No shower in the bathroom made it tricky as we are are not used to it. It was fun to learn but we got water everywhere, so thank you to the room serving staff who made it perfect again each day. All of the staff were fantastic, especially Nicola, the afternoon man on the weekend. He was very helpful and did not get bored with us telling him about our adventures in Paris. He offered some great suggestions.

1 Channel in English on the TV was a little tough. After a busy day unwinding with a little light entertainment would have been good. We would have been happy to pay a little extra for the option.

Nice big room. Very clean. Great shower. Friendly welcome. Efficient reception. Excellent location for us, as we were visiting family in the 16th Arrondisament and all the main attractions were within reasonable walking distance. Metro, for those less able to walk, was very close. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment.

The room was very warm and the air condtioning ineffective, even when on full power. The pillows were very large and hard. They were plenty of them, but we couldn't get comfortable. A personal thing. Small things, such as flannels, coffee pods, etc., were not replaced daily when removed. We could perhaps have asked at reception, but didn't bother, as we were out most of the time.

Came to paris for Lollapalooza, the hotel is beautiful with friendly staff,who are extremely helpful & welcoming. The hotel is a close walking distance to lollapalooza as well as being surrounded by lovely restaurants and cheese shops. Will definatly be coming back.

Check-in was very pleasant - the manager was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and she was quick to agree to store our bags and give us directions to a very good sidewalk cafe for lunch. She was also extremely helpful when our taxi failed to show up to take us to the airport - she called the taxi company, found the taxi and directed him to the hotel, "saving the day" for us. The room was the best of our 10-day 2-city stay. Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and well-designed. Breakfast was served to our table, again with emphasis on personal service. A wonderful way to wind up our visit to Paris!

I really appreciated the kindness of the people at the reception. The room and the bathroom were clean and well-equipped (kettle, coffee and tea, TV, bathtub,...etc).

Maybe you may offer an option for a fast breakfast. Let me explain. People making business trips sometimes don't need a full breakfast but only a fast coffee/cappuccino+croissant recently made.

everything was perfect! lovely spotless room and bathroom, I couldn’t fault a thing! I had everything I needed, from aircon to all toiletries.. the view wasn’t great but who cares?! fabulous.. lovely staff, nice breakfast 13€ extra, all very pleasant , in a lovely area

The bathroom was renovated and very clean, the staff efficient and polite, the location convenient (public transport, restaurants).

As in all hotels in Paris the room was very small.

The rooms are very very clean, the staff is very kind, hospitable, and helpful. The location is pretty good. There are a lot of options for cafes and restaurants. Also, the hotel is very closest to the metro. I highly recommended it.

Maybe the breakfast, there could be more options :)

convenient for our needs. the property is also in a very quiet neighborhood. easy walk to Eiffel Tower.

property needs to remove the old carpet and do laminate flooring. however, rooms are incredibly clean. no complaints

Refurbished room. The bathroom was exeptionaly renovated. Also the room was OK.

The bed sheet was not clean. Some dirt left after washing, but the person that cleans the room did not spot it. Also the bed was small and old.
