I loved my room - I loved the front desk staff. You cannot beat the front desk staff in Paris. They were so lovely and helpful. Huge shout out to ADE. She is wonderful and the heart of the hotel.

I did not love the location. But , there is someone at the desk 24/7 . Daytime it’s fine. At night just take Ubers and be careful and ask the staff where to go. It’s. HIP AREA , just like any big city be attentive to your belongings.

Great location, clean rooms, breakfast sufficient in quality for a couple of nights, tea/coffee with kettle in room, good water pressure in the shower, a separate toilet, a safe to lock away valuables, and a closet to hang your clothes. Great for a short stay.

The size and design of the room made it difficult to sit at the desk and work (the bed's end came so close to the desk that it was difficult to sit there, though not impossible). The breakfast was good, but would be lacking in variety if you were to spend a long stay. The breakfast area is also located in the basement which means you don't feel like staying long and enjoying a long breakfast.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was really nice and could be even delireved to room. Balcony was a big plus! Beds were nice and the air conditioning made sleeping super comfortable.

Probably the only negative was that the Bd de Sebastopol is quite a busy street. If you want to sit on the balcony during the day, there is quite a lot of noise from the traffic. However, the balcony doors were very good and the noise didn't come through to the room when they are shut.

I liked the idea of trust when you could grab something at the bar on the 0 floor and then tell what you had at the reception. And when you travel with kids, you never know when they get hungry. And the beds are just amazing! I also enjoyed the view on the Sebastobol street. First I though to book a room with a small balcony but then I realised that you don't need one, you simply open a window, place a table next to the window and voila! The location is pretty good, I appreciated the proximity of the underground station.

From the hotel review I expected gluten-free products during the breakfast but all the bread was gluten. However, there was still a great choice of fresh fruits.

Perfect location with metro station just few meters away fm hotel entrance, full of cafes and shops. Breakfast ok with all basics, ambient just too small and underground. Room quite small but acceptable for Paris standards, small bathroom but very good shower, staff was very smiling and willing to help, pls bear in mind heavy traffic on this Boulevard, could be too noisy some time but all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel for yr stay in Paris.

A nice hotel, good and helpful staff. Didn't book in for breakfasts so can't comment on catering. We just went out each day and ate breakfast in one of the many cafes Paris offers! :)

My daughter and I booked a double room. It was pretty snug, with not much floor space, which meant that it was a bit cramped on one side. Also no bath. But all the facilities were very clear and we mainly only used the room to sleep in anyway, as we were busy site seeing and getting out and about. Room cleaned every day and looked after well. Bed was very comfy.

Convenient and consistently fine breakfast, location perfect for sightseeing central area via walking and Metro, staff friendly and helpful, didn't know about the cute little bar in the lobby until the last day - hope to come again. For European travel the room size was quite generous. There is a great bar/restaurant across the street that stays open until 1:30 am.

Sink clogged up often but this is truly the only thing that was not perfect - would not stop me from booking again with this hotel.

Great hotel. I went with my parents and daughter. The hotel is cute and clean. Staff were excellent and friendly. Worth the money. The rooms are small but perfect for what we needed. The little lobby of the hotel is great for working or just hanging out and the location is wonderful close to everything! Def recommend this hotel.

Haven't tried the breakfast Having water on the first floor was really helpful Coffee machine was great. Awesome surprise with fruits in the room on the first day. Lovely staff

The paint on the balcony chairs was coming off so I couldn't really use it. Balcony was generally really really small.

Location was fantastic - next to a metro station. Area was safe! (That was our main concern - safety - as we were going out to a late show and returning in the early hours.) Hotel was super-clean. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Paris.
