It’s clean and the location is in a residential area, which is safe and with several nice restaurants, various food choices. A big supermarket is nearby. Easily to access to Metro station and bus stations. The bed is comfortable. The middle part of the sofa bed isn’t firm enough though.

Only one washing machine shared by the whole building, it’s definitely not sufficient. We stayed there for one week. There were some nights we had to queue up for the washing machine/ dryer until almost midnight, and unfortunately, one night it was out of order. The property manager should consider adding at least one more set.

It is really a good place to stay, Edgar’s service is far beyond exception ~ The location is very convenient, it’s near metro line 8 and you can go to mainly attractions easily ~ don’t like the main tourist area ~ this place is more quiet and show you the real Paris life~ Edgar have a Recommendation list and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and other things you need on it. Before we arrive, Edgar sent an email about Tour de France, so we enjoyed that ~ during the stay, they will respond your requirements fast and effectively ~ after we check out ~ they keep our luggage until 18:00~ the staffs are very nice and helpful ~ the deco and facilities are modern and everything is good in use~

Actually nothing~ maybe the free Wi-Fi is not very fast so my friend asked me to open our mobile Wi-Fi ~ so it’s not a problem for us ~ in the nearest metro station ~ there can’t buy the special tickets for ten times, so please buy it from train station if need~

Would call it the perfect 8/10. Very comfortable, well designed studio apartment on the ground floor with a lot of privacy. It was decently located, a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 3-4 mins from the local convenience store. It was fairly well equipped with sufficient cutlery and utensils. The bed was great too.

The internet was horrifyingly slow at 5mbps; we struggled to have any video calls. The drain from the shower would occasionally smell really bad. There was no shower curtain or glass window in the shower, which meant that the water would be everywhere after a shower and would take hours to dry up; it's probably because this was a disabled access room.

Staying at Edgar Suites was a premium experience for our family. The property functions as a sort of aparthotel, exceptionally well maintained and organised. We were welcomed ahead of check in time and were able to go into the city luggage free. The apartment was sufficient for a family of four. The sofa served as a bed as well. Naturally, this being Paris, there wasn't lots of space but it was comfy. On the other hand, very important for us was that the bathroom was spacious and clean. The best part was the support and service we received from Edgar and his team which was 5star. We got immediate response at any time of day and night! Edgar helped us spend a wonderful time in Paris and I can only recommend them.

The location is a bit far from the central attractions and you have to commute. There is convenient public transport nearby and the area is nice though.

The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. The staff are amazing. They reply and help immediately. The apartments are clean and modern. The kitchen has all what you need. The location is OK - close to metro 8. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The studio is a bit small and has limited storgae space for a couple but would have been good for 1 person.

Very nice and the well equipped apartment. The owner is very warm and helpful, answering the inquiries very fast. Very clear instructions of everything.(inside the apartment and surroundings). The location is great, near supermarket, buses (direct to the Eiffel tower and the metro 8. There are also some nice restaurants and bars around the apartment. We do have a great stay here.)

We loved how modern the apartment was! The location was so close to the metro and bus stop! Many restaurants and bars around the area as well! Edgar and his team were absolutely amazing. Edgar checked in on us many times throughout our stay and fixed any little issues we had. They left cute welcome gifts for us like Champagne (although we don’t drink alcohol), chocolates, a very innovative map of things to do, a absolutely cute tote bag and a general information folder that helped us get our way around!

Very clean and staff is very kind and supportive. Subway station is very closed and mart, bakery and local restaurants are very closed and all I need are there. There are one queen size bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed is very spacious for two adults. Hot water is always available.

The host is very responsive and took care of a couple of issues quickly and thoroughly. The apartment is small for four but worked. Metro is close, 8 minute walk. There is a neighborhood Cafe at the corner with excellent service. It was a favorite place to grab a drink after our long days.

As tourists, it is fairly far from most sites. Be ready to walk or Metro 30 to 45 minutes each way to get to the locations, or book a 20 to 25 Euro cab. Had we known Paris better before our trip, we would have booked closer to the heart of the City. That probably would have cost more, Paris is expensive anyway you go.
