For The staff were exceptional every single one ,we had chats ,laughs and so very helpful.the decor and finishing touches were second to none and the balcony was a lovely touch and very French and sweet .The breakfast was also very nice and plentiful .The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in a hotel . Our trip was a special one ( was supposed to be celebrating our 60th birthdays in 2020 but had to be postponed ) We went to a lovely Hungarian Restaurant on our first night ..then Champs elysee the next day to browse the impressive shops and the Arc de triomphe.Then VIP Moulin Rouge in the evening where we were treated like princesses 6 course meal ,champagne in abundance .absoulutely brilliant show ,could not fault it . On the Saturday we went to Euro disney ( yes two very excitable 62 year olds lol) Then our last day on the Sunday we went on a River cruise on the seine which was run by Bateux marches which was splendid and a perfect end to our trip .we also went up the Eiffel tower and walked down ,I had been before but it was magical for my friend . Forgot to mention we also went First class on the Eurostar .( no not rich just lots of planning ) A brilliant ,brilliant amazing experience we will never forget.

Everything was superb

We loved the hotels interior. It looks very quirky and pretty. We've had a super comfortable bed, the room size was good. We loved the location of the hotel, there are many bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries etc around the corner. The closest supermarket is about 5 mins walk away as is the closest tube/tram station. The neighbourhood was quiet at night which meant we had good nights sleeps. The aircon was a great plus as it worked a treat in hot summer nights. We've not tried any food in the hotel but breakfast looked good from what we've seen.

The bathroom is very small. If you are larger than average, or pregnant, you might struggle getting in and out of the shower as our shower door only opened about half due to the sink restricting the full opening.

The hotel is in a great location just off Rue Des Martyrs a short walk from Gare Du Nord in quite a busy predominately residential area with lots of small cafes, bakeries and smaller shops. Most of the main tourist areas are within a 35 min walk. The room was nicely laid out but fairly compact. It included some decent hanging space and a desk. The staff are friendly and helpful and were welcoming on arrival

The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. Not enough hooks for towels Noisy AC unit in the room but the windows open so not too much of an issue.

Beautiful hotel perfect for theatregoers (and those like myself who work in a theatre) with cosy rooms that have all the amenities you need. The staff were welcoming as soon as we arrived and always greeted us whenever we entered and exited the hotel. We even received little pots of flowers in our room on International Women’s Day. A lovely surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are quite small so there’s not a lot of room to manoeuvre with luggage, but this is common for a central city hotel and they are still beautiful and cosy. We also didn’t know about the building work going on outside, but as we were out during the day we only heard it a little first thing in the morning.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is ten minutes walk from Montmartre but in a much quieter neighbourhood which still has a lot of interesting shops and restaurants. My room was at the back looking onto a courtyard and there was no noise at night. The quirky theatrical themed decoration is great fun and I loved the bright breakfast room where you almost feel as if you are outside in the courtyard. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and very well cooked.

The room was very well cleaned but the cups and tea things were never replaced. Basically I think the cleaning staff hadn't been told they should take dirty cups and replace them.

The staff were exceptional and friendly. The room immaculate. The breakfast very good. The salon was comfortable and free coffee was available. I would like to stay there again.

The room window opens onto the salon which is a built on conservatory. This means that there is access to your room and I felt uncomfortable leaving the window open and the room was very hot! We had the fan on. We propped open the door til 0100. The aircon is set at 17°C- too hot to sleep at night. There is obviously a need to conserve heat and be economical with the fuel due to Ukraine being invaded by Russia so I guess that opening the conservatory doors is not really possible! A lovely room but tres chaud and airless.

This was my second stay at Hotel Sacha. What is there not to like. The location is wonderful, connected to different metros, walking distance to Montmarte. Food , food and more fabulous food all around at a fraction of downtown touristy prices. I love the theatre feel, the opera glasses , decoration of the entrance , the rooms, the history behind the people of the building included. All the personal were wonderful, kind , helpful. Even my driver Anis was excited on my behalf about the hotel and its historical location.. I would recommend Hotel Sacha to any traveller wanting to loose themselves in the magic of Paris

It is not possible to complain about this wonderful Hotel.

Loved the look and feel and the comfortable feeling I had. Reception staff were great. The coffee and tea. And roms were very comfortable

I was given room #2. The noise was minimal from the other people having breakfast but when it came for staff to cleaning the plates and other stuff they just made allot of noise and were not placing things quietly. So loud sound of plates on top of each other and speaking loudly. Which was not pleasant.

+ quiet lane yet easy to get uber + family room with sofa bed in a tight space + elevator meaning no need to manage heavy luggages

- our shower room flooded, water couldn't go down fast enough and leak outside toilet. - pee room n wash basin not in same space, a bit design fault. how can one not wash hands after peeing or pooping.

Location was very good, walkable to share Du Nord and several Metro stations. Nice feel around the area and shops and cafes a stones throw away. Quiet overnight so a good nights sleep.

Cleaners didn’t replace coffee and tea once over 3 nights. I had to go down and ask or take from breakfast in anticipation of them forgetting. The room was quite tight and nowhere to put anything by the bed on my side.
