This small hotel is not far from Porte d'Orléans. The hotel has upgraded the room for us since the previous one had ants inside. We felt comfy in this larger room with bathtub, nice bed, renovated bathroom, and air conditioner made our day. The staff is helpful and friendly! They always try to do their best for customers.

The smaller room had ants inside the bathroom, which is disgusting. The noises from the other clients are very annoying since they do not have soundproofing walls or doors, especially when they flap the doors loudly. The equipments have to be renovated.

The room is perfect for a solo traveler. Everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is close to a few public transport stops (metro, tram, bus), so getting more in to the centre is very easy. Really liked the bathroom, it was small, but it didn't feel cramped and the shower had multiple spray settings and good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable. The room is pretty well soundproofed from the outside and decently from the hallway and other rooms.

After they clean the room it smells very intensely of perfume. Not sure if it's the cleaning product or something extra, but it's intense. I had to air the room. I'm personally sensitive to strong smells, so that's something to be aware of for anyone else with this issue.

I loved this little hotel. Stayed 9 nights and could have stayed much longer. Old building in charming and peaceful district, but newly renovated, fresh and clean rooms. The reception is open 24/7 which felt safe. All the people working there speak a fluent English and are very, very nice. The lobby and the small breakfast room can be used for for instance working. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Free coffee in the lobby (at least until they realize how much I drank). Fridge and water boiler in all rooms, which was great. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast had all that I needed: different breads, cheese, marmalade, different yoghurts, boiled eggs and omelettes. Metro station just around the corner.

I found the beds a bit hard. Other might find them perfect.

I loved the location, how close is from the metro line that takes you directly to the city enter. Also, it is a lovely neighborhood and super safe. The room is comfy and the reception is opened 24 hours. It also has a mini bar and a kettle and every day they leave you coffee and some biscuits. If i had to get back to Paris i would choose this hotel again for sure!

I didnt like the lack of privacy of the toilets. The door didnt go until the floor and it was transparent. That being said, thats the only thing. The rest was perfect.

Well located hotel near metro station, which makes exploring Paris much easier. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well decorated, clean and nice room, and as a bonus the one that we were given came with a balcony and a very nice view. Definitely recommended especially for a short trip as we took.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Sometimes there was some noise from the nearest avenue (du General Leclerc), due to traffic jam problem, but nothing to worry about in our occasion. Unfortunately, this is a common problem in Paris.

The location of the hotel was near the metro and bus stations, very well serviced in terms of transportation. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Room sizes compared to rooms in Paris are good. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good staff, they help and support guests, with smile. The room was good and clean. Very close to the metro. Central location and direct metro to Paris Nord.

It was hard to get some one to answer the hotel telephone. The hotel controls the air-condition. The final price in the booking website not clear.

The entire personnel was very polite and professional. I was worried about arriving later than initially planned, but after sending them a message and receiving a prompt response that I can check-in at any time all my worries were put to rest. Additionally, the place is within walking distance from Montparnasse Tower and Cemetery, Pantheon, Gertrude Stein salon and I bet many more great places that I just could not manage to visit in such a short stay. And by the train from nearby Montsouris park, you can get to the centre in less than half an hour and to CDG airport in less than an hour. In short, a great place to stay.

I have no real complaints. For someone like me, who rises from the bed late it might have been more convenient if breakfast were served until 11:00, instead of 10:00, but that was not much of an issue.

The administration is lovely. The rooms are quite small, but still very comfortable. The metro and the supermarkets are near the hotel.

The bed is short for some reason, but it was no problem for me.
