My stay in Paris has been for ten days and it felt like home for me, the staff was very good and accommodating, professional and fluent in English, the room bathroom were clean, heating system was very good, the view was lovely given the fact the difficultly in having good ones in such area, and, finally the staff was really generous ( have had multiple lovely free treats), which I am grateful for.. The location is very good, lots of attractions within walking distance and a good public transport connections close to the Hotel as well…

The stairs 😥, but I’ve already had an idea about it ( thankfully my big bag was brought up and down by the staff)..

Very affordable and flexible room choice, we were traveling as a family group of 9 people, which is very difficult to find the appropriate accommodation for, especially in a city like Paris. Since we were traveling during the day, and came only very late in the evening to rest, this was a perfect choice to stay. Hotel rooms were clean, the sink area was spacious, we had a pretty view on the street, spacious bed, overall really good quality rooms for an affordable price. Breakfast was very simple, but you get unlimited coffee and beverages, and a good amount of bread, so it was definitely worth it.

The location of the 18th arrondisement isn’t the best and the safest, especially for traveling with kids and a rented car. We had to park our car 20 minutes by walk around Montparnasse area since it’s almost impossible to park on the streets in the area nearby for safety as well as spatial reasons. There weren’t any other good parking houses nearby so we had with our luggages back and forth. At night there were some fights and noise coming out from the streets, so for noise-sensitive people this wouldn’t be the best option of stay.

The staff was lovely, not rude at all. We got there early and they held our bags for us as we went to get some breakfast. The room was cleaned the next day which I honestly did not expect. Fresh towels laid out and soap. The last day we were a bit late to check out, only 15 minutes which I worry about, but the desk was understanding and did not give us any hassle. For this price you are not staying at a luxury Parisian hotel, however, it’s amazing for the price point offered. I would love to stay here again on my next visit.

Great location. Comfortable, clean room. We had a room on the backside of the hotel with a view of some gardens and the Sacre-Coeur towers. Nice and quiet

We had a friend come and drop something off to us. He was in our room for no more than 5 minutes but the receptionist was suspicious that we were trying to have another person stay with us. He told us that only 2 people were allowed to stay and we told him it was just us but despite that, he insisted on entering our room to look around and make sure nobody was hiding. We’re also pretty sure he came back and looked around when we were out. Not cool.

It was exactly what we needed. A comfortable bed to rest in after a long day of touring around the city. It was clean and had all necessary items; towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, bed with clean bedding, shared restroom and shower (separate room), sink in the room and plenty of outlets to charge our phones.

This is not a luxury hotel and we did not expect luxury. So, anyone expecting more will be disappointed.

The staff who helps us for ECI has been very kind all through out the stay. I forgot to ask for his name but he was tall, slim a bit of long hair handsome guy. He deserves a reward for being the best in what he does makes him the asset of the company. The stay was overall beautiful because of the hospitality and customer service we felt from that guy in the front desk. We are thankful and will highly recommend this as appreciation.

The location is close with two metro stations, with a supermarket in front, really convenient if need buy anything in the morning. Friendly stuff.

Bathroom is really small and the room finishes are quite old, it probably need some basic renovations but it meat the budget. room's walls are quite thin, not surprise if sometimes u hear ur neighbours. The access to the room is by a small corridor and staircase.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was so delicious..they have the best croissants in town ;) The room was small but cosy. Not expensive, ideal for small budget. The location is great, very close to the metro, shops, supermarkets. We are very happy to stay in this hotel. If I will be in Paris I will choose this hotel again. Thank you so much voor everything, we very enjoyed ;)

I was very pleased with my stay. I had a single room with shared bathroom and I was very pleased on how spacious the rooms are and quite. Also the bathroom was super clean during my whole stay, it’s super close to the Metro. I will definitely book it again!

The extremely kind and helpful staff made this an excellent trip.

There isn’t a lift and I was given a fifth floor room. However I was moved down to the 2nd as soon as possible and was kindly offered help with my luggage.
