The bed was extremely comfortable and the curtains closed properly ensuring the room was pitch black for a good nights sleep. The hotel staff were welcoming and the room was very clean and tidy. It was located within walking distance to most landmarks we wanted to visit.

We stood outside at roughly 10pm or even earlier trying to get in because they lock the front door at an early time, we stood outside ringing the door bell for 10 minutes while it was -4 degrees outside which we weren't too impressed about.

The room was amazing and very spacious for Paris. There is 24/7 reception and they are willing to assist with ordering taxis etc.

I wish you were a bit closer to the Champs Elyssee. Sometimes felt a little unsafe walking back up the street to the hotel at night but otherwise the location was great being close to all of the shops on the Champs Elyssee if that is what you are in Paris to do.

Excellent location. Newly renovated, super fresh! Nice tub to relax after a long day sight seeing. The people that work there very friendly.

The breakfast was the only disappointing experience. It was not bad but it was not good in terms of value for money. I would recommend to skip paying for breakfast in the hotel and opt for one of the dozens of cafes around.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Same for the cleaning staff. The rooms were always very clean. Also, we had to change room because the bed was making sounds and they changed us immediately.

Rooms and overall areas are quite small, so is the elevator (+ really slow). The breakfast (and the lady managing it) did not meet our expectations at all and the overall experience is below the hotel's standards, in our opinion. Very slow service, very limited breakfast options, all 3 mornings she brought us different/wrong options to the ones we had chosen/told her. She was not the most polite or understanding person and she even talked on her mobile phone 1 day with the other person being on speaker and instead of having breakfast quietly we could only hear her talking on the phone for a long time. We also found a cheese product that was expired.

Rooms space and very comfortable. Connecting rooms for family are very good

Not sure if is the property OR it was a booking.com problem, but wasn’t clear I booked the hotel without breakfast. Actually I thought breakfast was included. But ultimately it wasn’t and price for breakfast was very expensive, like 20 euros per person and we were 2 adults and 2 children, which means a 80 euro increment in a not cheap at all price, so we decided to eat outside. We realised another person faced the same issue as us… aka, thought breakfast was included and it wasn’t.

Lovely compact boutique hotel, medium sized room but ample for 4 night stay long weekend. Superb walk in shower, all new recently refurbished. Excellent power shower, the best ever! Great location, a short walk from the Metro and a stones throw from the Champs Elyse.

Could do with a bigger bar seating area. Lots of steps up and down between lift, breakfast area and reception not suitable for anyone disabled but this is indicated in the hotels description.

Room was amazing, just like the photos (twin deluxe). Bed was great, very comfortable firm mattress. Double windows made it nice and soundproof, and nice view from 6th floor over Paris rooftops. Great to be able to open the windows completely - almost like a Juliette balcony. Cutest little elevator I’ve ever seen.

Only thing that could be improved is having a placement high on the wall for the handshower as the rainshower didn’t have much power.

Location, location and location. Very convenient to main shopping area along champs elysees. Restaurants plentiful, there's even a self-service laundromat within walking distance. The place is kept very clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not the typical buffet style as the place is really small but provides enough based on your selection when you check-in. Their baguette is really nice.

Room is small (even for executive) and expensive. Hardly enough space for people and luggage within a room. More suitable for those who travel light and short stays.

Loved the location, the reception staff were ever so friendly always wanting to help. Nothing too much. The cleaning staff always welcomed you and were lovely. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast.

Slight annoyance was the bathroom light in our bedroom (for the toile) was on a motion so in the middle of the night it brightened the whole bedroom up. Would prefer an on off switch so it didn’t disturb. Only one English Channel on tv, wanted as was away with my 80 yearold mother so wanted when resting.
