- best value for money August 2022 (about 515 PLN per night with breakfast). EurPln = 4.7 - amazingly quiet rooms - very good breakfasts - they serve croissants, pain au chocolate, sweet creaps and pancakes. Additionally 3 types of cheese and 3 types of hams. There are yogurts with granola, cornflakes, honey, Nutella, cereals, confitures etc. Bread, toasts and hard boiled eggs as well. Every day the same food but it's still much more than you would got in any restaurant for 8-10 euros. Coffee and water in unlimited all day. - 3min walk max to metro station - 30-40min max to main tourist attractions - very friendly staff - comfortable and clean rooms - bigger by about 3m2 than any other in city centre. - enough storage room for two people

- There are 3 elevators, but one is for staff only. I would recommend to make it available for tourists during peak hours (I.e. breakfast time) - the breakfast room could be a little bit bigger but it is what it is and you might need to wait 3-5min for a table

An excellent hotel. Clean and decently spacious room (which is rarely the case in Paris, at least for this price range...), helpful staff and a location that is not central but allows to go to all central places by public transportation in no more than 30 minutes (tram and metro stop is just 100 m from the hotel). The area is acceptably safe, I didn't see any dangerous situations during my 6-days stay (and at night I was going back to the hotel around 10-11pm).

+ very good price/performance ratio. + clean. + good WiFi reception. + good air-conditioned. + free unlimited water (sparkling and still) and different kinds of tea and coffee in lobby. + breakfast: all you can eat and lots of variety. + free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. + close to bus stop, tram and subway (metro). + close to supermarket (carrefour city).

- the drain in the shower cabin was clogged so water spilled out and there wass no drain in the toilet so the water from the shower couldnnot flow out. - couldn't check-in until 14.15. - to pay the tourist tax/fee, the receptionist refused the 100 Euro note given and received no receipt for it. - once we saw small mouse in the breakfast room. - no safety box in the room. - the breakfast menu is almost the same every day.

We really enjoyed breakfast, it was delicious. Freshly baked baguette, freshly made pancakes or crepes, cakes, delicious cheese. Although it was very crowded (all tables were full), the adequate amount of staff and their effectiveness did not create any bottlenecks. The room had a nice view of the neighborhood. Excellent idea to have free coffee / chocolate/ tea available 24/7 for the guests. Unimaginable free water, not only still but sparkling as well. Really made a difference to how attentive we feel the hotel was. Nicely decorated room with modern furniture. Towels changes every day.

I believe that the cleanliness of the room could have been better. We found many hair in the matress and bath and also many stains (transparent, but still stains) in the bath. We would appreciate to have slippers available.

Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating to english speakers so that was very nice. The hotel room felt clean, new and very comfortable to stay in. The room was generously-sized and the wifi very consistent. The hotel is located next to a bus stop and metro station so it was very easy to get to the city centre via public transport. There were no hot foods such as eggs or bacon for breakfast but they had a good selection of breads, cheeses, salads and pancakes so we were happy! There was also a good selection of juice and tea (tea and coffee were available all the time). We loved that there was a tap in the lobby that we could use to fill up our bottles with chilled still or sparkling water. The neighbourhood also felt quite safe and nice to be in. We'd definitely stay here again for our next visit!

The hotel looked new, with modern facilities and rooms. The outside view from the room was nice. Polite staff and spacious reception area that had a machine for making tea and coffee without additional charge. The breakfast area was also pleasant.

Mainly that the room was too small for two people. Though the bathroom was spacious enough, the actual room wasn't. The breakfast was very basic, there were limited options. I wouldn't mind if this was a 1-2 day stay, but for 6 days it was a disappointment. The hotel is a 2-minute walk away from the metro station, but I wouldn't say it is central enough. One would need 20 mins to get to the centre of Paris. Then again, this might be considered a small distance for a city such as Paris.

The staff were kind and lovely. A great example of this was when I first went into the room it didn't smell pleasant at all. I told them that I wouldn't be able to sleep there and the people on duty found me a lovely rooms without any fuss which really made me happy. Lovely breakfast menus and free tea, coffee and cappuccino. The place is lovely. The room is a decent size and the locations is perfect is about 30 mins or less on the train to get to the centre of Paris. Staff were amazing honestly they are just kind, helpful and sweet. Bruno one of the lovely workers spoke my language which made it easier to communicate with him and it made me feel at home. The breakfast was awesome and there are lots of options. Overall is a lovely place to stay. The free coffee and water was a plus. Its great to see their efforts to safe the planet by not giving their guest bottle water but instead they have to a refillable machine for drinking water.

The only problem is there are not much storage or locker to hide your valuables. The carpet in the rooms smells like wet dogs because pets are allowed. And if you are like me and you cannot stand bad smells then please take air freshers.

The location is next to public transport, restaurants and supermarket. Breakfast is nice, fresh pastries everyday, but a bit limited with choices. Staff from front desk) in general was very warm and welcoming.

Cleaningness wasnt the best. The rooms and common areas were too hot/stuffy inside, the AC of the room didnt have a button to change temperature. It felt suffocating at night. Also, I asked the receptionist to get a bag of clothes for laundry, she took the clothes and 2 days later, I found she only stored my clothes and that the hotel does not have laundry services. This was very disappointing the miscommunication and lack of the service. And last point was that the beds have a top mattress which they put the linen on, and it moves at night, since the linen doesnt cover the full mattress, only the cover part, so I almost fell out of bed every night. Never seen a hotel bed like this before.

The hotel was really cute, small but confy. Staff was very friendly and the rooms very clean. Rooms were soundproofing, good thing to rest after a long day walking around the city. Breakfast was good. The hotel is just next to metro and tram, so it was very easy to go wherever we wanted. Nice area, quite and safe

Breakfast was good, but reloading some food was a little slow. For example one morning we wanted eggs, that came out again when we were already done with our breakfast. The water in our shower couldn't go easily down the pipes, so we couldn't shower for more than 3 minutes, or else water was all over the place.

We really appreciated the possibility of refilling one's own waterbottle anytime, as well as the coffee machine that could be used whenever we wanted for free. It is possibile to perceive the sustainable approach of this hotel, also in the morning buffet. The comfort of the mattress was also very satisfying, together with the room's soundproofing: our room window overlooked a very busy street but no noise was heard at night or with the window closed. The cleanliness of our room and of the hotel in general is rewarding. Even though the hotel is quite far from the centre of Paris, there is a metro stop at roughly 300 mt with a direct line that reaches the Louvre Museum in about 30 minutes. We would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

The breakfast didn't have a wide range of choice, especially regarding savoury products - there are just three varieties of cold meats and cheese and boiled eggs only. We would have also apprecciated some homemade procuts, like cakes. If you are staying for 2/3 nights it's okay, but if you are planning to stay for a longer time, breakfast could prove to be monotonous, we would recommend to vary the products a little more (for example by differentiating the weekdays brekfast from the one of weekends).
