The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the owner was very quick to communicate when we contacted him, and also very helpful. We very much appreciated the bottle of delicious champagne and drinks in the fridge, along with a chocolate bar to welcome us. Justher who met us and showed us around the apartment was amazing, even staying with us when our pick up for the airport did not arrive, and ensuring we got another car.

We very much appreciated the clothes washer/dryer. What would have been handy would have been a dishwasher.

The apartment was modern, beautifully decorated with modern appliances. Central location. Building was a French style with beautiful details. Easy access to apartment after meeting with admin person. Left alone during stay which was appreciated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room well designed to incorporate furnishings. Close to convenience stores for food supplies. Hot water in shower, good water pressure.

The shower door stuck at little, so once you were in the shower someone had to open the door from outside the shower.

The apartment was beautiful & clean. Great kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/etc. Fridge was stocked with drinks and sweets. Great location next to a metro station. Very quiet. There is a lift. We were met in person to get the keys, wifi info, and ask any questions. Very friendly and helpful. Very quick responses to communications.

Washer/dryer combo was a bit hard to understand.

Fair sized for Paris. The elevator is a bonus. Location is fabulous.

Everything was perfect. Just make 100% sure what you booked as there are 2 apartments (one has green furniture and is larger; the other has blue and is a studio) - the website is not clear on this.

A great feature was the property manager. She met us, showed us how everything worked and was available during our stay to answer questions. She had access to services and was able to arrange an early morning taxi pickup to the airport. The facilities were modern, quiet and comfortable. The location was convenient to shopping, the museums and restaurants we selected. It was easy to get an uber or the metro from the apartment.

It was large by Paris standards, with a nice bathroom. It also had very secure entry and was in a nice central location with lovely food strips nearby.

There was nothing to think about. Even had things in the fridge for us. Great location with loads of restaurants and easy walking access. Thrilled there was an elevator for luggage. EXCELLENT bed and towels.

The coffee maker itself was…ok, the coffee was not good…but there are coffee shops nearby.

The apartment was located in an excellent area of Paris with an abundance of cafes all around yet the apartment was lovely and quiet. It was very well stocked with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Communication was very good.

It would have been good to have a book explaining how everything works and maybe some suggestions about the immediate area.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, all easy walking distance. Apartment was spacious and very comfortable.

Entering the apartment, no lights in stairwell at night, was very dark so we had to use the elevator instead. Late at night if we had the window open was noisy from restaurant below.

We own a small luxury inn in the US and are very aware of cleanliness wherever we go. (Sometimes I wish we could just go somewhere as ‘normal’ people but that’s not possible any more). This apartment met and exceeded our hopes and expectations for cleanliness, along with location, comfort, privacy and thoughtfulness for the guests’ comfort. We walked around the very authentic neighborhood as well as further afield . As a base to enjoy Paris it just couldn’t be better. We can’t wait to return, and if you’re into ‘clean’ then this is the one for you.
