Really lovely place, central and easily accessible on the metro, and very clean and nicely-decorated rooms. Not big, but has everything you need as a tourist - comfy bed, fresh linen, great shower, more than enough towels, hanging space in the cupboard, and a bonus for the summertime is a powerful air conditioner. There is also a TV but we didn't use it. Also beautiful big window that opens up all the way. Private and quiet at the back of the building (I can't speak for the front). There is also a small desk if you are traveling for work, and a nice restaurant / bar downstairs to work as well. Staff were friendly and attentive, even allowing us to check in an hour early and choose from two different room options.

We were sightseeing until quite late at night (sometimes until midnight / 1am) and the nearest metro station to the hotel (#4) closes much earlier in the evenings. We walked from a different station (#12), luckily not too far, but as two foreign women we didn't feel particularly safe in the area at night. We needed to have our phones out to map our way back to the hotel from the metro and we were followed and harassed a couple of times (but nothing serious). This could be easily avoided if you have the budget for Uber / a taxi.

By all means the hotel was very much over the Paris hotel standards. I travelled with my 11 yrs daughter. It was very clean. Smelling very nice. The room and furniture was newly renovated. Daily cleaning was done without asking to us. The space was enough for us. Staff was very friendly. Metro station is 50 m. Very easy to reach most popular city attractions. The breakfast and the restaurant was very nice. Plenty of options. Even my daugther with egg allergy had great breakfast options. During 24 hours coffee, water, croissant is available at the entrance which is the first I experienced at any European city. Very close to Montmarte area. I was worring about the reviews about the neighborhood before we go there. But we didn’t have any problems and we felt secure. No more risks than any other neighborhood. We also checked with the local shops this security issue. We felt comfortable. The performance was over the price.

The hotel is close proximity to both Gare du Nord and the metro, there is a small grocey store next door. In the lobby there is a bar with good beer. Breakfast was good and tasty A special thanks to the lovely receptionist who was kind to us and gave us a substatial discount as an apology for the problem with hotwater during our stay. Free coffe and purified water in the lobby is also a big plus.

The location might feel a bit unsafe, specially during the nights, but we did not have any troubles, it was quite the opposite actually- the locals were very helpful and friendly to us at all times. Then the absence of hotwater was a bit of a challenge but we survived it, it was only 2 nights anyway

The room was very spacious and had a view from the window. The bathroom was a perfect location with handwash and body lotion. It is within walking distance from the train station and bus stop. There are plenty of food and clothing shops to suit your taste. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Wifi was easy to connect with my mobile and laptop. They were also provided with slippers, shoe polisher, and other essentials. I loved the decor of the room with colors.

I would have liked to extend the breakfast time until 11 am and have more vegan-related breakfast options. You can't lock your hotel room door when you are sleeping at night.

It was Ok. I liked that there was a kettle in the room and a coffee machine downstairs. And a free lemonade. There was a desk and 2 chairs, and the bathroom was spacious. The cleanliness was good. The road outside was quite noisy (we were located on the 2nd floor out of 6), but the windows seem to be well soundproofed. Ah, and the workers are very friendly. The location is OK, close to the metro station and the supermarket is just downstairs.

A small fridge would be a good addition. We kept our cheese and ham and other things for breakfast in a plastic bag outside the window. The 19-degree maximum temperature limit in the room was disappointing, but I can understand that limitation. There was a socket broken, but I reported this issue so it will probably be fixed.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel: clean, comfy bed, appreciated free slippers. Very helpful hotel staff.

I noted quite a lot of ants crawling on the floor in the room and in the bathroom. Recommend attending to this issue as this can affect the overall impression from the room despite its obvious pluses. I am quite sensitive to seeing any sorts of insects in indoors space and I wanted to downgrade my rating for the hotel because of the ants situation but afterwards decided not too as the hotel is overall quite clean. Appreciated quite a generous breakfast. Location of the hotel in a bit of sketchy area but appreciated some proximity to Montmartre..

It is really a clean place. Smelling really good. The room is big for a hotel in Paris. The staff is pretty good and gentle. The location was medium, crowded place. I felt a bit uncofortable about security but at the end, I saw there is no problem being there by myself. The hotel is super, the pictures are according to my room. The breakfast also really good, and sometimes I had just the breakfast and dinner for my day. Thanks a lot! I enjoy a lot being there.

the location is medium but I got used at the end. It is very close to metro, so I could move myself to anywhere.

The staff were excellent - all friendly and efficient. The ethos was great - had a choice whether or not to have my room cleaned/sheets changed daily or not, and I decided it was totally unnecessary to have it done on a daily basis. An excellent idea.

I was a little unsure about the area around the hotel, and I didn't feel I wanted to go out at night, as a single lady of 75! I'm sure it would have been fine, but! Also, there were no nice pavement cafes, where you could sit and have a coffee and watch the world go by!

The room was great and the staff were so friendly. The lady working behind the bar was also very friendly and gave us some recommendations. It is a very busy area, when booking thought it might have been quieter than closer to the centre but that wasn’t the case. However, still a great place to stay and would stay here again. We were followed one night by a guy, luckily two local men let us walk with them and they were so kind. they did inform us that we wouldn’t be hurt and maybe he wanted to steal something. The property were also great when we informed them of this. Don’t be put off by this but just be vigilant and keep your belongings close at all times. It is around a 45 minute walk to the Louvre and 1hr walk to the Eiffel Tower. You can also get the bus which is a great way to get around the city and the metro. We used both and found them easily enough. I recommend downloading the bonjour RATP app which is fantastic and will tell you what number bus route and metros to get on, to get where you need to go! such a handy app and wish we had found it sooner. We visited some great restaurants around here too, Chez Ginette was lovely we had an evening meal here! The mimosa eggs to start and the sirloin steak with dauphinois potatoes, delicious. Cafe mareva Montmartre where we had brunch which was tasty. We had the early bird waffle which was lovely. Cheesers republique for an amazing grilled cheese sandwich! we had the grilled vegas with extra cheese. The property provides towels, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. They also let us leave our bags for 2hrs after checkout. Great stay thank you so much 😊

Good location and value for money. Stayed a few times at this place in a few years. It's getting better every time. Place is not new, but it looks like management keeps it well maintained. We got early check in as our room was available.Attentive and responsive staff. Rooms are not very big but jas enough for a short stay, all amenities provided. We liked that the place is eco-friendly. Supermarket next door, 1 minute from metro station, ~10 minutes walk to Sacré-Cœur.
