well equipped kitchen, nice interior, lovely to have a small apart while travelling with kids we asked for ne towels and toilet paper@reception and did receive it without paying

it was not clear that the room service only operates once every seven days. that is ok, but towel change and especially more toilet paper should be given when asked for

The room was well equipped and there was enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location was close to the metro and tram, we even walked from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower.

The toilet smelled like a public toilet.

Good breakfast, good diversity, cheese, egs, pancakes, yogurts, fresh orange juice, salami, coffee is good.

The reception guys seemed overwhelmed with the number of turists. We only stayed 2 nights, we had no cleaning services, maybe is different for others. 2 lifts, one was out of service and the other one was a bit slow.

The 2-rooms apartment is spacious and clean! i enjoyed my stays with family for whole trip.

Aparthotel, 6 people (2 kids) stayed in 2 bed apartment. Was exactly what we needed, well equipped for our needs, sofa bed was a great size, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, showers were good, shower / hand gel was there, dishwasher tablets / washing up liquid there. Emptied bins on same floor. Apartment was clean. Dishwasher there. Nescafe pod machine and kettle TV there. Had a few pods to get us going. Supermarket around the corner had all we needed. Plenty of local restaurants. Closes metro about 5 mins at adult pace - 8 mins with 5 year old!

Volume on TV was broken - only realised when I came to watch the rugby! Grill in microwave struggled to grill bread for toast but all manageable!

Aparthotel Adagio overall has a nice location. You will find multiple restaurants nearby. We found an Indian restaurant as well and the food was nice. The tram station and bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. Grocery store is also at walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us with all our queries. I specifically thank the reception staff for allowing us to stay at the reception area after our checkout for sometime as it was raining outside. The rooms are clean and colorful. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils, cutlery and white goods. The bed is comfortable and we were overwhelmed to see that the hotel provided us extra bed for our 2 years old kid.

In the bathroom, the bathtub stopper was not working, neither an external stopper was provided. The television in the room is not a smart TV. We cannot cast our mobile to the TV.

Lovely decor, spacious studio, everything was clean, the staff was friendly. A lot more space than in the average Paris hotel! Good selection for breakfast.

Not enough staff at reception, so people have to queue while the staff is on the phone with clients. Some issues with our reservations, we were charged twice.

We wanted a space where we could chill as a family after a day of busy activities and the 2 bedroom apartment provided that! Supermarket easy walk away too. 2 toilets, with one completely separate was a big plus too for a family of 4. Paris traffic is nuts, so paying €25 pd to leave our rented car for the 5 days did seem excessive at first, but the convenience of on premises parking probably not that bad...

The apartment needs some upkeep. One toilet seat was cracked and we had to make our own plan to keep the shower head up. Also, towel heater in one bathroom had wiring exposed. We don't have young kids, so not an issue for us, but should've been picked up by hotel staff.

Perfect location, spacious apartments, good breakfast and safe place to stay.

Few staff in the reception were really good and always welcomed with smile and helped us with our questions. Few of them were busy in their own world, and bit of disinterested. This could be handled better.

Rooms are clean, with a small kitchen stocked sufficient kitchenware for 2-3 persons. It is only within a 10 minute walk to the exhibition center. Area is quiet as it is not on the main road. Rooms have sufficient lighting.

the bath tub is a bit old with a few small patches of black spots. The breakfast had only scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. If they can have fried eggs, that would be nice for those that prefer them. Nearby streets have restaurants, but more basic. If one is looking for finer restaurant food, one needs to look farther away.
