Room was perfect for partners or/and friends. It has all the necessary you’ll need to make your stay in Paris a good deal. Beds were comfortable and without any noise, for a pleasant rest.

Bathroom should have a division between the shower and the toilet, all the time we try to take a bath it was very difficult because the water was splitting all over the floor, and it was impossible to enter to the bathroom without shoes. Also, neighborhood where hotel is located is not safer after certain hours, it should be considered if you like to arrive late at night. And to finalize, breakfast is very simple, it should have more variety.

The hotel and staff are great, clean, attentive and polite. The breakfast is fab, the decor smart and modern. A really nice hotel. It's also pretty safe with lift/room card access to the upper floors.

The area. If you turn left out of the hotel and walk 5-10 mins towards the Sacre Coeur, it's becomes lovely and just like the 'Paris' or 'France' you picture... if you turn right it is like the ghetto, with pick pockets and rough people. You need to be very careful with your bags and personal belongings.

Location was great & felt like a haven after 1 horrible night at Home Sweet Home - such a misnomer! They were friendly & helpful for a senior visiting France for the first time. They supplied a good, varied breakfast and had a lovely open air garden alternative to eating in the breakfast room. The staff went out of their way to give me directions on public transport & tourist information.

No bar fridge, but the rooms were very clean, modern & so comfortable.

Its a 1 min walk from the metro station Porte de clignancourt and easy to come/go to the airport CDG by public transportation. Love that theres some bakery and little market nearby. The hotel and room was clean and the staff friendly.

There was a problem with the sink but it was fast repaired. The toilet seat was weirdly position, so close and face to the wall, it was not easy for a short person so i cant imagine for a tall person. You might see 1-2 homeless people near the hotel and drunk people late at night.

The staff were very friendly. Bed was extremely comfy. The shower was easy to use. The building was big and not noisy at all. Great that we could leave our bags after checking out while exploring Paris on our last day. Overall lovely place. :)

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room especially if we were staying longer.

room was very decently priced for such a good location, train station couple minutes walk away, with small supermarkets and McDonald’s around, room was decently sized, super comfortable

only issue is if you were in a room that surrounded the communal area, people would be able to see into your room from the windows being so close to other rooms on the other side

Excellent value for money, great location close to Metro, easy to find. Room was small but absolutely fine for what we needed. Staff very friendly.

Hotel great, but didn’t find any nice restaurants near by, quite a few kebab shops around and little cafes

Modern, clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, nice and quiet, great view of the Sacre Couer. Our beds were made each day, which we weren’t expecting.

The lift was out of order one day.

All staff v good and very helpful. From entering the hotel to book in to leaving all the staff were so helpful. Rooms as many have commented are not huge but they and the breakfasts are top value for money. Great for access to Metro and then to anywhere in the Paris area.

Twin room on small side but acceptable. Being charged for a coffe when there's no drink facilities in room.

Our stay in Paris at this hotel was an amazing one. We had such a great time there and we were impressed by everything Ibis Hotel had to offer. The staff was very friendly, polite and extremly helpful. We had the pleasure to come across four great members of the staff who helped us with everything we needed such as information about the city and transport to the shuttle bus station. They were simply AMAZING. The location was also great, 1 minute away from the metro station. Very close to the hotel there were many grocery stores, restaurants ( including McDonalds and KFC) and even a pharmacy, everything you may need. The rooms were very clean, and the view was also nice, we had really comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and plentiful, we had a lot to choose from. Overall, we had everything we needed and it was the best trip so far. Special thanks to Ibis Hotel and the staff!!! We strongly recommend choosing this hotel. We'll definitely know where to come next time we're in Paris!
