They have a bidet! This is the best part about the hotel. Their garden is beautiful, as well. You could sit there and enjoy the peace that it offers. Also, half of the rooms have their view on the garden. The room uses high quality materials. The staff are generally great. Friendly, also. We arrived early (around 10h00) and they kept our bags safely with them. They also gave us a room around 14h00-15h00. An hour earlier than their regular check-in gladly. The hotel location is great. 10 minutes or less from champs and from Arc de Triomphe.

The room honestly felt smaller than 30 square metres. I am not saying it isn’t the size mentioned; it just felt smaller. The cleaning team (although they did a good job in organising the bed and cleaning the toilet); they did not arrange their facilities. Sometimes, we will return the iron board before we leave. Other times, we rush and we don’t. Nonetheless, when we return, it will be in its same position.

It’s an average hotel. We were met with a very negative reception from a gentleman called Archibald. The gentleman told us that check-ins are at 4pm only and that he would check us in at 2pm free of charge as a gift. I have been to hotels in 58 countries and more than 200+ cities never heard in my life such nonsense He was very rude in answering any questions and seemed to hate his job. It was not the best welcome, but overall the hotel is average and has good house keeping and calling service they were fast Location is not great, but rooms are clean. Wouldn’t come back again but not a terrible stay I would say 3.5/5

Amazing location: close to sightseeing spots and very safe neighborhood. Quiet at night despite being in the city centre. The room was very big for Paris standards. We were lucky to have Eiffel Tower views! Good size even for a family of 3 (young child). Very comfortable beds. Daily replenish of tea/coffee/water, etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good (pastries, omelettes, etc). Very helpful staff at check in. Merci pour un sejour parfait a Paris!

If anything, the hotel could think of ideas to try and reduce queues at breakfast time during peak times (Easter Holiday with the hotel full and towards the end of the breakfast timing, the queues were some days a bit annoying).

The room is very clean and cozy. Location: 10 minutes walk to triumphal arch, very centeted but quiet. Breakfast is fantastic! After four days' business, I changed my room because my family was coming. Surprisingly,I was selecetd as the “Guest of the Day” and the room was upgraded to the top floor. Those days UEFA had a meeting in the hotel so that I saw some securities were standing in that floor. But the activity did not bother us at all. The staffs are really friendly, helpful and very well organized. Thanks for the great treat!

Nothing, I love here. The only minor is at the first day, I found the water could not flow in the washing pool, but well fixed the day after.

Everything about this Hotel is just perfect 🤩 the staff all of them are so professional & friendly, from the concierge to the bar staff restaurant staff spa staff !! The hotel is immaculate and beautiful. We had lovely cocktails in the bar served by the lovely Sri Lankan (sorry can’t remember his name) but what great service he gave and always with a smile !! The rooms are lovely we had a deluxe double and there was 3 of us mother and 2 daughters it’s was perfect and ample space. The spa is very nice also so relaxing. The location of the hotel is just perfect 10 mins walk from Champs de Elysee.

There is nothing not to like !!

Great find while browsing hotels in Paris for a little mother/daughter getaway. Loved the modern sophistication of the place that exudes luxury but not in a loud way. The gardens and the courtyard are stunning.

The location wouldn’t be my first choice but I fell in love with the property so would book again anyway. Service wise, while everything else was impeccable, in/room dining is a bit lacking (in style) — we had asked for extra teabags that were brought to us after waiting half an hour, and presented in …. a shower cap!!! Definitely not worthy of such a beautiful hotel. We did appreciated the complimentary upgrade very much (that had nothing to do with the teabags ..)

Location is fantastic, close to Arc du Triomphe, Champs Elysées and Royal Monceau garden in walking distance. Hotel du Collectionneur has both Art Nouveau architecture and feeling which is its main USP and makes it an experience in itself.

Breakfast was good, but very confusing. We went during Easter and staff was a bit lost on the operation side. We had issues with housekeeping, and hope with training the hotel will be able to improve staff performance.

Facilities were beautiful. Very classy and elegant. In my opinion, great value for the money in terms of five star properties. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was not overly friendly. Bar lounge was bad. Played extremely loud music at night with only one bartender sitting at the bar. The bar had no ambience and no atmosphere. Wine list was horrible and the only beer available was Heineken in a bottle. The bar was surprisingly bad for this nice of a property.

The hotel is in a great location. It was easy to get the places we wanted to visit. The room was quite nice.

The last 2 days of our stay the room was not serviced. No clean towels or bed making.

The rooms where big fits 4 people. The location is 10 minutes walking from the champs elysees. Free water.

We were asking to provide us with extra toilets paper and towels and shampoos was not given for 4 people. The luggage staff have attitude and they are loudspeakers. When we checked in no one told us what are the facilities and shows around. No one told us that taxi will charge for you while waiting no one told as as we are tourists that were are the toilets even at the hotel we had to look and ask for it.
