very helpful! Will stay there again, totally amazing. Thanks hotel Alison!

We liked everything about the hotel. All of our requests were met. They even upgraded our room so we would have more place for the baby bed. They also arranged children’s toiletries of the Little Prince for our baby daughter. It warmed our hearts that they thought of that. The rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable. The staff, especially Florence, are all very professional and super helpful and sweet. Breakfast was really good, with the best croissants. The location is simply excellent.

We loved everything about the hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and cosy, staff are friendly and you’re walking distance to a lot of Paris’ landmarks or easily able to get a bus/the metro. There’s also a small terrace you can enjoy a coffee or wine.

Two small things - a kettle in the room would be a nice addition and the cleaner was very impatient but would rather that than a dirty room!

Hotel Alison exceeded my expectations. I was booked into a larger room than I had reserved and found it very big for a standard room in central Paris. My room was faultlessly clean. I appreciated the 24 hour reception. The front desk was always friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. They make it very easy to print out tickets for you. Breakfast was nice and more than enough food was provided, along with good coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

I don't have any useful complaints. The decor could use an update, but I've had much worse stays in much better decorated places.

The stuff was very nice to us, I want to mantion Florance and Phillipe for being kind and pation. The location of the hotel is very good, you have: six minutes from metro, supermarket in front of the hotel, Bistro + bars + resturanst near by, Shopping boutiqes and vintage stores. The street of the hotel is quiet so it's also a big +.

Only one small thing, the facilities was a bit old, but for the price of the hotel it's Ok.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Staff makes you feel so welcome and at home! Honestly everyone I encountered there was nice and beyond. Breakfast was AMAZING! And a little detail of not charging for extra to bring it to your room. Internet works perfectly for the people who are working there. It’s a super clean hotel in a really safe neighborhood (could walk to many tourist places) I would definitely stay there again (even to have again those croissants and the coffee!)

Tho it was a great experience I can tell some small details that might be an issue for some: no AC so it can get warm if you’re not used to the European summers; the one room is a bit small if you’re with a lot of luggage; protein for the breakfast is extra but at a good rate; walls can be thin so if you have loud neighbors this might be an issue

We loved this hotel. The room was large, well appointed, clean with a comfortable seating area that included a sofa and had a balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was super helpful, breakfasts were very good and convenient, and the area was quiet and extremely safe being close to embassies and President Macron's house. The Louvre was reasonably close, and we found this hotel a perfect place to base our Paris adventures. My wife has been to Paris a number of times and this was the best of all the places she's stayed.

The price was not good value for money. It was very expensive, breakfast was not included, and the size of the room was relatively small for what was charged. There were not many amenities (not body lotion or hair conditioner). A kettle would have been appreciated.
