I was searching for a hotel in the south of the city because we wanted to visit both the city and Versailles. At the time when we checked in, this hotel had just finished a major renovation. The room was on a quite street, spacious and clean for our family of 4. The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel however if you don't a pre-purchased ticket, you will take a 5 min walk to Didot station where there's a ticket machine. We also enjoyed the food near the hotel; beef bun bo and Mediterranean food around the corner. Friendly and very helpful staff. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

There's nothing we didn't like except the AC took a while to kick in. We left the blinds closed during the day to keep the room cool and it's no issue after a few hours.

Big, spacious Room, well equipped kitchenette. Hygiene kept on a very high level, the furniture is new. Well working, comfortable lift. Abundant breakfasts including traditional french couisine. Excellent location, due to the hotel being placed on a street leading to metro, bus or tram in an approximately 8 minute walk. Moreover, Next to the entrance to the hotel there is a grocery store. Not to forget that on the street there are restaurants offering couisines from around the world. Last but not least, the hotel is run by commonly helpful and polite staff.

It's a serviced apartment, with kitchenette, coffee machine, microwave, fridge. Accessible balcony above the street - so Parisian!! It's nowhere near any of the tourist attractions, but only 10 mins walk to the Metro. Less to the bus. Area is colourful, but not threatening. Mid-rennovation, but the staff are still friendly.

Car park difficult to get into - no intercom to speak with reception on arrival.

Perfect location, parking space available, kitchen in room

Rooms were like new, felt like we were the first guests, but during our stay they were painting the hall and garage and doing other contracting work. It did not bother is to much, but that makes the difference between a good stay and a perfect stay.

Having a kitchenette in our room was so amazing, it allowed us to be independent and use the shop downstairs. I really could not fault anything. We were even very impressed with the USB ports in the room to be able to charge our phones. The free tea and coffee and cold water was fantastic.

Staff was nice and helpful.

Aircond was not working for the first night, though the staff helped us change the room and even provided free breakfast to make up for it. Room service isn't great. Somedays we are only provided with small towels instead of large towels.

The amenities in the room. We had a coffee maker and a moderately equipped kitchen area which allowed us to prepare our own meals sometimes .

It’s a bit far from the city Center

The location is easy to communicate with most of the important places to visit in Paris.

The house keeping cleaning procedure is not hygienic enough.

Staff was exceptional especially Dilan that make our stay to be great with precise indications and advices. Great breakfast, clean rooms ... new and modern furniture. Very comfortable.

everything was great, but the standout was the staff, especially the receptionist with black.she was incredibly friendly and helpful to us as family
