Breakfast was lovely. Lots of food service was amazing Staff were all friendly and helpful Room was small but what was expected for central Paris. Room was lovely and warm. Some renovations going on so it was a bit noisy and scaffolding outside the front of the building in front of our room.

Light switch in bedroom on one side of bed didn’t work so couldn’t turn it on during the night. Bathroom had step up into it which was awkward and no lock inside the door. Door to room hit off glass table when you entered and one side of bed had drawer unit with couple of inches to squeeze past but we managed. Staff were so nice it didn’t seem worth making a fuss. And we were upgraded on arrival due to renovations taking place so it was all fine.

The hotel was located only a couple of minutes from St. Germain des Pres metro-stop. Very nice location and surrounded by cozy and vibrant streets. Only 10 minutes walk from Louvre and the Latin quarter. We arrived earlier than checkin, and were welcomed by two very nice receptionists. We were lucky to have been upgraded, and we also got to check in 1,5 hours before expected. We got a beautiful room in an old charming style, with a stylish bathroom and small bathtub. The room had comfortable chairs and a table. We had a coffee machine and kettle, with ceramic cups (not plastic/paper). We got new coffee pods when they cleaned the room after the first night. The breakfast was nice. We were met by a lovely lady who served us warm drinks. You could also ask for soy-milk as a vegan milk alternative. They had breads, fruit, cereals, juice, jams, nuts... Very good breakfast! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for the Paris-feel in a hotel. It was a romantic hotel! We would love to come back :)

My stay at Hôtel des Deux Continents was nothing short of delightful. The hotel's charming ambiance perfectly complemented the Parisian experience. The receptionists, particularly Khalid, stood out with their exceptional service and genuine willingness to assist. Khalid's attentiveness and helpful demeanor truly elevated my stay, ensuring all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. The hotel's central location, combined with its comfortable rooms and attentive staff, made my visit to Paris truly memorable. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and accommodating stay in the heart of Paris.

Deluxe room is very large for the Paris city center. Lovely stylish furnished with a self serve coffee tea refreshments. The bathroom was modern bath shower with mirrors on three sides to make sure your coiffure and dress is perfect. We got a breakfast upgrade which made mornings much more relaxed. All city center attractions are very close either to walk or use metro around the corner from hotel.

Nothing springs to mind. Just keep in mind Paris can be cold and wet in the Winter period. Courtesy umbrellas from the hotel came in handy.

Locations is great, all the pubs restaurans of st germain area are walking distance and subway/bus station are just 3 minutes away. extremely welcoming staff. Rooms were clean, big enough and quite comfortable. I believe this place deserve more than 8.1 rating.

The toilet and the bathroom were different than the room pictures. While I can understand that not every room is precisely the same, but it would have been nice to know in advance that the toilet was in a closet with no ventilation :)

A wonderful hotel in a Great location. The room had a level of basic Comfort and was a very good value. I liked the traditional interior design, and the breakfast, while optional, was nice. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a little dated, and some rooms have no access by lift, this did not affect me except when checking out with luggage. While the hotel is very quiet to street noise, rooms are close together and noise from adjacent guests, and slamming doors can be disruptive to sleep.

The location was perfect on a side street so it was quiet for sleeping. Great blackout curtains. It had a comfortable king size bed and was a good sized room by Paris standards and you pay a premium for it. It was a great location, close to the Louvre, and metro stations. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I would have liked some glass glasses rather than paper cups and they could have had one more outlet for charging as the one in the room didn't fit out converter. Would have liked access to an ice machine.

This was a great location in St. Germaine des Prés, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do but also well connected to bus lines and the metro. But as wonderful as the location was, it was the staff that really won us over. They were always available, always friendly, always accommodating. Our room was lovely and spacious and had those big French windows that I love to leave open to the ambiance of the street. We were a group of six with three rooms and it was perfect for us. I definitely would book again.

It's hard to think of anything I didn't like. The spiral staircase was difficult for me to navigate but there was an elevator so I never had to worry with the stairs. And, oddly, the phones don't dial room-to-room but we just texted.

As a first time visitor to Paris, I found the position perfect as most major attractions were within easy walking distance. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend Hotel Des Deux Continents for your Paris stay.

The room was a little bit small but I am told that is normal for Paris. Remember after all we are not here to stay in our room. Enjoy Paris !!!

The location was great for Louvre and environs. Beds were typically 3 star French; pretty mediocre. Breakfast was better than most comparable properties in Paris with scrambled eggs and a hot meat feature dailiy

Room was quite small, but consistent with what was found elsewhere. Mattresses could be improved. Coffee service in the room could be improved.
