The hotel was clean and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Aircon good. Family room was large, showers toilets etc were clean. Laval was a nice town to look around for a few hours, gallery in the castle worth visiting.

There is no option to buy any food in the evening. The hotel does at it says and is outside of town so nothing locally. you will need a car. An odd noise every so often from the ac unit just needs a little maintenance.

Modern, clean, convenient location

Price was quite high for 4 people when breakfast had to be paid on top. Breakfast was very busy and some parents didn’t take care of how their small children were not acting hygienically at the breakfast buffet. This was a shame as the staff were doing their best to keep everything well stocked and clean. The breakfast offering itself was very good, and the staff great.

Price requested at rcheckout was different than the price in the Booking.com confirmation. Initially it was 10% higher. After discussion they still made me pay 1 EUR additional local tourist tax even though the Booking.com confirmation mentioned that all taxes and fees are included. Did not want to discuss for 1 EUR but it does not seem right.

A small new hotel with a nice interior, beautiful entrance group, a cozy seating area and a reception. Also at the entrance to the hotel there is a small terrace, and next to the reception there is a small bar that offers a variety of drinks. The hotel is located in a new area and there is free parking in front of the hotel. The room was a spacious with a large double bed, a sofa that unfolds, a working area and a separate WC. The room has everything you need, including a kettle. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast (there are eggs, pastries, meat and cheese board, yoghurts and fresh fruits). The best way to get to the hotel is by car. There is a restaurant near the hotel and at the reception you can recommend it for dinner, as well as provide a coupon for a 10% discount.

There was nothing about this hotel I did not like. The separation of toilet from bathroom made a stay for two much better, and having a comfortable sofa in the room to sit on was also a nice change. There were ample USB and phone charging points, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff polite and friendly at all times. The breakfast was tasty and varied and they had Gluten free bread.

I did not like that there are not more hotels like this one.

Booked as a (budget ish) overnight stay whilst travelling through France. About 5 mins drive (or 45 mins walk) from centre of Laval (worth visiting for stroll/dinner). Hotel on a business park - hence good for road network. Room good size / clean. Reception and breakfast well cared for. Staff friendly and helpful with suggestions upon arrival. Good breakfast available.

One of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed in. Nice simple modern decor, and very clean. I asked for a quiet room and we got a nice quiet room, we had no disturbances. Big comfortable bed and everything needed in the room provided for. Staff kind and helpful. Good breakfast and good value for money, both the breakfast and the room. Very easy check-in. A great experience, I would definitely come back if I am again in the neighbourhood!

Location in middle of business park therefore had to drive into centre to see the place. When booking hotels in places you don’t know it’s hard to judge location. Breakfast was good . Shower was great

Convenient stop over location. Good parking. Very comfortable beds. Good bathroom and shower.

On our second stay the advertised coffee and tea making facilities had been removed. Apparently throughout the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and breakfast with good. Hotel close to shops and restaurants.
