Great location close to the metro and the centre of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early to ask if they could hold our bags, but they checked us in immediately. They also kept our bags after checkout so we could enjoy the morning in the city before catching our train.

The decor is certainly quirky and won't be to everyone's taste. I didn't mind it in the lobby, but it could be toned down a bit in the bedroom to make the atmosphere more restful. It's true that the walls are thin, so if your neighbours are watching TV you will hear it.

The location was perfect . It was easy to reach all the activities I had booked through the gocity pass .We used the reamur sebastopol metro stop some days( for connection to Versailles and C.D.G. and Montmartre and St Germain does pres ) but because we were only a 10/15 minute straight from Notre Dame , west to the The Grevin Museum and easy to the Canal StMarten we walked . I asked ahead and the hotel very kindly allocated a 1st floor room which was ideal as steps are not my friend these days! There is a lift so it would not have been a problem but the room was perfect in every way , clean comfortable bed , great shower , good storage , t.v. access to a secure flat rear area via patio door if fresh air wanted .The room was air conditioned and a delight to return to after the heat and noise some days . The decor was brilliant , we had Picasso prints on the wall and a huge round mirror and purple walls . The lighting was great- bedside lamps dimmer main and plenty of plug sockets plus digital safe so no worries on storing passport or cards . Madame Pervanche is just across the street and recommended . I booked a table first night and enjoyed the mixed plat and the pint and croque Monsieur was a good deal and the I P.A is good if you don't mind paying a bit extra . Minus 3 euros on card price of some drinks till 9 there . Most bars around there have happy hour till 9 and cocktails can then be as low as 7 or 6 euros .

Nothing. The hotel was perfect.

Hotel de Roubaix was a good hotel in a very good location in Paris. My family was greeted upon arrival and check-in went smoothly. The staff are all very friendly. The hotel has a lift that is accessible for guests' use. I requested for two rooms close together and the hotel was able to accommodate rooms next to each other. Both the triple and double rooms had just enough space for the listed amount of people to stay there comfortably. The neighborhood was very quiet and my family felt very safe when we went out at night for meals or to the convenient store.

The rooms are very minimalistic with beds, some table space, a wardrobe, and TV. The restroom amenities are limited to the wall mounted refillable soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower. The thermostat within the rooms were not very user friendly and did not seem to be adjustable without hotel staff assistance.

I loved location of the Hotel, only seven minute walk from RER which I used to travel from the airport. Nearby metro gets you to majority tourist locationd. My room was on the fifth floor and I loved using tiny lift. Room was small, but not tiny. Amazing shower, great water pressure. Refurbished. Bed was very comfy, especially after long day of walking! In the room I had TV, safety box, Aircon. WiFi was great too. Staff was friendly and helpful, my flight got cancelled, so I was looking for one more night to stay in Paris. They were able to find a room for me to stay and they have matched the price with another cheaper hotel, I was considering. I would say that the hotel is definitely exceeded the expectations. ❤️ Absolutely beautiful decor! Artwork all over the place! ❤️

No kettle in the room, meaning that to get your morning coffee you need to get fully dressed and either have breakfast at the hotel or walk to a nearby cafe. It was a bit noisy in the morning, I am not sure if it was guests or a cleaning lady, but I often would wake up due to some noise at between 6 and 8 am. Was not bothering me, but to some it might be important to note, that even though a room had a window, it was surrounded with three walls, so it was like a one meter square box inside the building, where all four walls had windows, if that makes sense.

The staff was truly amazing and really went out of their way to cater to our every need! The hotel feels very cozy and homey, and is located in a great nabe with great vibes, both during the daytime and at night. Located just a few minutes away from many mass-transit lines.

The location was super good. It is at the city center, but at the same time, a quiet area. The hotel is full of pop art paintings and sculptures and this gives this place a character. The room was clean, and the A/C ran super well. The staff was very friendly and tried to communicate as closely as possible with the guests.

As this is a renovated hotel, I understand some compromises have to be made. The bathroom was a little bit small (this was maybe because I am a 6"0 guy) but totally usable.

Very welcoming team with warm friendly approach to our check in. Breakfast was fantastic with great selection of fruit juices, fresh breads, croissants, pain au chocolates, cereals, great coffee, and meats and cheeses. Really relaxing atmosphere in basement breakfast room. Well done to great staff. The decor in the hotel is bright and colourful with lots of space to sit down and relax on the ground floor. Really is a gem of a hotel.

Room en-suites were a little cramped but understandable on the basis owner wanted to give individual facilities in an old historic hotel and didn’t want to lose character or rooms in the process.

A lovely, friendly and quirky hotel. Really friendly staff! Nice breakfast and clean. We had the Tin Tin room, which had a lovely little balcony, thress good sized beds (I have a 6ft teen who was comfy and slept well) Temperature easy to change. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and we loved the decor! They allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout for one last look around Paris. Great location. We would love to go back

Can be abit noisy, with sirens (police/ambulance)but you expect that in a city. One night there was alot of banging on another door. (But not the fault of the hotel, just loud guests that night)

Very nice location in the district of le marais. Very close to metro, and with good food and drinks options within 500 meters of the hotel. We had asked for a room with a street view, and they happily obliged. The views from the top floor were superb. The hotel is very clean and very well decorated, especially the reception and the waiting areas. The staff is also very friendly.

The room was too small and there was hardly any place to move around with all the luggage, but I guess that's a Paris thing. Although I have visited Paris multiple times, this was probably the smallest room ever.

Staff was beyond AMAZING - very kind and helpful. Room was as expected - small but very clean and looked like it has been recently refurbished. Location was absolutely the best, we'll definitely come back to this hotel next time we're in Paris - you're a walking distance to the Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, and if you're happy to walk 30min, the Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre. We barely used the bus or metro.

We would've like to have shampoo, or at least a better soap - felt like it was hand soap in the shower dispenser. Also the floor of the shower is VERY slippery once wet, you need to be really careful when you enter it. The overall experience was so good that these little negative points above weren't enough to spoil our stay.
