Citadines Les Halles was a very good choice for us. I would definitely consider staying there in future. Location is just above Les Halles comples, so very convenient, easy to reach major tourist sites. We stayed 5 nights in Paris, and needed small kitchen/kitchenette and fridge facilities. I was travelling with my nephew who has a severe nut allergy, so we planned to eat many of our meals in the room and to store his allergy meds in the fridge. The room was perfect for this purpose. In general, our room, bathroom and common areas were clean and up to date. Paris was going through a heatwave, so glad to have AC in the room (adequate, but not very strong though). Complimentary espresso/coffee all day in lobby. Staff were super helpful. In the Les Halles shopping mall and Metro complex, there is grocery, fast food, pretty much anything you might need. There is also a decent convenience store right next to Citadines. Be sure to pick up amazing baguettes and sandwiches at the award-winning boulangerie across the street. There was no daily housekeeping, but guests can get fresh towels, slippers, etc from the linen room. Best part, there was 24 hour laundry room, which you need to download the WeWash app to use. Was perfect for us as we were midway through our 3 week European vacation and badly needed to do some laundry.

The Les Halles area is busy and lively and may not be for everyone. It is a modern, very diverse neighborhood, with many people socializing in the square and at the many restaurants and bars. This wasn't a problem for us, we enjoyed the liveliness, but some people may prefer a quieter neighborhood.

The location was perfect. Nearby bus, metro, walking distance to many attractions including Louve, Holy Church, and much more. Take your walking shoes and bandaids for blisters. You will want to walk because it so darn beautiful! Complementary coffee was great for mornings and evenings. Nice little store right next door for snacks.

A bit more sound proofing in the rooms. It didn’t get dark until about 10:30pm and the night life went on until the morning hours. Since it was in a central location, the noise kinda comes with the territory. Having said that, a big thicker glass would have been nice. Also, as soon as I opened the huge wonderful windows, a fly flew in. I felt I could not take in this wonderful features because there were also birds close by and I was cautious of what else would fly into the widow.

Great location. In the city center, close to many landmarks, cafes and bars. Just 1min away from the metro. At the same time based on a rather quite street, so, was not bothered by the noise. Clean and well-equipped rooms. The building seems to have been recently renovated and furniture is in good condition. Cosy reception area with sofas and free water/coffee/tea. Friendly stuff willing to help.

Though formal check-in time is at 15:00, our room was ready only around 17:30. Had a long and tiring journey before and, thus, could not appreciate that. For such occasions hotel could offer discounts or provide some complement as a compensation. The second elevator had some issues for a couple of days. If one was not able to use stairs, the waiting time was around 10min.

Great location, very close to metro and also walking distance to lots of different tourist sites. Lots of restaurants and bars at your doorstep, and very lively but we (two young women) always felt safe heading in and out do the hotel even very late at night. Nice staff, and reliable air conditioning. Lots of storage space in the 1 bed apartment. Aging and simple decor - but does the job.

Maintenance did access our room (without our request or notification) to fix our door that housekeeping noticed wasn’t working properly, we would have preferred they told us before fixing it or even entering our room. Note there is construction going on at the moment - we couldn’t hear noise from our room.

The location was great, we could walk to the Marais, the Louvre and Notre Dame. The train station was right next to us and we could get everywhere we needed. Our room was nicely air conditioned because the weather was warm and was a good size. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The room was quiet with no noise from outside at all. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. They were renovating but didn't affect us. Only that the workman would take the lifts down from the top floors even when they didn't have tools or anything to carry. We had to wait for about 3 lifts sometimes or take the stairs.

We really like the concept of hotel apartments and will look for them for all future vacations! We appreciated the services and security of the on-site staff, the on-site laundry machines, the in-room kitchenette, and the air conditioning. There was plenty of closet/storage space, and the beds were comfortable. We had a courtyard room, and it was very quiet. This place was located right next to a metro stop, lots of eateries and shops (including Les Halles mall). It was easy to walk (15 min) to Ile de la Cite and the Louvre. We stayed here for a week and were very satisfied.

I wish they had two bedroom apartments available because we are a family of 4, and we would've preferred not to have to pull out or sleep on the couch every night. The nearby streets were very lively and the restaurants were popular with the young working crowd. I wonder if our family would have fit in better in a calmer neighborhood.

Location is perfect and right next to train and metro hub. Room was quiet, as requested, because it was at the back facing a courtyard instead of the street, but a loud gathering in the courtyard late one night disturbed that peace. I liked being able to use the coffee machine in the reception foyer.

I requested a double bed but got two singles. Surely in a property with many, many rooms, you could have provided a double bed as requested! I found it impossible to adjust the airconditioner in the room, which was annoying. Also annoying was when one lift stopped working, which meant the other one either took forever or was full all the time. It took three days for that to be fixed. I was disappointed that the room isn’t made up during the entire booking period (when I asked, they did make it up in the middle of my six night stay, but only because I asked, and no-one at check-in told me it wasn’t a daily service). Kids running up and down the corridor on the sixth floor was also annoying.

The room had a lot of space, and it was very clean. It had a nice minimalistic decoration; and modern equipment. The main bed was very comfortable, and the sofa-bed was quite ok for a sofa-bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location is superb, just next to the Forum Les Halles Coffee machine & capsules included, as well as free coffee at reception.

In general everything was great.

We were so pleased with our stay. The location was so convenient to travel to all locations in Paris as it is steps from the Metro and RER station. The RER A takes you directly to DIsneyland Paris conveniently which was the highlight for our kids. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, we especially appreciated the comfort room which allowed us to take clean towels and linens whenever we needed. There was a grocery store blocks away which allowed us to cook meals in our apartment. The staff was extremely helpful and kind to answer any of our questions.
