it was so close to everything! I loved that our area was mellow and a chill space to come back to after all day in the city. The action is only one block away you can go to the good restaurants and famous Eiffel Tower. We were so close to the river too! Also walking distance to all the shopping but we did take a taxi back since we were tired.

That we were on second floor. I booked this months in advance and wished we had a higher floor. Also there was no direction on how to order room service if we wanted. I dialed 0 and nothing. We also like to watch a little tv late at night and there was only one English station no big deal but would be nice to have a few more options other than CNN

The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained character building showcasing beautiful decor. My room was perfect and the bed was amazing! The staff where what made my stay. They were accommodating and helpful with the smallest of things like requesting a taxi and ensuring the driver knew exactly where I was wanting to go and cleared up any possible misunderstanding given I don’t speak the language. They were helpfully with suggestions for food and sight seeing and where always welcoming on return. The location was perfect, a little bit of a local mix but close to so many places to visit. Will recommend to anyone I know coming to Paris 😊

The hotel was nice and centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. we were able to get a family room which was pretty spacious for European standards. There was a mini-fridge that was nice to have for our trip and the hotel refreshed a few waters and drinks daily. The Eiffel Tower was a 5 min walk away and it was easy to walk to most places around the city or an easy metro ride away. The hotel staff were really nice and checked in with us daily to hear our plans for the day and offer guidance on transportation or other ideas for things to do.

The walls were really thin so we would catch noise in the hallways regularly but it’s a small hotel so the noise levels weren’t too bad.

As soon as we got there at 11 o clock we werre greeted and checked in fast. We went to our room saw the view and you could see the top of the Effie’s tower from the room we had. We walked down and the man at reception gave us directions to the most unbelievable view of the Effie’s tower which was just a short walk away. The next day I need a razor and called down to reception to ask if they might have one. They had a whole kit and the man working reception walked it up to my room for me. This hotel was more than amazing I would stay here again most definitely.

Everything was splendid there was nothing I didn’t like.

It is a beautifully decorated hotel. very clean and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I loved everything about this hotel. the bed was comfortable and everything worked, simple lovely ☺️💕 Fully recommend, very central and easy to access most of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a little pricey, this is the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed at, and we didn’t have breakfast included. In saying that everything is expensive in Paris.

The space is compact but the love is huge. The room was well appointed with a free (non alcoholic) mini bar and the BEST hot water service in the modern bathroom. The staff were more than accommodating- friendly, kind and really could not do enough to keep us comfortable. The included buffet breakfast was simple and filling with lovely wait staff who greeted us every day with a smile and friendly banter. Excellent restaurants right next door (Italian /Indian - both delicious) and a convenience store around the corner. It truly felt like a home away from home. A stylish,elegant oasis in the middle of Paris -the perfect launching pad for us to renew our vows on our 25th wedding anniversary. Location superb too. We got to wake up every morning to the Eiffel Tower in the sunrise. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We loved it all - just remember Paris accomodation is not really spacious but who cares- nobody travels to Paris to sleep in 😘

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to the Eiffel Tower and with Port D'Alma metro station a 3 minute walk away. The Bateaux Bus port is also only a 10 minute walk away so fantastic transport close. Lovely decor to the hotel and the main foyer is amazing. Minor things really - Would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than shower over a bath More milk sachets for drinks in the room No English tv channels available (Even BBC news would have been nice), but we were able to stream (Netflix/Disney+,etc) from phone to the tv

We were very happy with the location and proximity to the Eiffel Tower. We even had a peek-a-boo view of the tower from our room. The room was small but very cozy and quiet and decorated nicely. The gym was small but we managed a decent workout. (No free weights)

The check-in was supposed to be 3:00pm and that did not happen. The way it was handled by the staff was not acceptable. We (and other guests ) were told the rooms were not ready because: they were not clean; that plants were being placed in the room; that the rooms had not been inspected by the head of housekeeping, etc. What was even more infuriating was that they wouldn't tell us the expected wait time...it went from 2 hours to 2 minutes. It was an ugly scene. It seems as this is a constant problem because I witnessed the same thing occurring the following day.

Our stay with our two children (6 and 1 years old) was made incredibly fun and amazing thanks to this hotel, its room, and most importantly its staff. The level of service and hospitality was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and incredibly attentive. The Family suite is so nice and spacious. From the hotel it is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and amazing restaurants. We are still swooning over our breakfast, which we were served every morning. It is a rich buffet with something for even our pickiest eater. If you do not feel like walking 3 different bus lines and a metro stop are a short walk away. We are so thankful for this amazing stay and will be back.

The staff at the Hotel were all so very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were greeted warmly at reception and given some beautiful macaroons while we checked in. My daughter loved these and the sweets, which were for guests to enjoy as we waited for the lift, were a very welcome addition. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Derby Alma again as the staff we wonderful and the location was only a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower.
