A great hotel at very reasonable prices, with easy access to the centre of Paris and within walking distance of some landmarks and museums, as well as metro stations. Access to the hotel and room was all sent to us remotely on booking.com as we were arriving in the evening, this came through quickly once requested and we had no issues finding the hotel or getting inside. I had requested a room on a lower floor due to mobility issues, and we were placed on the second floor which was perfect. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a short stay, both the main bed and sofa bed were comfy (and our four year old was very pleased to have such a large sofa bed to herself) and though we didn't see any staff at all during our stay due to being out all day every day, the hotel was always spotless. A few previous reviews mention the lack of doors on the bathrooms - our room had a sliding door that was hidden, to make the most of the small amount of space, and I didn't spot this at first so definitely wondering if others have done the same. We also didn't hear any other guests during our stay, the room was well soundproofed. There are lockers in the basement where you can leave luggage after checking out, which felt much more safe and secure than the system most hotels use of having one large room for storing luggage that any guest can access. A folder of recommendations was provided in the room, and we found the most perfect breakfast recommendation from this that we used every day on our five day trip (Sain Boulangerie), and there are many food spots, supermarkets and pharmacies only a few minutes walk away. We'd happily stay here again!

It would have been great to have a fan for each room rather than just one fan to share, but this wasn't a dealbreaker!

There are lockers in the basement that can be utilized even after checkout! This was my main reason for booking this property. We checked in very late at night with the intention of taking a self guided walking tour the following day. We were able to store 3 suitcases, 3 carry-on bags and a stroller bag in two of the large lockers at check-out and come back for them at the end of the day. This was a huge bonus for us and I would stay here again for this reason. The front desk staff was also very kind and the property is within walking distance of the Louvre. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower from this location and bussed back as it is quite a long walk with small kids.

As other have mentioned, the stairs are steep and plentiful, it was a little tricky getting all of our belongings and children up and down but if you plan in advance, you can store what you won’t use in the basement and out of your way, taking only what you need to the room. We also didn’t love that there was no one on site after hours, for assistance. We would have loved to ask for a fan in the room because it was very hot, but the front desk is not manned overnight. The beds and rooms were a little small for our family but this can be quite standard for Paris.

Great location in the chinatown area of Les Marais. Lot of great food locations at walking distance. Clean 'apartment' style rooms in an quiet side street. Decent seize room for a family of four (our childeren are 8 and 11 years old and the sleepingcoach is good just up to this age for 2 childeren) and the parentroom has an seperate door. Not a lot of storage space but for this price/location in Paris more than enough.

For us not a problem at all but a small winding stairs goes up to the Fifth floor. So if you are not great with climbing stairs ask for one of the ground floor rooms.

I like how this hotel is so close to the Metro station and restaurants. It’s clean and has everything I need in a hotel and also it is quiet at night. The staff is very helpful.

This property does not have elevators, air conditioning and no staff on site for most of the day. The smaller units do not have doors to the toilet, thus do not have privacy.

Sometimes if takes a heart and some passion To make a place that has no staff and no reception to fell like there is more than that. Very warm hospitality, excellent service, super clean and discreet cleaning ladies and great aesthetics on top. Although we are fluent in French all working stuff was speaking English and they were all eager to help. The concierge number is really guaranteeing a concierge service when needed, offered with kindness ! 100% recommended ! Last but not least there is great coffee offered in the cave/basement ! Superb location, very close to Pompidou, Gare du Nord and Gare du Sud and with good transport links. Lively neighbourhood, full of lovely places to shop and eat. Hotel itself is charming, bathrooms and rooms were a decent size and nicely designed. Basement houses a vending machine with drinks and snacks, a washing/drying machine and a tiny kitchen. You can also leave your luggage in lockers free of charge. I would happily stay again.

There is no lift, we were staying on the 5th floor and the stairs are steep and narrow spiral stairs. Worth keeping in mind if you have mobility issues, or carry around lots of luggage.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. It was easy to communicate with hotel staff via WhatsApp and the localization is great. We could go on foot to a lot of places.

The bathroom without doors behind the bed is not great. It would be good to have some more privacy. The hotel could write clearly in the offer about staircase - it’s tiny and round. It’s ok to do it with a carry on, but bigger suitcase is a problem.

Great Location, The suite is fine for a 4 person family, Lockers for suitcases before check in and after check out, Free coffee downstairs and toilet when you are waiting, Every day cleaning and changing towels.

Difficult to find something wrong with our suite room on the 1st floor although the stairs are a little tight. Just didn't see any staff in case we needed something, all access is with codes to the Hotel places

Overall the location was great, it was close enough to public transport, there was restaurants around it so it felt safe and it was central to Le Marais which is a great suburb! The rooms were clean and when we had to text the management about something they responded immediately and were really helpful. Also easy to get the codes to get into the building. The rooms are really small and there’s a lot of stairs - but that’s Paris for you!

No door on the toilet - it’s literally behind the bed wall so you can hear everything, and see a lot too! If there is anything to change, I’d put a door on the toilet so there’s full privacy. Additionally air con would be nice, but I know it’s not standard in Paris and they did provide a fan which did a fine job!

The hotel is in a great location in Le Marais. Tons of great restaurants in walking distance as well as metro/bus stops nearby. It was very quiet at night and the electronic check-in/key system was perfect and easy to do.

The room is tightly packed. My suitcase had to be by the door to fit but otherwise had a comfortable bed. The shower and toilet are on either side behind the bed, although the toilet has no door. It's worth noting that there is no lift and very narrow stairs so keep that in mind if you have accessibility concerns/bad knees or large luggage!
