B&B HOTEL Paris Nord 2 CDG Aéroport

What a “magnifique” experience as an American 1st timer in Paris. After major flight delays and misshapes, I was forced to change a booking and flight out a day late. I googled this place on short notice not knowing what to expect. However, the booking process online was a total breeze. As soon as I arrived the friendly staff greeted me and I had a beautiful, efficient, quant, quiet, clean room within minutes. There was even a shuttle service available that I utilized to head back to the airport the morning of my flight. Excellent! Would love to come back.

The bed appeared welcoming, but upon inspection, I noticed the pillows were soiled. It's crucial that you prioritize placing freshly laundered pillows in their proper place as they are where individuals rest their heads and require the utmost attention to hygiene.

There was a problem with the hot water when I first arrived but I had asked for a couple of beers from the bar and she put them on the house for the inconvenience with the water. I was pretty happy with that. The hot water was fixed a couple of hours later. 4 euro for the shuttle to the airport was a great price also. Nice and close to the airport also

The staff - especially the evening/late night shift reception staff - were exceptional. They were kind, helpful, and clearly worked hard to accommodate our needs amid a very busy and somewhat difficult weekend (all hotels were fully booked for a sports event at the stadium).

This hotel only recently changed to B&B, and as a result our taxi from CDG took us to B&B Sud instead. It was very difficult to get to the right hotel. Also, it would be better if the hotel provided bus tickets or an easier way to use public transportation from the hotel. Scanning QR codes and figuring out how to get to Paris was not intuitive.

Close to CDG airport Comfy and clean, hotel quality bed linens (white and dense) Funny bathroom, it looks like module on boats but way bigger. Breakfast is good enough. 24/7 reception

No transport to hotel after 11 pm except taxi Transfer to Terminal 3, that's a bit strange

B&B hotels always offers a good value for your money. the room was rather big, a very nice shower and air conditioning Breakfast well organized and suffientely vary

the location is just right to reach the big fair ground and the CDG but it is just right for a short stay

Nice enough room, surprisingly comfortable bed. Nice staff. Easy to get to.

The hotel is located at a wrong spot if searched via googlemaps (it's next to that spot what the map tells you), it's confusing when you arrive since there is another hotel on that spot and you end up thinking are you at a wrong location. My key card kept deactivating, so had to do many trips back to reception.

Could not get breakfast due hotel’s technical problems - very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

We should have been able to get breakfast. Staff should have not denied us food . Customers should not have been penalized due to the hotel ‘s problem

The info provided by various staff re the airport was poor. It took me several attempts to get the information by email which even then was incomplete and confusing Yourwebsite makes it almost to contact your reception by phone or email. Your reception staff do not smile or offer a friendly level oof customer service.

room furniture is new

housekeeping really noisy on the floor. disturbing early Morning, Even on Check-out days And when i told no Housekeeping at all. very unfriendly. réception is really friendly. some are very New And might mess up on things, but This is normal with new staff. they try their best
