We spent one night in this apartment hotel in the center of Pau, and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and convenient it was. There is a parking area within the gates, and an elevator to go up to the rooms. We had a full apartment with kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and separate bedroom. The location was in the middle of a main walking street, but the directions to enable us to drive our car in and park at the hotel were clear and easy. The location was great for exploring the main walkway facing the mountains (Boulevard des Pyrenees), walking to dinner, and strolling around old town streets. It was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Wifi worked well. Getting out in the morning with our car was similarly easy. We would stay there again.

Decor is a bit dated.

We stayed twice , the first room I won't rate as it was not up to expectation, it was fine but towards the front of the building and very tired. On our second stay we must have been upgraded to the rear of the property and this room was excellent and I have rated the property on this room. Excellent location from railway station and for the city.

The first day we stayed our room was very tired, not dirty but just not very good. Curtains, carpet etc were old and not great. Had we not been booked in to come back we probably would not have based on this room. Fortunately we came back a week later as we were booked in and we were upgraded to an excellent room (I didn't ask) if all the rooms were like the second stay then I highly recommend this property.

Awesome location in center of walkable downtown Pau. Staff are all friendly and courteous.. They tolerate our inability to pronounce French with good humor. Nice variety of breakfast choices including fruit, yogurt, cheeses, hams, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, bread and pastries...juice, milk, tea, coffee. (bacon could have been crisper, but that was more that offset by amazing 😆 cal chevre)

Our attempt to reserve parking onsite didn't work out but municipal underground parking garage (Clemenceau) was very close by. Not the easiest place to get to from work meetings in Laque but ok trade-off so accompanying spouse has access to workday activities.

The room was very large (2nd floor + up some stairs under the roof). Secure parking in the hotel grounds was great and probably good value @ 16€/night - staff allowed us to leave the car there the next morning until about midday while we explored Pau centre on foot after breakfast. Breakfast was very good for the price. Central location in the pedestrian centre of Pau fantastic for a short 1-night visit to this lovely town.

Room was neat and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was Ok.

I stayed for 6 nights but the room was cleaned only once on the 3rd day. Only 2 bath towels were provided for 6 days We have the same menu items in the breakfast everyday. There is to much of bread in the breakfast. Could gave added items like hash brown potatoes, baked beans, chicken sausages etc.

The location is at the city centre as stated and its close to where you can get best food, shop, recreation for kids and lots more. Just amazing. I bet that I will stay there again whenever I visit PAU again

I only didn't like that none of the channels on the TV is in english

The property is very well placed in the centre of Pau giving easy access to all the main attractions of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartments are large and airy.

It should be noted that the facility is within the pedestrian zone of the city so it is not possible to drive your car there to drop off luggage or people.

Excellent central location. My bed was comfortable and I slept well. Easy access at any time. Was quite attached to my little room which was good for one person but might have been a squeeze with two. All rooms are different sizes here - some will be plenty big enough for two or more!

It was a little noisy in the very early morning due to street cleaning and so on. I travel with ear plugs so was fine and slept well. Kitchen not brilliantly equipped, but adequate and did have a kettle and mugs! (Essential for tea-making, and not always available in France.)

Difficult to find . Google maps not accurate. The position put us in the street below which has no access. Would be good if the hotel provided better directions and GPS coordinates and access code for the entrance to pedestrian street on booking Advertised free parking but none available. GPS

Fantastic Location, Clean Apartment, Comfy Bed and a Good Shower. Price was reasonable and staff were very polite. We had no issues and would gladly recommend this spot to stay in Pau.
