The hotel is located very well and close to the centre, making it very reachable and atrractive. Apart from that, the staff was very welcoming commencing by the front office/ reception Mr.Miguel & Mr. Melvin, who were both very helpful and attributed to exceptional service with a smile. With regards to breakfast it lacks a bit from variety and needs to be upgraded/ improved a bit at least including cereals and toast, apart from maybe adding other things, although on a positive note, Ms.Isabelle was very helpful and her service was simply great.

I cant complain about anything in particular, great hotel location, good service and helpful friendly staff.

We were due to go home but received a message saying out Eurostar had been cancelled due to flood in the tunnel. I then found this hotel the closest from where we were. It was great, staff were friendly, great location. There’s a subway station right on the corner, about a 10 minute to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops. McDonald’s and domino’s close by. They kept our luggage for us when we checked out and then when going back for it I asked if I could charge my phone for a little while so they let us sit in the lobby to do so, and offered us drinks.

I was treated with respect by staff, from reception, a very nice and helpful guy Javier, made my stay more good than expected, always trying to do his best to satisfy the needs that I had, location needs a bit of improvement regarding technical stuff, like one snuff did not worked, but overall was very good! I will come back to stay there. I liked the paintings on the wall, a lot of art every where, old building but had it charm. Good place in city centre, near by Eiffel tour and other museum.

I loved the friendly welcoming when we arrived at the hotel and also our checking out went smoothly. Nice people there! The interior was so beautiful with intruiging paintings. The rooms clean and cozy with comfortable beds. The hotel is nearby a metro station, like a minute walk, which was so convenient for our travels to the different sightseeings. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood as well. And the breakfast was more then enough. They serve you at your table. The croissant was just mmm! And there's a cute romantic patio as well to have your breakfast. I would come here again.

Nothing actually. Some people might say small rooms but to me they were fine. And you can always go for bigger rooms if you'd prefer.

The location was perfect for our interests. We walked to the Musee Marmatton and the Eiffel Tower. A quick taxi to the Louvre. Plenty of restaurants on Avenue Mozart. Our room-had a balcony with table and chairs for sitting overlooking Rue de Ranalagh, so beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.

We had to log in to the wifi every time we returned to the property. The breakfast was mostly a continental style breakfast with pastry and fruit. I don't enjoy boiled eggs, but the pastries were delicious.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I was there for 5 nights for a couple of days of sightseeing and a couple of days at Roland Garros. The room itself was comfy and quiet, had plenty of space and the bathroom was really nice with a good bath and plenty of space to put my stuff. What made the stay really outstanding were the wonderful friendly staff and the excellent location. The staff on reception would do anything to help and always greeted you with big smiles. Breakfast was very generous and the lovely ladies were always fetching what you wanted and checking you were ok. Also the location was amazing. The hotel is just off the main road so feels very quiet but you are only about 10 yards from the metro station and on the main road there is an abundance of nice shops for everything from fresh produce to chocolate and wine to clothes and jewellery. Down the road was also a nice local market. It was easy to get to the main central attractions by metro and Roland Garros was an easy walk.

Only a couple of minor things I would improve would be softer fluffier pillows and maybe a small fridge in the room.

The réception was so nice and talkative about neighbors since my first time to be their area. the The interior design of the loopy is so elegant and calm pls the garden was so romantic with the Parisian weather. In addition, the bathroom items are so aroma unique as Arabic perfume oud with saffron gel and shampoo

When I gave the room key each time to the reception before I hung out it was strange

Very warm welcome from an extremely friendly and helpful manager. Stylish and surprisingly spacious room (for Paris!) with an extremely comfortable bed and a well-appointed and spacious bathroom. Great location for our needs, a few steps from the metro and we easily found an excellent place to have dinner. We can't comment on the breakfast since we did not take it, needing an early start.

The room was a bit small and had no desk to work on. Also, it would be very convenient if the shower head could be mounted to the wall. The rooms were very clean and mostly quiet, though.

small nice hotel, very cute. quality breakfast and the location is very nice and convenient, close to metro and to some offices and nice staff.

The only disappointing thing is the price: 320 euro per night is too much. ok, Paris hotels are always expensive, everywhere, but 320 euro for a double room in a 3 stars hotels, is too much.
