The beds were very comfy. The location was great. The toiletries were lovely. Shower room facilities wonderful

The breakfast menu was not available to me at the weekend as I was offered only the brunch menu which started an hour later than during the weekday. I particularly liked the granola and yoghurt but this was not on the Brunch menu. I would have preferred for the price a buffet breakfast. The cups in the room did not have handles therefore holding a hot beverage was difficult and I had to buy myself a mug.

The location was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room was also lovely and quiet. The room is relatively small but the decor and bedding was lovely and in keeping the style of the property.

It is a shame the room does not have a fridge. It was a little small and the bathroom wasn't terribly private. To be fair I think if we were utilizing the yoga facilities and restaurant we would have enjoyed our stay a little more. I think we were a little old for the property.

We loved walking into this hotel with all the beautiful flowers and bouquets! Their pleasant and soothing aromas after a day of walking around the city and taking the metros was like as oasis. All the staff were amazing and helpful. The Mesa restaurant onsite was delicious, as well as the lattes!! The hotel was impeccably clean. Glass water bottles contained charcoal to clear impurities. So glad we stayed here for 5 nights! We also loved this location with all the cute street side cafes just down the street and a "vintage" small carousel and trees. Great restaurant called Seasons in that same square. It was helpful to have a "lavarie" nearby for laundry and the Metro was a 6 min walk. Did I mention they have great yoga classes?!

My pillows smelled like dirty feet, but was so tired each night it didn't seem to matter. Loud street down below so closed windows and used air conditioning (bonus).

The place is very beautiful, well decorated, the vibe is lovely and peaceful with touches of yoga spirit. I loved the tutorial for stretching and the delicious teas in the room, which immediately gave me a sentiment of well-being. Bath products smell delicious.

The room was a bit small, there was no door to the bathroom and there was a large table on top of the bed (I guess for people who eat in the room?) that couldn't be removed which I found a little oppressing.

Amazing staff. I had problems with my luggage and the reception personnel helped me immensely. They were always friendly! The beds were super comfy, the rooms are clean. The location was amazing, rue de Martyrs is just lovely with a lot of shops and restaurants. And the fact that you can do yoga in the morning - AMAZING 😻

The staff at Hoy were lovely! We also had a beautiful room, very clean and super comfy bed. We didn’t try breakfast as this is an extra, but there are lots of places nearby for breakfast. Good location for getting around to see lots of things - and near Gare du Nord if arriving by train.

Super clean and stylish and the staff was wonderful. Great Location too. The sun was out so we preferred to have breakfast/ dinner at a terrace but pretty sure the food is amazing too. The whole hotel felt friendly and there was a great eye for details.

we really loved it but it would be nice to control the temperature of the rooms yourself. However you could ring them 24/7 to adjust it.

Very lovely space. Inviting and friendly employees. Would happily stay there again. Brilliant location

A TV for the Olympics would have been nice.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms, lovely little touches (charcoal water, lovely toiletries) and wonderful location very close to Pigalle. Far exceeds the usual standard of Paris hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff - would absolutely stay again.

My only complaint was that the room was very hot and despite asking for the temperature to be adjusted (which can only be done centrally by reception), this did not really seem to work well.

The location was really good and provided a good view of the city. There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The metro is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel room was stunning. Very tranquil and modern. I loved the balcony access and the size of the place, almost like a mini apartment. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The payment was a bit weird for this property. We weren't required to pay at the time of booking and when we got there, they took a credit card for temporary hold but didn't charge it. We were charged at the end of the stay, at which point we'd almost forgotten that we had not paid all along.
