Amazing for a older city hotel in such a location to have such a large pool. Pool area had a sauna and showers, robes and towels without any additional charge. Amazing and refreshing in the summer heat! Two blocks from Champs-Elysees shopping and eateries. Two great eateries on the corner just to the left of the hotel (left while exiting). Staff however was the best. Helpful. Friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate and the lounge areas were freshly renovated. Room had a separate 'water closet' from the sink and tub/shower combo. Large bright windows. We were in the front of the building but being more or less a block and half from Champs Elysees the street was quiet.

Excellent staff. Heating didn't work in the hotel when we arrived due to season just starting they turned it on for the whole hotel on our request within 2 hours. Amazing! I spend 100 nights a year in hotels and I have never witnessed such a prompt and professional response. The breakfast is great. Rooms are silly small (but hello it's Paris :) but clean and nicely furnished. There was an issue with the room later during the stay so we got an upgrade for the last few days. The issue was handled professionally and with minimum discomfort. The location is excellent as its not directly on the main street so it's not so loud, but if you move 100m away you have all the attractions.

The suite is nice but makes no sense unless you bring kids along as its just two rooms joined together so it doesn't really bring a feeling of a 'suite', more like a family room.

Amazing location steps away from the Champs-Elysées, surrounded by great restaurants and bars too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Priceless view of the Eiffel Tower from our room!

We stayed in the Parisian suite but when we arrived for check in it was not ready. Then the next day we went out and came back around 4pm but our room had not been cleaned. We had to leave for them to clean it, when we returned one of our keys was missing and our window wide open. The facilities are ok, a bit dated where you can see the wear (signs missed letters, etc.).

the location is number one in Paris, 1 min walking the concord & Xmas market! the team is so nice, smiling and welcoming! the room has everything to offer! very nice breakfast.

The location, the staff and the hotel facilities were just lovely. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was an enjoyable experience. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to lots of local landmarks (Champs-Élysées, Arc de triomphe, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame) and close to beautiful shopping and restaurants (Avenue Montaigne, Rue de Faubourg Saint-Honoré) We had a terrace room, which was a lovely place to sit and relax with a glass of wine, after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel provided the service, facilities, cleanliness, and the staff are very helpful and friendly which made our stay more welcoming. The location is excellent and the pool was a bonus after having walked a lot it was a means to relax and unwind for the day. There are also ample of restaurants in the same street and in the area. Our room faces the front and but not notice any noise due to the double-glace windows.

I informed the hotel way in advance will be arriving between 12 pm to 1 pm. But when we arrived the room was not ready. So they have accommodated us by getting the room ready by 2 pm which is the normal start check-in time.

Nice staff, clean, modern and to close to all of Paris adventures.

they did not assign me high floors room and they promised me to do so on August 27 when I book on the hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We booked the suite, which was perfect for our needs, as we had 3 people. The hotel is lovely and the staff was amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful, helping us with transportation, dinner reservations, glasses for wine we bought in the neighborhood, and anything we thought to ask for! There is also a great cafe/bar on the corner that we enjoyed.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. It doesn't have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but there are lovely places nearby.

Location is superb: close to city centre highlights but also not too busy. In general, staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool is also fantastic.

Our shower door did not close properly. Although we got an upgrade to a deluxe room, it was close to the airco units on the roof. So sleeping with an open window was not possible. Breakfast was good but some differences over the 2 days we were there. Also they did not put new bread when there was none left. Some small things for the team to cross t’s and dot i’s.

I absolutely loved the location and the hotel design. The beds were extremely comfortable (on the firmer side and my back really appreciated it). The rooms are spacious (deluxe twin room) and the windows block out any noise. The fact that the bath is separate from the toilet is simply amazing.

Only ‘but’ was the shower. The hot water was very temperamental and I got scolded multiple times. I reported it in the end when leaving, but I am not sure it was taken into account seriously as I was ‘advised’ I might not be accustomed to French plumbing.
