Rechel was very helpful before and during our stay. Erwin who checked us in was extremely helpful, thoughtful and considerate of our needs. Made us feel right at home. Almost forgot to mention Joy who I spoke to on the day of my arrival. She made sure we could drop off our bags because we got in early. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe even late at night. Walking distance to many restaurants that locals frequent. Apartment was clean and beds very comfortable.

The additional 200% increase in tourist tax which was communicated to us days after we left the hotel. It would have been better if we were informed that the tourist tax was going to increase by 200%, instead of informing us after the fact.

The location of the property ideal walking distance to most attractions. Secured door entry. Close to the metro. Decor very fresh. Pretty well equipped. Very quiet area. Comfortable bed. Printer in apartment was thoughtful. Staff very helpful for storing luggage on departure. We would highly recommend and would stay here again. Close proximity to bars and restaurants, one being next door.

Garden terrace looked nice, but sadly couldn't use as the AstroTurf was too wet. Some plastic microwavable dishes would be useful for next time we stay.

The location of My Maison is superb, the little square out front is cute, busy but quiet at night. We were in 4-5 min walking distance of 4 main metro lines which was excellent to get to Paris's main sites and a great area for restaurants. As others said, the flat is small. We had a deluxe studio and although looked like photos, the photos did make it feel like it was bigger than what it seemed. That being said, it did not put us off, we just re-arranged some of the furniture and knick knacks around to suit our needs. We stayed for a week and although we were happy with our accommodation and location, it was very hard to live out of 2 suitcases due to the space, one of us had to unpack everything. There isn't much hanging space, the wardrobe is an open rack with shelves on it, and not much other hanging options. Would recommend hooks on back of doors if possible, especially in the bathroom. We were in Paris the week of "bed bug-gate" and property although a little dusty in places, spotlessly clean and bug free where it counted. My Maison team where easy to contact and speedy with replies and very accommodating. I would gladly stay here again, infact hoping to re-visit next year.

Could do with some more hooks on the back of doors, especially in the bathroom.

The central location and it had everything we needed

I didn’t like how difficult it was to communicate with the office. Plus there is no mention of an address for the office to drop off bags. For foreign travelers it is important to be able to call the office using WhatsApp as some people only have data available on their phones. I had to make multiple international calls and incur charges because I could not get timely responses to my emails or messages.

We were a little nervous that we wouldn't receive the pre-arrival email as I was travelling down from North Wales the day before. But we did and my daughter thought it was the easiest lock box ever. Loved having the washer/dryer and the Nespresso and the kettle and the dishwasher!

There was no conditioner just shampoo. Someone had mixed up the dishwasher tablets with the washing machine tablets that were left under the sink in little trays, but fortunately, I read the package before using!

Location, good size, warm bathroom ( it is winter), mattress was very comfortable, it was a washing machine.

The two seater sofa could have been slightly bigger ( minor issue), and a floor rug would be good, especially in winter the floor was very cold.

Joy, the property manager was incredibly helpful and a delightful person! Loved the red door to building! We had a first floor apartment (2nd floor to Americans) and the stairs were not a problem (two landings). The kitchenette was perfect - even had a little dishwasher (we didn't use it); washer/dryer (couldn't get clothes to dry - user error, probably); nice size fridge. Bathroom not in bedroom which is helpful so extra guest doesn't have to go through bedroom! Great towels, hairdryer. No closet but clever wall storage in bedroom. Sofa bed very comfy and nice storage for extra person. Bedsheets very nice! The apartment was super clean and quiet! Location was excellent - on a very quiet "street" - courtyard area had picnic tables used by the restaurant next door and Hotel Edgar across courtyard very nice. The little wine shop run by Etienne was perfect! Bank ATM on corner. We didn't use it, but there is a nice A/C unit. We loved that there is a manager on site!

A printed instruction sheet for washer/dryer and Nespresso machine would have been helpful. Joy explained it to us, but then we forgot! An extra dishtowel or two would have been nice and the big knife (only knife) would not even cut butter (LOL).

very clean and modern. unit is equipped with all you need! we were in the second floor but statue were not steep. A 5 minute walk to St-Dennis station which takes you to all the must see in Paris. Close by restaurants and markets provide good options for all budgets.

it is in te textile district so not many people around at night. however, we felt safe walking after midnight.

everything was perfect, the apartment was immaculate will all amenities needed. We reserved the room with the terrace which was fantastic to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day of touring. wonderful location and close to all sites.

It was our second stay here and definitely not last. The location was perfect for us, the space is comfy and big enough, the host was nice, restaurants like Brasserie Dubillot, Edgar or Rivie are really close, everything was clean and I was really happy for full lenght mirror. It’s not so common and I don’t know why. But here, ladies and gents, you are safe with your fits. :)
