Modern and clean room, nice sauna and good wi-fi connection. The staff was very friendly and spoke english well. We got sick during our stay and the staff, especially Ali, were super helpful and helped with everything we needed.

Location is quite far from the centrum and all the sightseeing. Metro does work well, but it takes around 40 minutes to travel to the most central sites.

Clean and contemporary decoration

For a 4* hotel it misses the basics. There is no drinking water in the room or a vending machine in the hotel to get water, or shops near by. We were told to get water for the room from the restaurant. However no vessel to carry it. The coffee machine in the room is mounted 1.5m from the ground in a box on the wall. Couldn’t reach the buttons properly and you can’t take the machine out to put on the table. When I eventually got the machine to work, the cups have no handles and I nearly scalded myself lifting the cup out - from above my head. Seriously bad design. There was no creamer for the coffee.

The hotel staff were exceptional. They advised us on the best ways to travel around the city with the metro card, and how to get where we wanted to go. They were available 24 7 if you needed there help in the reception. Special shout out to Khouloud who greeted us every morning and gave advice on navigating the city. The rooms were surprisingly roomy for a paris hotel with a large double bed and which was comfy enough and a modern bathroom.

My only real complaint would be that shower often had water driping under the door due to its design that could make the bathroom a bit wet. But we had plenty of fresh towels and bathmats provided each day to help with this but it was something I was conscious of.

Reception staff very good and explained facilities and how to use . Very modern room , room window could open so fresh air if you wanted. breakfast is available and selection was very good . Staff quick to respond if you requested additional food / hot drinks.

seems to be very health concious hotel . Lack of 'unhealthy' snacks available eg potato chips/ crisps etc. ditto no fizzy drinks not even aeroated water. No ice to keep drinks purchased out side and brought in to room cool, unless you got some from the lounge area on a soup plate , it melts quickly. I do not know anyone who likes a warm beer!

Very conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but quick and easy to get anywhere you might want to go, especially any tourist spots. There are multiple train / underground / tram stations nearby within walking distance. Rooms are clean and sleek with plenty of space. Service was impeccable. Staff was always helpful, especially the young lady who helped me check-in in the morning and a always poised looking gentleman called Ali. The lounge area on the ground floor was great, and it was good that the hotel doesn’t use plastic bottles but provide you a water station to refill your own bottles.

Wow, what an iconic hotel with superb service. The check in was smooth, I walked to my room and had a balcony room overlooking the city . Everywhere is perfectly maintained and super clean. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and top quality linen. The one thing i would have liked in the room is small Fridge . there was a coffee machine . Amazing, friendly service. 100% of personnel were above and beyond with care. The lounge restaurant was very nice too. The whole experience was great. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I can't say enough about the staff in front desk guy was so nice and helped me with questions. Especially mrs .Khulud and Mr . Muhammed . I will most definitely be back , I would stay here again.

None in the room a small fridge, a kettle to make tea

Didn't have breakfast. Food choices in evening very limited but quality was ok. Little further out from the centre than expected but metro was a short walk, reaches everywhere and is very frequent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Muhammad on reception and Annie in the Club area.

Wasn't happy with facilities for drinks in room. Only thing available was coffee pod machine to make espresso. No water, tea or milk. Tea availability in Club lounge didn't have English breakfast tea and no boiling water to facilitate brewing of tea available. Only coffee temperature water.

I was first greeted by the front desk person whose name I forgot. However I did remember that her name meant Infinite. She was welcoming and accommodating. I was also received with in the dining area by Ail and Lahcew. I looked forward to having my meals in the restaurant. Especially with exquisite service Lahcew always provided. He gave me service with a smile and made great suggestions.

There was not much that I didn't like. This hotel was great.

Location is easily available, there is parking nearby but quite expensive. Public transport is great though, within 5 min you are at the subway and the rest of Paris is available. Very comfortable room,.

Our bathroom had a shower but it was built that still had some water spillage into the general bathroom area. There wasn't a cooler/fridge which was a downside. Food options at the hotel was limited but a lot of restaurants nearby.

Absolutely loved the room, breakfast and facilities. Mariam at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was the most accommodating whenever she was at the front desk. We would definitely be coming because of her alone.

One thing I did not like was not being booked a room with a view. The 1st (602) room we had was REALLY nice, but we asked for a view. The 2nd (409) room we got did have a view of the Eiffel technically, but the window barely opened, the room smelled like smoke and the design wasn't that great compared to the 1st room. So we saw Mariam again and requested the original room.
