The location was very good, being within the greater Marais area and near a small city park, as well as plenty of cafes and bars. Our room, as a junior suite was decent size, though it was really just one room with a bathroom. The walk-in shower and shower head were excellent and the bathroom was nice in general. The bed and bedding were excellent, as were the three double windows that opened fully to let in cool night air (the weather was cool and rainy when we went in early August). The staff were all very friendly.

While our room was of adequate size (a junior suite), our friends stayed in a regular room and were greatly disappointed by the small size of the room-- the hotel is charmingly old, so the size of the rooms are small, as is typical. The breakfast could have been improved by offering another type of cereal, such as granola or muesili, as well as another selection of breakfast meat, such as ham. The air conditioner was weak, but thankfully the weather was not hot, so we opened the three windows in our junior suite. The elevator, being in an old hotel, was extremely small.

The staff were very helpful. We booked a classic room which was far to small for us and not as nice as we were expecting so we spoke to the staff and mentioned that we were on honeymoon and they booked us into the junior suite for our last 2 nights. They stored our luggage while we went out on the day of checkout as we had a late flight and they were very friendly.

The classic rooms are very small The breakfast was hit and miss as the coffee machine wasn't working properly and there wasn't much left by the time we went for breakfast. We didn't realise we had breakfast included so we just got coffee and crossiants from a bakery the rest of the time.

The staff was so friendly! They spoke English which was very helpful. The elevator was super small...like my husband had to go up with his carry-on then I went up afterwards kind-of tiny. The room was also very small. We were in King room 401. However, the location is EVERYTHING!!! It's worth the small accommodations for that alone! I'd definitely recommend it! They also left a note two of our days with treats! :) There were food options on every corner and it's a bustling little area after dark!

The location was perfect! Lots of cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel. A few different metro stations only a short walk from the hotel, making it easy to get around Paris. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The room was small, but expected in a big city. It was still comfortable enough to rest, plus I didn't stay in the hotel much as there was a lot more to enjoy outside.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The hotel lift was extremely small, so if you have lots of luggage it would be a challenge, but It seems to be quite common in Europe.

The location was great. Just off a bustling Street of restaurants and bars and grocery stores. The District was very clean and tidy. A small park just 100m away. The hotel facilities were good. Easy to use shower, good hot water. Bed comfy. Room was quiet even though the hotel is probably only 30m from the hustle and bustle. Good air conditioning.

The only niggle was that there was no milk in the room/fridge for tea. No other complaints.

LOCATION! Located in the most vibrant part of Le Marais / 3rd Arr, it was so convenient to be steps away from amazing shops, restaurants, and markets. Also, the room was small, but they had all the amenities I wasn't expecting them to have (hair dryer, iron w/ ironing board, soap, bath salts for a bath, etc. And they honored my request to be in a room that's facing the back of the hotel because I didn't want our sleep to be disturbed with people outside. Also, you can't beat the price for the location. We were able to walk to the Seine from the hotel.

Honestly, the size of the room is small, so you have to get over that. But I didn't mind it because I was traveling with my boyfriend and we didn't have a lot of luggage.

Our room had one double bed, and a small bathroom, but was comfortable for only the two of us. The complimentary chocolates were delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Loved every second of our stay in this room. The location was amazing, with so many restaurants and cafes nearby, making it very easy to find a nice place to eat some food.

The room was a little small, which made it difficult for two travelers with large suitcases but we managed.

First of all Le Marais is the most beautiful area in the most beautiful city in the world. This hotel is in the best location, near restaurants, shops, on a quiet street, but just around the corner from EVERYTHING. The staff were so kind. My spouse speaks French, but I only know basic greetings and phrases. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, spoke slow and clearly for me and would repeat in English when I couldn't follow what they said. We had the best experience ever. Our room was on the 5th floor (6th floor if you're from North America), we had stunning views, with slanted ceilings, a small bathroom, desk space, a wardrobe, queen bed. It had Air conditioning and a lift (albeit Tiny). The pillows were soft and comfortable, we slept so well and just had the most wonderful time. We stayed for 5 nights!

I want to preface this by saying that our room was Cleaned daily, and very well!! but there was some areas that were obviously not checked. Like the bathroom door is a pocket door that slides inside the wall and it was filthy, so obviously housekeeping has it open when they clean the room and never checks it. And the exhaust fan had dust bunnies hanging from it. The fridge in our room was broken, we did not complain about it. So that is 100% on us for it not getting repaired. The elevator was so small that I'm not sure if a walker or mobility aid would fit in it. And our Queen bed was actually 2 singles pushed together so sometimes in the night we'd find a leg or arm in the gap, but they were comfortable. There really wasn't much that I didn't like, I am being nit picky, it was Amazing!!!

The room was very quiet and perfect for our 4 day stay. The stuff was very nice and helped us with every question we had.

Some aspects were not very practically solved. After showering in the tub, the whole bathroom floor was wet. One could solve that easily with a bigger pane of glass next to the tub. And there was just one hook in the bathroom, we didnt know where to hang the wet towels to dry them over the night. There was no soap dispenser, instead there was a loose soap which was lying around on the bath counter. I think this aspect could be solved more hygienic with a soap dispenser, that is more comfortable to use and can easily filled up by the stuff.

Convenient for city center in a quiet street, lots of restaurants close by. Room was large enough staff professional.

Breakfast was typical for France, meager for North Europeans or Americans. Bathroom was cramped for space.
