Sana at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My Room was very clean and the size was good enough for a single traveller. Shower was small but if you are small like me (160) it's not really a problem and the water pressure was great. I Had the continental breakfast (buffet) in the morning for an extra €10-12 and it was perfect! (Fruit, cereal, croissant, pain au chocolate, crepes, coffee, cheese, etc) Location was great 5-10 mins walking to different metro & train stations. Eiffel Tower was 10-15 mins by metro (Bir-hakeim to Anvers). Definitely worth the money. Would recommend and stay again :)

Didn't stay long enough.

Staff very helpful during booking in, and when my phone was stolen whilst out. Room was exceptionally clean. We had to book last minute after being stranded by Eurostar so unsure of the area, but it was great. Lots within walking distance, great cafes, restaurants etc. Staff spoke perfect English which helped as our French was terrible.

The walls are a little thin so if you’re a light sleeper or have someone noisy next door you might want to take earplugs. But no noise outside despite being in a room facing the road.

Everything was amazing, exceed my expectations, for guest services Erick Cantona was incredible... Always trying to help, very kind and smiling, he really deserves a big congratulations because he loves his job. Adam was very nice too. Room was amazing, a lot of space, beautiful and comfortable. Thanks Hotel Merena for a wonderful stay.

Everything like to me

Good price for the location. Nice balcony style window looking on to the street. Close to a bus stop to get to the River Seine, Notre Dame etc and not too far from metro or Gare du Nord. Bed was comfy and both room & bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful & we could leave baggage in the hotel for free whilst we explored Paris the next day.

Would have been good to have more tea selections in the room but can't really complain!

Didn't get the idea of the deposit, which is still on hold In the night it gets a little noisy from outside, during the day time it is noisy inside (probably, the staff)

Very nice friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good bus number 85 outside the door to the Louvre. Clean, comfortable room with tea/coffee provided, lift access, good value restaurants nearby.

We were allocated a double room when we arrived, we booked a twin room. This was efficiently sorted out by the staff

Really nice little hotel, very well located (I barely used the métro as you can get to a point A to a point B very quickly). The staff was lovely and very helpful, very welcoming! My room was perfect; very clean, comfy, had everything you'd need. I'll definitely come back. Thanks again!

The receptionist was a gem, he was so informative and entertaining, spot on service.

The price was a bit too high than usual, the fact that the booking states that there's no prepayment needed but a deposit of almost full value of the actual booking value was needed was quite misleading and frustrating.

Very warm welcoming, staff very helpful, friendly and always there to assist of your need. hotel were great, quite and clean. i love the way of the decorations or the room, wall paper and look very fresh and relax. very good location, so many nice restaurants, bar, cafe shops many more nearby. very close to National train Gare Du Nord, bus stop and train. I’m glad that I chose this hotel for my last two nights in Paris, I am not disappoint at all. I will definitely come back as there still a lot of places that Julien has circle and pin in the map for me to visit and I didn’t t have a chance to go yet.

The room was very comfortable and had everything that was needed for our stay. There was a working lift which was handy whilst staying on the 5th floor. The property has 24/7 security which makes you feel very safe.

A bit of a distance from the main attractions of Paris, though the metro system is helpful.
