Fresh look and friendly stuff. Superb breakfast and free gummies :)

Rooms are not so soundproof as they’re promised. I heard well other room persons speaking and coughing. Ventilation is not good. After shower rooms become moist and there is no fresh air in the morning. Wall control panel seemed to do nothing.

Duplex suite was a great size for just the two of us. Location was perfect, so close to the metro station allowing easy access around the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet despite being on the street level. The shower was also amazing ! The room was spotless and always cleaned very well each day. Overall a great property - we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !

The advertised ‘private terrace’ for the duplex wasn’t private at all, it was just off the main walkway into the hotel so everyone walked past on their way in or out of the hotel. Hot food could of been hotter, it was mostly lukewarm but still edible. It was suggested that we would get a surprise in the room when completing the online check in so was a little disappointing to find nothing. All minor things really!

The location is just perfect, we were able to walk almost everywhere where we planned to go, lots of charming restaurants and cafes around. The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. The breakfast was great, too. There's a lovely rooftop in the hotel, and you can buy drinks in the bar and bring them upstairs, which I highly recommend- we spent some beautiful time there at night. We had a nice welcome from the hotel, with Champagne and Macarons as it was our honeymoon, which was a gorgeous start of our trip. We will be coming back for sure.

Nothing really, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Excellent facilities. Our room had windows for both sides, inside the hotel and Main Street. However, we didn’t heard any noises. Comfortable bed and sheets. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the bath robes (not comfortable). Staff was outstanding despite some staff didn’t know how to speak English, they would always help and be welcome. It’s nice to see a diverse staff members in all positions within the hotel. The room has AC that you can control as you like and fridge. The toilet is the executive room was large with enough space for 2 people. The breakfast had all essentials and the staff keeps replacing any food or drinks. The breakfast area looks small but I never saw it full even over the weekend.

Actually, my little setback was that the hotel didn't have a parking space. Parking away from the hotel every single day was tomuch to me, especially after having a busy day out. But all in all, we had fun!😊

We had been to Paris already on the trip, changing hotels to suit our activities. This hotel was reasonably close to the Gare du Nord railway station (we came in by Eurostar) but also beautifully placed in relation to principal tourist sites as well. The property was modern, the staff were very good, the rooms suited us well except for hanging facilities for drying laundry, sadly a common omission nowadays. I always ask myself “Would I stay again?” and the answer here is affirmative. The breakfast was “middle of the road”, adequate-to-good without being outstanding. I can recommend this property

Modern and well presented. Impressive lobby. Good location a couple of minutes walk from a subway to get to central tourist sights easily.

Not really anything to dislike. We have previously stayed within a 10 min walk of the Seine and major attractions. It’s a 30 min walk, however, the subway is really close so it’s not really an issues and the price is reasonable. We booked a larger room but the layout meant there wasn’t a lot of room around the bed. The bathroom was big. If the layout matters to you it would be best to ask what the options are.

property is very clean and calm the terrasse is very chill and the bar self service concept is amazing.

they should put more water bottles in the room as they provided one bottle for 2 people and they didnt refill it.

beds were comfy duvets were not too heavy ..just right Breakfast was great .. loved the little glass yogurts.. Bar was great and coffee machine was easy to use. pneapple juice in bar was yummy! the staff were KIND HELPFUL AND JUST PLAIN GREAT!!

bathroom could use a table or wide shelf for a toiletry bag to sit on...could use another comfortable chair and a luggage RACK that would fit a suitcase thatn opens like flat book ....the shower needs directions on how to use..
