The staff are very friendly and helpful,, the location perfect, (there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and shopping near by),, my booking was for 6 nights but suddenly I faced a private issue i and don’t continue the staying so i talked to them then they are so kind that they understood my situation and they refunded my money for 2 nights ,, I really appreciated their action

The hotel is chic and also in a great location. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Everything was nice and clean.

The room is a little tiny. I recommend it to one person. If you’re a couple it isn’t bad either just don’t have a lot of luggage.

Our Room wasn't the biggest, but boy our Hotel was the one with biggest Heart in Paris❤️😊❤️ My birthday surprise was one of a kind and not one 5-star luxury hotel we were before did what you guys did. Thank you so so much! I will never forget it ! And to be honest after we unpacked everything and had 1 day to adapt the small room size was not an issue anymore. We were on the streets the whole day anyway😊🇫🇷

It would have been nice if the bigger rooms (suites) also had a balcony with a view towards the Eiffel Tower. Then we would have upgraded immediately😊

Highly walkable location on a small and quiet street. A stylish and comfortable great base for sightseeing and shopping in the 1st and 8th Arr. Friendly and attentive staff.

Although my room was kept very clean, housekeeping procedures could be improved. I was shown one room that had a sewage smell emanating from the bath. In another instance, a bag of rubbish was left unattended in the 1st floor hallway.

WE spent our last night in Paris at Nuage, and chose it because it was in a different location than we had previously stayed. Close to the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe but on a quieter side street, we enjoyed walking around and exploring. The reception staff were really helpful and kind, and our room was spacious with a sitting area and windows that opened out to the street. We walked past many different shops and restaurants to our dinner destination just 15 minutes away, and the area felt very safe (you are close to the Elysee Palace so there are armed guards stationed on several nearby streets!!). We requested a tea kettle for the room, which was there on arrival, and when our taxi failed to arrive in the morning the receptionist quickly called another service for us which arrived in 5 minutes. We didn't have time for breakfast but it looked really tasty and the breakfast room on the lower level was nicely lit and spacious. We have previously stayed in the 3rd, 4th and 6th arrondissements and appreciated their neighborhood feel, but this was a different and cool experience I would also recommend.

The hotel decoration is warm and cozy, breaking out of busy Paris city and providing us peaceful rest. It is located in safe and good area for shopping, restaurant, café and bar. Staff was welcome any needs and provided us fully support.

It's next to an embassy where parking is limited and inconvenient for baggage loading and pickup/ drop off. Room is relatively smaller but believe that is typical in prime city area.

the staff was very helpful and friendly and polite,as well as very professional the location is a key to unlock Champs Elysees and the neighborhood full of lovely restaurants and chic boutiques,next to pharmacies and taxi place ,bikes and trottinettes its really near to all high lights

We thoroughly enjoyed Nuage. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel was beautifully decorated, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. Oliver reached out soon after booking to assist us with taxis, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We had a small mishap with getting into the hotel after hours and Patricia responded swiftly and efficiently. I will certainly be recommending Nuage to friends and family and will be back in the future.

The location of the hotel is just great. Close to the shopping, relatively close to main touristic attractions of Paris and in the middle of a maze of restaurants. And despite the location and surroundings, it's still quiet.

The breakfast appears to be expensive to what is offers. The breakfast selection could be improved.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Paris and I would definitely come back to stay again. The value for money is great. The room is not generic and well designed. The hotel is within walking distance to major museums and luxury brand boutiques. If you are lazy, there are also plenty of restaurants close by the hotel to try.
