Having had a terrible experience at Novotel Suites Montreuil Vincennes with no air conditioner, poor staff assistance and terrible area, this was certainly a breath of fresh air! The facilities were far more superior even though it cost a little more. It was certainly worth every cent! The breakfast was decent and the location pretty much central. I loved my stay here. The front desk staff were also very helpful with enquiries and helping to get cab. Would certainly return here.

The typical non existent French hospitality from cleaners. They weren't friendly or helpful. I was struggling with my suitcases and my daughter and they just ignored me to sort myself out. Also they kept barging into the room to clean up even though I told them I was busy.

Breakfast was delicious. you can find different tastes. It was more than enough. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is fantastic. TV iş modern.

Toilet was separate from bathroom but it was ok. Windows cannot be opened for fresh air.

The room was spacious (King suite), our room cleaned every day and free soft drinks topped up, the decor of the hotel was modern and interesting, reception staff were friendly and helpful, room service great quality, we only used the restaurant at breakfast but the food was delicious and the staff were absolutely lovely. I couldn’t believe that some other reviews said they were grumpy - but we’re polite and friendly as a family, and that was certainly reciprocated. Loved it, would return.

The rooms were too warm. I made the mistake of turning on the fan to cool it down, only to find it was blasting in more hot air. My mistake, but we’re used to cooler rooms. Nice when arriving in from a cold day out - but at night we needed a much lower temp and the minimum was 18 degrees. The gym is useless if you lift weights. Only dumbbells up to 10kg and only machines for cardio.

Several members of the staff were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to assist when needed. The breakfast selection was diverse and of high quality, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff in the breakfast area were particularly friendly, always welcoming guests with a smile and ensuring everything was well-stocked and organized. Their attentiveness made the morning experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Some staff members were unhelpful, even though we were guests at the hotel. For instance, a bartender refused to let us sit in a completely empty room simply because we had brought in food from outside. Additionally, one staff member withheld information about the free parking available outside from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM, likely to pocket the money for the hotel.

Really nice hotel, very clear and very spacious room. We stayed as a family and it is nice that sofa can be turned into bed. Nice touch that shower and toilet are separate. Very nice breakfast and dinner (for once we actually had one in the hotel and was nice). Breakfast with a lot of choice, some challenges on space, but it was fully booked period. Location is as normally with hotels in these areas, so it takes around 30 minutes with the metro to come to city center, but very high turnaround of metros.

Really difficult to say anything on this. Maybe bed is bit too soft for our taste (I guess in principle matrasses are already bit soft and usage does not help). But this is personal preference. Location may be issue for some, if they do not like to travel too much when traveling for city trips. Finally, if you at all care about it, gym which is offered is not really big and cannot take more than 2 people at the same time. But again, in Paris not many hotels even offer it and there is great sport complex next to the hotel if you need it.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. We absolutely loved our room – it was incredibly spacious, which was perfect for us and our daughter. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from our window; it made our experience truly unforgettable. Additionally, the bathrobes and slippers set added a lovely touch of comfort and luxury, making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning in the future!

The only downside was that the hotel restaurant was closed when we arrived and didn’t open until 7 PM, which was a bit late for us. There weren’t many open restaurants nearby, so we had to settle for some American street food to tide us over. It would be great if the hotel restaurant could stay open all day, even if just offering a smaller menu, to accommodate guests who arrive at different times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, but the dining hours could definitely be more flexible.

The fact the staff tried so hard with English, polite well mannered.

Lack of English TV channels

After travelling to Paris for a surprise birthday trip I was left with nothing bad to say , and most of that was because of the high standards this hotel offers . If I could rate 10+ stars I would ! The hotel was absolutely impecabile - not a spec of dirt or dust . Bedrooms cleaned every day , food hall clean and organised with a great selection of food , downstairs toilet clean and in great use , facilities up to standard, everything was exactly what you would expect at a hotel of 4 stars. From the moment you step into the hotel you are greeted by professional staff who will help with any questions you may have . The breakfast team working hard to please you , cleaners and care takers doing a fantastic job - absolutely amazing team at Novotel ! In terms of location again I couldn’t have found a better hotel - about a 7-10 min walk to metro 4 Porte de Orleans station which has great links to all the tourists attractions you’d expect to visit in Paris . Restaurants and shops walking distance from the hotel . This is one of the best city breaks hotel I have ever been to and if I was to come to Paris 100 more times I would without a doubt stay at Novotel 100 more times . We loved it ! I liked everything !!

Lovely well equipped room. The shower room and toilet were both tiny and a bit awkward to access. A single bathroom probably would have made it more comfortable. The positives: The bar is nice and the staff are friendly. The room is large and well equipped and the hotel is modern and comfortable

A few of the negatives: The setting on the Air con was fixed at 18 degrees and it was too warm in the room. There was no milk provided with the tea/coffee facilities and we had to keep going down to the bar if we wanted milk. Although the room was set up for three people, only two towels were ever left and we had to constantly request another set.

We had the best suite in the hotel (room 902) with an Eiffel Tower view. Best regards to the gentlemen at the reception . I'm sorry that i forget his name , but he was on duty at 12.00 on 06.08.2022. He was very nice and helpfull as a reception person should be.👍👍 On the other hand, all the other from the reception i've been talking to were rude and bored. 5 min walking distance to Porte d'Orleans station ( tram, bus ,metro). Supermarket and restaurants in the area.

The hotel is situated on the entrance to a highway, so you have to cross it. About the staff ....i' ve already wrote. We have a very big bathroom with shower and bathtub and... no toilet. The toilet is situated at the entrance and.... have no sink.
