dinner was great. staff ordered me a car for ride to early airport that was on time however I had to pay for this after being told it was included with my stay.

I had emailed prior to booking asking about ride from airport to hotel and back to airport next day...I was told since I arrived before shuttle started in evening and left next morning before shuttle I would be taken no charge since I am a Hyatt member...then that changed when I actually booked and arrived and tried to arrange pickup...I still had original email stating there would be no cost yet they just made up a reason of shuttle times now improved...which had no benefit to me. Nice hotel but not sure I would go back due to this...Marriott offered free ride also so maybe try that next time

This hotel is a good place to stay if you are leaving on a morning flight from CDG. Room are bigger and cheaper than in central Paris. However intakes time together from hotel to center of Paris, so I do not recommend hotel for a long sightseeing stay in Paris.

Shuttle to CDG terminals now operates at certain hours. Not available between ca. 10:am and 5:00 pm which is very inconvenient. Restaurant is decent, but a rather small menu and somewhat pricey. You are a captive audience unless you wish to take a taxi to Roissy or the Aeroville shopping center.

Impressive atrium, good ambiance of large glass roof area, carp fish pond was relaxing, sculptures great, staff very pleasant, restaurant food was good, extra bed in room was comfortable, room size good and well insulated from aircraft noise, good shuttle service to airport with comfortable Mercedes and professional drivers

Slightly tatty in areas such as carpet stain in hallway, buckled carpet in bedroom, tile dirt, wooden floor in hotel entrance looked old, child facilities missing such as playground and kids room, considering it was at an airport I would have liked more of an aviation theme and connection, bellboy service was absent - door staff, restaurant prices higher than wanted

Very convenient to the airport, with a van running regularly morning and evening. Very clear instructions on where/how to find the van from the airport. Room was very spacious with everything one might need. Staff were very friendly and helpful and my lack of French was not a problem.

Airport hotel prices for food and drink. One is rather a captive audience because of the location. It could do with a bit of a face-lift in places. The carpet in the hallway on the first floor is a bit worn and doesn't match the entryway and common area.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices to please many tastes and desires. We dined in your restaurant. The staff was helpful and the food exceptionally well prepared. Finally, your shuttle service was also very well performed, but the driver didn't offer directions for us once dropped off.

You could use a sign in your hall when exiting the elevator on the room floors. We had to see what the room door numbers were to find our direction.

The price of the room was very good and it worked out well for a stay before flying home the next day. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived late and hungry and Henna helped us arrange for some "to go" food which was greatly appreciated under the circumstances.

There seemed to be some confusion about where the shuttle operator should take us. We ended up being dropped off at the wrong airline terminal.

Breakfast was good. Location was fine.

They took security deposit money and didn't returned me back. While at checkout time their front desk staff mentioned that money is already returned it will take few days to see in account that is process time, which I haven't got after a month.

The suite was excellent, roomy, separate bedroom and large bathroom...well provided. Restaurant was clean and comfortable, staff very attentive, food good too. Close to airport...excellent shuttle service.

Everything is superb. Ambience, the layout and most importantly - the staff, they all exude warmth and welcome. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, which is nothing new in a Hyatt. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and went extra mile to assist me when I got stuck at the Airport. They promptly organised a cab for me as no cab driver was agreeing for that short drop. The staff was also kind enough to share extra information about access to the City and the tours one could take on Saturday and Sunday. Thank to them, I had a wonderful stay and could visit Paris as well. The location near CDG Airport (10 minutes ride) suited me for ease of Covid Test at the Airport and last day early departure. Will definitely stay again.

I love them management. Were very professional, had my room ready despite the fact that I booked while l was s still on board the plane and 2 hours to arriving Paris. My special request for a early check in was granted, and l was checked in around 9:43AM. Breakfast buffet was extremely great with coutious staffs on stand by ready to serve you. I will definitely return with my family for a summer vacation.💯
