We were upgraded to a larger room upstairs with 3 small balconies, you can see the Eiffel Tower at night. During the night it was quiet even when the windows were open. Great location feels safe with lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The hot water was not stable and many times the water became very hot or very cold

The room, while small, was very elegantly appointed. The bathroom was beautiful! The room was on the back side of the hotel overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Breakfast was terrific, and the breakfast staff was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff did an amazing job every day and the room always looked neat. The hotel is an easy walk to all sorts of attractions, and the neighborhood right around it is quiet. Great cafes/brasseries right on the corner a few steps from the hotel. Easy access to the metro. While the price is high, it's not out of line with other Paris prices. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was a bit small, but it was perfectly adequate.

Location was really good (25 minutes walk from Louvre) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Decent sized room for Paris.

Lack of hangers in closets. Room was badly lit (not enough light), which meant it was quite dark even with all lights switched on.

The room is quite spacios for a Parisian hotel :) with very comfortable bed and a quiet location but near plenty of restaurants and boulangeries . Very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Easy acces to the Metro and waliking distance to various musees.

Unfortunatelly the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs - five floors . It is quite incredible how for the entire duration of our stay , 4 days , they did not repair the elevator.

The Staff, especially when we arrive Jon Batiste, was at the reception and he was amazing. so helpful, kind and courteous. He really made our stay in Paris special, by suggesting the best places to visit. The breakfast staff was lovely and kind. small gestures go a long way. One day there was no banana, I asked for one, but had to leave, the lady had gone out to get the bananas, and when I got back to the hotel in the evening, there was a banana packed and kept for me. Now that's hospitality. full marks. The other staff members were also very kind and helpful.

The house keeping staff did not replace our glasses in the room, so we had to come back and do the cleaning. Also the location is fantastic, but the room was small for the price we paid. I guess the premium is for the location.

Hotel owner/manager Anyl could not have been more helpful when we arrived, helping us with our bags from the taxi and offering us complimentary drinks while we waited to go up to our rooms. Very welcome on a hot Paris day! The hotel itself is in a great location, with plenty of iconic Parisian cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and easy access to transport to the must-see sights of Paris. We missed Anyl on checking out and were touched to receive a message from him wishing us well on our onward travels.

No negative impressions!

This was our second stay at the hotel. We love the location and the room we stayed in on both occasions has a little balcony with a view of the rooftops and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. There is a small gym that is fairly well equipped. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

The room we were initially allocated had peeling paint and was pretty tiny. The deluxe rooms are worth the higher rate. Only instant coffee and tea available in rooms but there is a coffee machine in the breakfast room you can use throughout the day.

Staff were all incredibly pleasant and helpful, the area was fabulous, quiet, but plenty of places to eat and drink, perfect for walks, away from the busier main streets of Paris. The breakfast was excellent, fresh patisserie every morning, all you could drink coffee etc, well worth the money.

Not surprisingly for a Paris hotel in an old town building, the room was small, and the bathroom was minute. This seems to be normal for mid range hotels like this, and was no fault of the owner. What could have been improved was the storage space in the room, as there was very scant room for clothes, my partner and I were only there on a short break and we struggled. However, do not let that put anyone off,

Emmanuel stood out among all the helpful staff. His enthusiasm, his knowledge, and energy was exceptional—even considering the multi-cities and hotels involved in this trip. He is genuinely focused on the guest’ experience! Charly was lovely too—we had less interaction due to his night shift. *** the coffee/ hot beverage offered was FABULOUS. I have been missing my daily latte or steamed lait 💕 since we left.

Room just surprised us w it’s small size. We quickly adjusted and the facility has numerous other gathering spots with actually enriched the stay experience. The shower was nice.

The hotel is located in perfect place in Le marais. Not the crowded area and still very cool. Full of coffee shops and amazing restaurants.the stuff was super nice!! We came for 4 nights- at the beginning we got a small room but once we asked to change it, they did it with pleasure. The room was very clean, hot water nice soap(- very clean sheets.
