The hotel location is very nice, and the room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The check-in eas efficient and welcoming. During the day, we were always attended by a friendly and helpful person.

I had sheets with holes... nothing that keeps me from sleeping, but still... At night, the hotel had a rude and unfriendly concierge. The lift was out of order for a while, and when we adked if it was going to be like that for long, he answered rudely that it would not be fixed until the next day (we were staying at the 7th floor). When wecame back after dineer the lift was back to work, and when we mentioned it, the concierge mumbled something rude again...

The hotel is located near to two metro stations (Alésia and Plaisance) and to many bus stops, so it is easy to go anywhere in Paris. There are many restaurants, markets and stores around the spot. The staff is quite friendly and supportive. The room is well equiped and clean. Concerning the breakfast, I have never seen something like before. They offer a big variety of hot meals, hot drinks, fruits, cheese, bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, etc.

I had a small single room, it was comfortable and clean, the A/C was a little temperamental, I'm not sure what the issue was, perhaps it was simply due to what the cleaning staff set it to, but one evening I came back to an oven, another evening the room was very cold. It's not the end of the world I simply reset the temperature once I got to my room and waited for the temperature to normalise. The bathroom is quite small but has all the necessary equipment. Despite being right next to the elevator, the room benefits from good sound insulation so I was not disturbed.

Breakfast instructions are not that clear, you can have a full breakfast for EUR13, however if like me you only want a coffee and a croissant you are better off going to a nearby bakery (the staff are very helpful and will tell you where they are). What I discovered once I was at the hotel is that there is an option of continental breakfast but you have to book it in advance, so if this is what you are after enquire before arriving at the hotel.

It was an absolutely wonderful 5 nights stay at Montparnasse Alesia as a solo female traveler. The location is perfect, very conveniently located close to the metro, supermarkets and cafes. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and soundproof with no disturbance. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Paris next time and will recommend it to everyone.

The staff were great and very helpful. They helped me book a taxi on my way back. The room looked nice and loved the shower, it was hot, always hot. It's not in the city center but easy to get too. It was also easy for me to visit the main attractions e.g Disneyland Paris, Tour Eiffel, museo del louvre, arc de triomphe with easy as the hotel is within walking distance to most buses and metro.

The air conditioner did not work, it was set at maximum 23 degrees, there is no fridge which made it hard to chill my drinks or perishables, this didn't make it convenient for a 3 day stay, they don't have a microwave, the room is big enough they could have done better by adding a closed bathroom, closed closet, small fridge and small microwave.

It's about 8 minutes away metro stations Alesia and Plaisance (although currently Alesia station did not work). It was at a quite and residential area. There are supermarkets at 2 minute distance. Ιt had a kettle which was convenient. Helpful staff. Clean room.

The room was too-too tiny. Also although it was cleaned daily and they replaced coffee and tea bags missing, they never replaced the mug. I had to wash it everyday. It's not on the main Boulevard or the main city centre, so if you come back to the hotel too tired from the day you will probably not want to walk or take the metro again towards more popular areas. Kind of expensive for what it was and no breakfast but accommodation in Paris is ridiculously expensive anyway.

Montparnasse Alésia is a great place for a trip to Paris! Although our room was on the smaller side, for two people it wasn’t unmanageable and fine anyway as we weren’t there much during the day anyway! The room was clean and we liked how we had the option to chose if we wanted house keeping or not. The hotel has a large focus on eco-friendliness and environmental responsibility and the measures they take all seemed very reasonable. The air conditioning worked a charm for a warm Parisian summer as well as windows that fully open to allow for air flow! The 14er where it is located is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city so much that is has suburbia vibes which we liked, but it also was very easy to get into the main centre of the city and all its attractions! It is in the middle of two different metro lines which get you everywhere you need to be!

The shower was just a tad on the tiny side, it wasn’t much of an issue for us but not really comfortable for those who like to take long hot showers!

I thought the rooms were really clean (I stayed there once for 5 nights, went to Lyon, then back another night in a different room). Definitely smaller than the pictures make them look, but I didn't mind that at all. The staff was quite nice. The AC was great, the bed was fairly comfy. I quite enjoyed the minimal cooler palette especially in the bathroom. The area had a lot of grocery stores, pharmacies, and food places around so it was super accessible. The bakery just a few steps from the hotel is SOOO good. Unfortunately some of the metro lines were a little disrupted at times, but there were two main lines pretty close by so I could easily get around.

It's a little far from the centre which is probably the only con I found. As a result, I'd take quite a bit to get to where I needed to and I couldn't casually pop into the hotel to take a little break because I'd be wasting my time that way. I would've also loved a mini fridge to keep little bits of pastries I couldn't finish for example, would've been far more useful than the TV. But it wasn't the end of the world, I managed fine.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The environment is quiet and safe. At the same time it is very close to one metro station and also one station where there is direct bus from/to the airport Orly. The single room is small but fully functional in the sense it is sufficient for solo traveler.

The illumination in the interior room is a bit ill-behaved. But apart from that I think it is close to perfect!
