Piapia is a nice and cosy hotel in not the busiest part of Paris with lovely staff.

The only negative thing I noticed was dust that appears on shelves, on your phone or on your laptop when you leave it for more than ten minutes. In conclusion, I comprehend that the dust comes from turning on the air-conditioner. I recommend Hotel refer to a professional “air-conditioner cleaners” at least once a year.

Located just outside the centre, it takes about 20mins by metro to get to the centre The hotel give you a free bottle of water every day. There is a hot drink machine available in reception with a wide choice of coffee, tea and got chocolate. There was also lemon water available to fill bottle and there were also mini pastries and biscuits available for guests. The hotel provided hand cream, shower cap, soap and body wash in the rooms. All toiletries provided were environmentally friendly packaging. The shower was very good, especially after a long day sightseeing.

The classic room was very tight and barely left enough room to store your suitcase on the floor. The.toilet was so close the wall I kept knocking the toilet roll of the holder! The pillows initially provided weren't very comfortable, however, I requested another soft pillow after the first night and that was much better. There was no hairdryer in the room, however, we requested one and it was left in our room.

It was a nice little hotel. Staff were really friendly. Access to free (good) coffee throughout stay. Situated in a decent location with access to Metro/tram/bus lines 5-8 min walk. The patisseries around the corner and the kebab shops were excellent. There was also easy access to get to Charles de Gaulle airport direct via bus nearby - it's a long ride 1 hr 15 mins -but cheap!

The family room was very small for 3 people. Would have appreciated if there was information on the hotel page about the fact there is no door for the bathroom - that caught us by surprise, and is definately a deal breaker. There was a door seperating the w/c though.

Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a rather quiet street. I had a room facing the street and the windows were very soundproof. Breakfast is abundant, free coffee throughout the day is a real bonus. I have been several times in Paris and this is an excellent place to stay.

The position of the hotel, 20/30 mins metro (although on the main line #1) from center of Paris can be a bit of a trouble. However the hotel is very close to a metro station. If you plan to land in Paris Beauvais, consider that it will take at least one hour (metro or taxi) to get to Port Maillot where you can catch the bus to Paris Beauvais.

The location and price for Paris were fantastic. Close to several different Metros in to Paris. Lots of places to get food, of all types. Parking is expensive at any location nearby. You just have to find the least offensive in price. Decor was nice. Coffee machine in reception. The team were friendly on the whole. Would stay here again.

Parking options. Sliding door in bathroom. It's not my issue but my partners. Coffee machine in reception and nothing in room. It's not our issue, but no clothes storage, didn't unpack but could be helpful for others.

room: nice decoration, new and modern super clean and very comfortable beds, AC is a great plus in the heat of summer in Paris bathroom: new and modern, super clean and great products I didn't have breakfast in the property but they left us a tray of macarons there were delicious, very thoughtful.

it was great they could store our luggage until the room was ready, but they just left at reception until we came back late at night. It'd be appreciated to have it put inside our room for safety.

The location isn't central, but it doesn't take long to arrive in the city centre, and it's very close to Pere Lachaise! Quirky room, great facilities and very clean. The reception area is lovely. Nice happy hour bar nearby.

The room is small, 'cosy', and ideal for one person, though I was out exploring so didn't need to spend too much time in the room. The doors bang very loudly, I was awoken by my neighbouring bedroom - but that isn't the hotel's fault!

I absolutely loved this hotel! it’s in a great location with everything you need nearby, restaurants, stores, market, access to tram and subway and bus. the room was super cozy and the shower is heavenly - seriously. the breakfast was great with good range of options. internet worked fine. it has cable tv and a few apps to choose from.

i loved everything! tho I find it important mentioning that the hotel is quite compact, which means the rooms are small. for those who pack light and don’t mind small spaces like me, this is wonderful value. keep that in mind if you’re carrying too much luggage.

the hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. I liked all the details and the rooms on the ground floor. there is the breakfast room and also a patio and outdoor area as well as different smaller areas to work or relax. The staff was very nice and we loved the hot drinks machine that we can use any time and the coffee machine in the room. it makes such a difference.

i liked everything. The only improvements would be to add a tall mirror in the room to check our outfits. there was no mirror at all except in the bathroom. A framed print or painting over the bed would be very lovely too.

It was a great hotel for a city break. The staff was nice, the room comfortable and with a designer touch. The coffee machine in the lobby is a great plus, if you aim to have just a coffee in the morning or in the afternoon. The tram, bus and metro is at a few hundreds of meters. The neighborhood is safe and nice, the Place de la Nation is one of the central meeting points in the city with public transportation in all directions.

The only inconvenient is that the hotel has no parking. I had to find a parking nearby, but since I used the car only upon leaving this was not a big issue.
