Accommodation was exactly as described and in a good location - nice area, lots of shops, cafes and bakers nearby. Metro a short walk and only a few stops from all major attractions. Facilities available onsite were also good.

I understand that they said that they do not clean the room during the stay and I was okay with that. But I did NOT appreciate that they would randomly enter the room when we were out! First day we ended up walking back to the room and a ‘serviceman’ simply unlocked the room. He could only speak french and was there to put up ‘stickers on the bunk beds’. The next day I’ve noticed that fresh towels were left in the room. I did not ask for fresh towels nor did I appreciate that someone has entered our room yet again whilst we were out and all our belongings where inside. There is no safe to lock anything so this really was not okay in my books.

The breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. There were enough places/tables for all guests to have breakfast, even during peak time. The tables were kept clean by the staff. Special thanks to the manager, Mohammad for taking care of each guests comfort and small talks in the morning. Greetings from Poland, Gdansk :) The room and bathroom were clean, the towels were changed frequently. The hotel staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. There was no problem to change the room to the one on opposite side of hotel. Although the windows in rooms are not meant to be opened by guests (due to fan ventilation, safety?) it's possible to request for window to be opened after signing a consent. There's a few attractions for children in the hotel lobby and delicious coffee in reception. A full size kitchen with two stoves, micro wave, fridges and utensils allows preparation of meals at any time. If necessary, there's also washing machine and drier. The hotel location is very good, about 5-7 mins walk from two metro stations of Line 1, which goes directly to Paris center, e.g. Louvre. There're many shops, pharmacies, bars in hotel's neighborhood. Not far away, 20 min walk, there's beautiful Paris ZOO.

When staying longer than 3-4 days the meals could become a bit boring. It would be great if each day there's 1-2 new dish/es apart from those available daily.

I stayed here with my mum and three children, the hotel was clean, had a useful communal kitchen, was close to the metro (Porte de Vincennes) and the room was ideal with bunk beds. Central Paris is only about 20 minutes away by metro depending on where you are going, and Disney is about one hour. There is also a supermarket nearby, which you walk past going to the underground. However, I must warn people, this hotel has a youth hostel vibe about it, with many school/youth club groups staying here. This did not bother me as I was staying with children and the accommodation was reasonably priced but I would not stay here if I was travelling with my girlfriends or husband!

the hotel is very good, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was clean and the rooms were a decent size. We had a party of 26 staying and having a large shared kitchen was really useful to prepare breakfast. There is also a dining area with a buffet breakfast also if didnt want to cook.

While the location is safe, it was far from many places, there is a metro station about 15 min walk away, but there is very little near by except a few shops 10 mins away. While the buffet breakfast was available, it was a little limited in selection for the price especially when you are a party of 26.

The hotel was very clean with great communal areas. We really appreciated the guest kitchen but also had the breakfast, which was a good range of foods. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mohammed was so lovely greeting everyone at breakfast. He had a cherry smile and conversation for everyone coming to breakfast and using the kitchen. His sunny personality was a lovely start to the day!

The hotel location was good with easy access to the metro and the lovely area of Saint Mandé. We enjoyed sitting in the bar area in the evening but the view out onto a road at each side was slightly uninteresting.

Generous room size for Paris. Separate bunk beds for our 2 kids. Lovely shower. Very important when you've spent the whole day walking around Paris :-). 5 to 10 min walk to Metro. On-site decent breakfast at a reasonable price. Convenient with Children. Access to Guest Kitchen with Laundry facilities.

No in-room Safe. No air conditioning in rooms, only fan coil which can only reduce the room temp by 3 degrees compared to the outside temp. Room can get very stuffy in Summer, especially as you can't open the windows for fresh air.

The location was easy to get to, the staff were helpful, particularly Ronald. He was particularly kind and helped us with luggage storage. The rooms were clean and well lit. There was free wifi that was strong, easy to access and had good speed. Guest bathrooms in the lobby were acceptably clean.

There were a lot of large student groups staying there too, which led to a very crowded lobby. There were no cooking facilities in the rooms, meaning the guest kitchen could get crowded during meal times. We were told cleaning would not occur unless we specifically requested for it to be cleaned, but found that a cleaner had entered our room to clean while we were out on our second day. The bathroom door lock didn't actually lock.

This hotel is family and group friendly with a foosball table, toys for toddlers, bar, 24 hour food, and area to play for kids The community kitchen and dining area was welcoming if you like sharing space with others. We prefer quiet after a busy day and watched tv together in our room and took showers. We went to the Taj Mahal for dinner the first night and had pizza and sandwiches at the hotel the 2nd night. The rooms are very smartly designed and beds are comfortable. We had a bigger bed for us and 2 bunk beds for our 3 kids .The breakfast buffet was great with a good variety. Scheduled washer/dryer laundry is available through the front desk run on a smart computer system. We started laundry at 6pm and there were several families waiting. This is a place for youth travel groups and there were large groups of high school students at breakfast and again at night upon return from their tours. It is far from Paris city center and that affected our plans since public transportation and riots caused public transport to close at 9pm. We were unaware of this until we arrived or we would have changed hotels.

Very nice and helpful staff, they answered all my questions. Good and quick contact with the hotel, also before the stay. Good location, 10-15 min walk to the metro station, including line no. 1, which is fully automated and runs without a driver (helpful in case of strikes and other unforeseen events ;) ) The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and towels. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen - 2 fridges, a microwave and a cooker available. Luggage storage for an additional fee - convenient if your return flight is after check out.
